Heloo!
there is some issue with my battery .. its look like spoiled ....my battery i think there is six cell in my battery but one cell is just spoiled and it makes my battery damaged ..so please Tell Me why its happened ? this is factory fault??

Which model of MBP do you have iMacLED? Does it have a fixed battery or a removable one? Are you still under warranty?
Battery faults of this kind are far from uncommon in all electrical devices and not usually related to anything you have actually "done". If it is defective then take it to an Apple service centre and they will probably simply replace it for you.

Fault with my battery

hey all,
unusual problem with my macbook's battery. i've had my macbook since august 08 and it's performed fine without fail until now. i follow apple's advice on charging and looking after the battery, doing a monthly run down and recharge. last night i took my macbook away with me, full charged. i used it for about half an hour then shut it down. it was on 86% percent charge with 100% health and 75 cycles. this morning the battery was on 0% reading 14% health. it was completely switched off last night, so it can't have run down and it was kept it it's bag and hasn't been kicked or damaged. what could be wrong? i've tried to charge it up, it's jumped from 0% charged to 45% in 23 minutes and it says it'll be full charged in 18 minutes!! something it not right, please help.

That certainly doesn't sound right. My battery doesn't go down to 86% after half an hour, and my MB is older than yours. I'd contact Apple tech support (you're still under warranty, if your MB was new in August) and politely tell them what's going on.

Unknown Fault (with example file)

One of my collection columns gets mixed with another collection. I remove all screens, visuals and collection except the mixed collection and visuals linked with that collection. But I get still columns from a collection what is already
removed from my project in that one collection. I tried to reopen my project and also reinstall sienna but nothing seems to work. I really have no idea what else to do and I can't continue to work until this issue will be solved. Please help

take a look at the Save button (Button16_1 in the "EditUsers" screen). Part of its OnSelect expression is: Collect(Emploee, ModEmp)
As per the Siena Beta3 Function Reference (http://technet.microsoft.com/library/dn690139), this expression is using the table version of the Collect function. In other words, Collect takes the ModEmp table, extends the schema (think: column names) of the
Employee table and inserts all rows from ModEmp into Employee table. Obviously this schema extension is necessary to copying properly, however sometime people are taken by surprise that more columns appear as out of nothing.
The solution often is to use the non-table overload of Collect as described in the Function Reference. It allows you to specify which columns to populate and thus not to copy stuff you don't need. For instance, you can do:
Collect(Employee, {FirstName: First(ModEmp)!FirstName, LastName: First(ModEmp)!LastName}

Unknown fault (-50)

I've a problem,
I've a lot of songs in my iTunes, but after a while the most of this songs won't start and I can't do anything with them and iTunes shows the message that there's an unknown fault (-50).

Yes, b, but Drako isn't getting a -50 error when trying to open the library. There's nothing wrong with his library if he can get info on the songs and see all the metadata. There's something wrong with his files -- now the only time I've seen this error with AAC files is with a user who's files when you looked at them had random blocks of zeroes inserted in them, which meant something (something not iTunes) was either chewing steadily through his files (i.e. a virus) or he was losing his hard drive slowly but surely and his files were getting corrupted because the physical media was going bad.
This doesn't offer a lot of hope for Drako, but if he sends a file to the Apple engineers they will be able to determine whether its a corruption or a bug.

Nx6325 charging led solid amber with no battery and wont power.which motherbrd component is faulty?

I have 2 nx6325s.one has developed a fault where with the charger plugged in the charging led flashs once green then goes solid amber with or without the battery connected.The laptop wont power on.The charger and battery are both good as tested on the other laptop.I suspect a component in the charging circuit has gone faulty.Would any one know which component I should look at and what to measure.

Indeed, it sounds like something wrong on the motherboard it could be related to power supply electronic which is placed on the board power problems can be related to faulty RAM modules too so maybe you should check the RAM firstly remove one single module and try to power up the unit using one module in different slots
Otherwise you would need help from a notebook technician... ;(

This is a major problem with Lollipop, but yo said it started 2 months ago. Several people have fixed problem by removing FaceBook And Face book messenger and then re loading the apps again. You might want to clear your cache before reloading. Not sure this is your problem, but worth a try. Good Luck

If you have records that show that you've taken your MacBook Pro in for a year to fix the machine, I would escalate the problem to Apple Customer Relations - unfortunately I don't have a number for Spain.
It would only seem logical to me that if you've been trying to have the machine repaired during the time that the 'recall' was in effect that you should be eligible for a new logic board. But only customer relations will be able to make that call.
Good luck - take the issue as high up the food chain as you can and see what happens.

Is this an issue with my battery or something else?

