I'm still publishing in Ilife 06.... I haven't edited my website for three months, last time it worked fine .. I just tried to edit .. won't work ... keep getting unknown error .. any help or suggestions would be appreciated thanks so much

Unknown Error on trying to publish my podcast

I've been publishing a podcast for over a year and for the last two entries I can publish the website but not the podcast. I'm using iWeb from iLife 06 and have all my software upto date. I get an Unknown Error when trying to publish the podcast. The podcast is recorded as an MP3 file, edited in Garage Band and shared with iweb. I am doing nothing different but am struggling to work out what is wrong. Its doing my head in!

Interesting as I came to this site to see why i too was receiving 'unknown error' messages when publishing my garageband podcast to my .mac account and I have tons of room left there- never had any trouble when i was just blogging from iweb - is there some trick getting garageband to communicate with iweb? anybody else?

Error while trying to publish a web service in UDDI client

i m getting this error when trying to publish my web service in UDDI client.I have
configured my uddi client using Visual Administrator.I created a local test registry.The name of my registry is QuickCarRentalRegistry_Local.I created this at admin level.I also tried at level 1 Tier.But it was giving the same error.
The error is "<b> Internet Explorer Script Error</b>".my ie version is 7.0
In my alert window it displays error: 'ur_txt' is undefined.

Error while trying to publish 2013 workflow via designer. Probably a workflow manager backend user account issue?

Hello, I am getting error while publishing the 2013 workflow via designer. Also, under sharepoint designer if I try to delete any workflow then the page just refreshes and the workflow does not get deleted.
I checked the services.msc and found that the workflow backend service was stopped. (this happened as the password of the user under which this serivce was running had changed).
So, the network admin changed the service user to LOCAL SYSTEM and started the service.
Now, the workflow backend service is started. We have run the iisreset also.
However, I am still getting the same error:-

Is the error as a result of the change in service user? Can you tell me what priviledges should the account running the workflow backend service must have?
UPDATE 1:-
We have set the workflow service backend account user as farm admin and also tried to set it to site admin. The service is re-started. Now, for a new web application,
I can delete workflows. However, for existing site, I am not able to delete the existing workflows.. Also, I am not able to publish workflows (present under new and previous sites) and the error is same as described earlier.

According to your description, my understanding is that you got an error while publishing the 2013 workflow via SharePoint 2013 Designer.
As you have changed the password of this service. Please open IIS and make sure identify of the WorkflowMgmtPool is correct, you can re-type the identify. Then make this pool is started.
Open Services, find Service Bus Message Broker service and Windows Fabric Host Service. Make sure they are running. If not, firstly, start Windows Fabric Host Service, then start Service Bus Message Broker service. If Service Bus Message Broker service is
started, stop and re-start it.

Iweb showing unknown error when trying to publish

I haven't updated my website in the last couple of months...I've been waiting for all of the kinks to be smoothed out with the new moibleme. Now when I go to publish iweb 'prepares to publish' and then gives me a message "Publish error- an unknown error has occurred" I have no idea what to make of this, could someone help please?

Have you updated iWeb to the latest version, 2.0.4? Have you tried publishing to a folder? It that works then the site files are OK and it's a MMe connection issue.

Error while trying to publish

So I've been trying to publish my website and I keep receiving this error. I've tried deactivating my muse and signing back into muse incase it was a problem with my sign in information but I still continue to receive this "Unknown Adobe Business Catalyst error". I've attached a photo. Thanks in advance for any help with the issue.

This error usually occurs when Muse is not able to sign in to the Business catalyst account. Most common reasons are -
1. There is an outage on the Bc servers, you can always double check that here, http://status.businesscatalyst.com/
2. There is a system/network firewall blocking the connection. Please check with your IT if you are in a corporate environment or check the firewall or anti-virus settings.
If you still face this issue there could be something more specific about it, so in that case I will recommend that you contact the support using this link, http://helpx.adobe.com/contact/

Unknown error when trying to publish

Can anyone please help?
Whenever I try to publish my site to .Mac, the progress bar appears for about 5-20 secs saying 'Preparing to Publish...' (nothing else, no file / page names), then a dialogue box appears saying 'Publish error. An unknown error has occured.'
I have searched these forums and read about people with seemingly similar problems but I think my case is slightly different:
- I have only a very small, non graphic intensive site (about 15 pages)
- I am able to publish to a folder without any problem.
Any ideas? Please, this is driving me insane!!

Still no luck. Does anyone have any other ideas?
- I can publish to a folder. No problem.
- I've tried all the suggestions I could find in these pages: checking keychain access, repairing disk permissions, by-passing the Airport, deleting the Preferences files etc.
In desperation, I deleted my entire site (don't worry, I backed it up first) and started to rebuld from scratch. The first 5 or 6 pages published no problem. But then after creating 5-10 more pages, my error re-occured.
What is strange is that once the error is there, even deleting the pages that were created since it last published succesfully doesn't fix the problem. I've deleted every single page, and still the error persists. The only way to fix it is to delete the domain.sites files and restart iWeb. With, of course, a blank site
If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it...
Is there any chance that this is a hardware issue (could I be short of memory or something?)

Unknown Error while trying to log in

While I was attempting to authorize my computer to play music, and even to just log on to my account, I got a message that read "We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error occurred (-9808). There was an error in iTunes store. Please try again later." Anyone else gotten this message, or know how to fix it?

The top 3 fixes to itunes error 9808 seem to be
1) Go to Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced, make sure that SSL 3.0 is checked and TLS 1.0 is checked. Also under Security make sure that the “Check for server certificate revocation (requires restart)” is unchecked. Then click ok and fire up iTunes.
2) The culprit may be Norton. Go to Norton’s Personal Firewall and add the program “iTunes Helper.exe” and set the option to “Allowed” (”iTunes.exe should already be in the Allowed category.)
3) close iTunes if you have it open right now. Then go to C:/Documents and Settings/username/Local Settings/Application Data/Apple Computer/iTunes.
Delete or cut the preferences.xml file which contains your iTunes preferences.
Then go to C:/Documents and Settings/username/Application Data/Apple Computer/iTunes and delete or move the preferences.xml file.
Restart iTunes and it will recreate those two (or one) files with the default settings.

Unknown error while trying to print PDF

I keep getting an unknown error when I try to print a PDF. The message is "Printing Error: The Adobe Print Engine has failed to output your data due to an unknown problem" followed by a note pad popping up filled with this:

I the service chat pointed me at this link: Error "...The Adobe Print Engine has failed..." | Print | InDesign |CS, CS2, CS3 but none of those solutions solved the issue.
What I have tried:
Restarting the program and computer
Renaming the file
Going into the program setting as the link suggests
In the meantime I will use the PDF presets to make PDFs.

We are designing a plsql application, that is able to call an external application's webservice APIs. We have created an oracle wallet for this, where we have successfully imported the corrrect security certificate issued by the API provider.
All we are trying to do is to call one of the methods (LOGIN), which should login the provided user into the application and should return a valid session id. For this, I have a function, http_request, which first establishes the request to the URI. The code is failing at this call, with following error:
ORA-29273: HTTP request failed
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1029
ORA-28750: unknown error
I could not find more information on ORA-28750..?

Skipped or bad frames causes "Unknown error" while trying to fuse or export as...

Hi. So, I'm trying to fuse footage from my Canon xf305 -to- an H.264 Youtube HD 29.97. I've successfully done this many times before, but this, one, particular clip has some problems. WithIn the roughly 10 minutes of this clip there are 4 small sections that the footage (video portion) seems to stall onto a still frame. This lasts literally for mabe 5 frames or so, and then the video continues. other than that the clip plays fine on the timeline, It's almost undetectable, but when I try and export out to any other format, Premiere gives me an "Unknown Error" about halfway through the export/fuse. What's Up With That?
I's there a way to "Force" Primiere to ignore those bad frames and export as best as possible?

First thing I'd recommend is deleting the Cache files. Go to Edit>Preferences>Media... and take note of their location on the hard drive. Then close down PP and use Windows Explorer or Finder to delete those files. When you reopen your project, PP will rebuild those files.

Unknown Error while Trying to save

Hi,
I'm running Illustrator 3 on Windows Vista 32-bit. Every time I try to save a file, either with "Save" or with "Save As" Illustrator gives me an "Unknown Error Message" and does not save the file. I've found a few work arounds for it, but it is becoming increasingly frustrating when I can't even save my initial work while working on an animation project. This problem did not start out after the initial install. It would do it from time to time, like say, every 10 saves or so, but it has worsened over time and I am unable to save anything at all. I can export in a few file formats, such as SWF, but nothing that will let me simply save the image like PNG or DWG. Is there anything I can other than re-install the program? I've done that once before, which simple seems to reset the cycle back to every 10 saves. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well it says Windows compatable right on the CS3 Master Collection box. Perhaps I'm making a mistake by calling it Illustrator 3, under file name the full title is "Adode Illustrator CS3"

Illustrator CS3 "Unknown Error" while trying to save (Win Vista)

When ever I try to save my Illustrator file on my home computer, a Vista machine, I get an error that says "Unknown Error." When I save from school on XP computers I don't have this problem. However. While this is inconvenient it isn't the core problem, from school I was able to successfully save to a PDF however when I took my project to get printed, the PDF file came up blank both on screen and on paper, while the Illustrator CS2 and CS3 version were visible on screen they did not materialize on paper.
Can anyone help me work through these issues?

Sharepoint 2013: Workflow Error , while trying to publish a Sharepoint 2013 Workflow, from the Sharepoint Designer 2013

I don't know what might be wrong but I have tried everything possible I suppose.
Configuration: 1 App Server SharePoint Standard 2013 + SQL Server. On App Server, I have installed Workflow Manager as well.
Installed Sharepoint Designer 2013 on my laptop.
Before I was able to publish the workflows, but now it refuses, thwroing me the following error:

What I have tried so far:
a. Re-installed Workflow, Service Bus, Windows Fabric, Sharepoint Designer... no luck
b. Run the configuration script... -Force enabled... no luck
c. Remove WF Manager, SB, etc... Deleted all WF and sb Databases from SQL, and re-installed all icluding updates... no luck
d. Tried to run services using Farm account, still no luck.
e. All services on the Server are running as well
f. The workflow is checked that it is associated with the site collection.
I don't know what else to try... seems like I am experiencing unique issue here... please help!

One last thing I can suggest - In case if you have installed CU Update for WF manager 1.0 and service bus. Some time that creates problem, [Please take backup before make any changes] -
- Clear everything, WF config , SharePoint WF setting, un register WF from SP , You can delete and recreate WF service Apps
- IISreset at WF and SP server
- Uninstall CU update for Workflow manager 1.0 and Service Bus from WF server [Control Panel - Programs - Update], you can delete all update installed
- ReStart WF server
- Reconfigure WF manager , Test WF sites , should return XML
Get-WFFarm | ft HttpPort
- Reconfigure WF at SP , Make sure should have enough free memory
Register-SPWorkflowService –SPSite "http://SPsite/" –WorkflowHostUri "http://WFServer:12291" –AllowOAuthHttp
http or https , depend on your configuration
And retest from SPD again.