I'm aware that my battery isn't going to stay perfect forever and that over time the life of your battery will decrease but since researching about it on the Apple website and learning about Cycle counts I'm wondering if my issues are related to my battery.
Recently my Mac isn't lasting anywhere near as long as it used to when running solely on battery power:
Charge Information:
Charge remaining (mAh): 1399
Fully charged: No
Charging: Yes
Full charge capacity (mAh): 4666
Health Information:
Cycle count: 184
I know Apples magic number is 300 and as you can see I'm still pretty far off that but i'm maybe getting an hour and a quarter max out of my battery from full charge. Even if I just have one or two programs running at once (for example, Pages and Firefox) which to my knowledge shouldn't take up anywhere near as much battery as say, watching a movie.
And that's just one of the issues. Also recently, when I put the lid down on my Mac and it goes to sleep it'll wake itself up repeatedly, while the lid is still down. It'll make that noise (which i think is the hard drive) and the apple logo will light up and then it'll put itself back to sleep again. Then repeat every few minutes until I lift the lid up. However it doesn't do this all the time.
Another problem is if I leave it to sleep but leave the power on overnight (unplugged from a main socket) i'm aware that some of the battery will drain but only last night I closed it with 62% of the battery left and this morning it was 0% and I couldn't turn it on without plugging the charger in. It definitely wasn't doing it's waking up and going to sleep routine.
One last problem which I presume has nothing to do with my battery is when I turn my Mac on from being completely off it'll come to the grey screen, make the 'turning on' noise and then take about 2 to 3 minutes before anything happens. But whereas the login screen should appear, instead I get a grey folder icon with a question mark inside, flashing repeatedly until I turn the Mac off.
Normally a turn off and turn on again solves the issue but only yesterday it happened twice, one after the other before it would let me get to the login screen.
Does anybody know what the problem/problems are, if my battery is damaged or if the issues are related or not?

Well it sounds like you have a bad battery. I got mine replaced at about 80 cycles for free because it was holding only 87% of its charge, so you should be able to get a replacement free of charge too.
As far as it waking up and sleeping, that is often caused by a external device. For example, if you have a USB mouse plugged in, every time the optical sensor thinks it moves it will wake up your system, then it will go back to sleep. Another thing may be a key on the keyboard being pressed when the screen in closed (if the key is being touched by the screen) causing the system to detect input and wake up.
As far as the folder icon, that sounds like a potentially bad hard drive.

I have been having issues with my battery capacity. The battery will drain within half an hour with it being fully charged when the battery normally lasts me all day. I haven't had the phone that long so it most definitely shouldn't be happening. I went to my service provider about the problem and he said to go into the apple website, click "support" and then "battery capacity issues" to which you then type in your email to troubleshoot the problem on your phones however, I cannot find this. Someone help me out!

Fault with phone line cleared, but IP profile stil...

Apparently there was a fault with my phone line (didn't seem anthing wrong to me), which had caused my IP profile to be dropped, although my connection had never dropped. So an Openreach engineer came out and did something down the road from my house. He called later that day (Friday) to say the fault had been fixed and that my broadband should return to normal after 3 days. Its now over 3 days and I'm still stuck at 2mbps.

Macbook - Shuts down with low battery and doesn't go to sleep

I have a Black MacBook 2.16 core duo and have been dealing with this same issue for about 6 months.
At first, the MB (macbook) worked perfectly. battery would get to 5% or so, warn me then go to sleep, then write a safe sleep image, then shutdown. I would turn it back on and it would restore the image to where I left off.
After about 2 months this stopped working properly. When running solely off the battery, the MB would get to about 20% and just shutdown. ppbbbbllltt!
I've spent endless hours on the phone with people in the Phillipines and sitting at Genius Bars. I've gone through all the things mentioned in Apple's support thread: calibrated the battery, reset PRAM, reset SMC / PMU, updated the battery uupdater to 1.1 then 1.2 (I think that 1.3 is only for MB Pros)
I'm on my THIRD BATTERY..it's happening again...at least with the first 2 it worked for a couple of months. With this battery, it bombed out on the first cycle that I went through.
Is this the logic board or the motherboard or something else??
Any other ideas on what to try?
Is this a hardware issue (IE motherboard, logic board...) ?
Is this a software issue (IE - OSX) ?
Is it a firware issue (IE - battery firware) ?
I'm at a loss....

If it's your third battery you need to have Apple look at the computer itself. As you know now switching batteries is not fixing it. I would guess it is in the power control circuit which is on the motherboard. You need to call and get it checked out.

Waking from sleep with no battery and no keyboard action

Hi there,
Since this unfortunate battery recall, I'm now running my PB with no battery (as recommended) i.e. just the power supply. I have my PB configured to prompt for a password when waking from sleep, which it does. However my keyboard does not appear to be responsive for several seconds.
Here are my steps:
1. Close the lid. PB goes to sleep.
2. Open the lid. PB wakes up and prompts me for my password.
The mouse cursor via the trackpad is responsive immediately. However attemping to type in the password field does not yield anything. The PB then automatically goes back to sleep. I can then wake it again with the keyboard and start typing.
The really weird thing is that with the battery installed, I do not have this keyboard issue i.e. my keyboard input is accepted immediately on the first wake up.
I have reset PRAM but to no avail. Any ideas? I'd rather not live with this behaviour while I'm waiting for my new battery.

You will be pleased to know your not the only one experiencing this issue. Like yourself I am now running my Powerbook without the battery and have noticed that when waking from sleep both my keyboard and mouse are unresponsive for several seconds.
This also happened to my friends 867Mhz Powerbook when he was having battery problems. It would seem they just dont like being run without batteries installed.

My iphone 4s only charges to 96% Is there a problem with my battery

Is there a known problem with the battery life of the iPhone 4S? I only have my phone a few weeks and the battery life is very poor. I've made sure that there aren't lots of things running at the same time (and I'm not using iCloud), but need to charge my phone every night which I never had to do with my old iPhone 3. In addition I have noticed that my iPhone never charges 100%, only 96%, I've tried discharging the battery totally and then recharging the phone just in case it's a calibration issue. Should I bring the phone back to have the battery replaced?

If you are getting around 10 hours of use out of the battery you are probably fine at 98% and it may just be that the battery needs to be calibrated in order to see the full 100% on the indicator. Try the charge cycle and see what happens.
