Unknown Icon on screen.. Please help...
Hey I have a icon that looks like a missed call but it's not. It's in the top center and it's a phone with two arrows pointing to the left and a #1 any body have any idea what this is? It poped up the other day I've pulled the battery out but no luck...
It probably is a missed call..
If you have an errant voicemail waiting icon on your homescreen:
* Call your voicemail and clear the message.
* Call your BB from another line and leave a message. From you BB, call your voicemail and clear and delete your messages.
* If the above fails, pull your battery to reset and reboot your BlackBerry.

This means that either your firewall/antivirus is blocking access to Apple's servers, or you have used your computer to jailbreak an iDevice in the past. The link above tells you how to resolve this issue. -

Choppy video on big screens PLEASE HELP!
I've noticed that the videos that I have exported from CS3 are very smooth when played on a computer screen and average size tv screen, but are very choppy if played on a large TV or projected on the wall. Is there a way to remedy this? Please help!

How is the large-screen projector connected, via a set-top DVD player to it, or by a computer connected to it? If it's via a set-top player, is it the same one used for the small-screen TV, or a different one? What is the make and model of the set-top player(s)?
Also, what DVD media was used, and what was the burn speed used to create the DVD? Was this authored in Encore, or with some other authoring application?

Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.

My ipod touch 4g turned off and when i try to turn it on it says its not charged. so i charge it and the apple screen comes up but stays frozen like that for a really long time, and then it just goes back to the "needs to be charged" screen. please help!

Ive tried from my PC, and ive tried from another which runs Vista. Both pc's were tried using firefox, IE and chrome,and both had firewalls off and pop-ups allowed completely (I basically turned off all security). I checked for 3rd party software which could also cause "blocks" but all 3rd party software were eliminated. I even tried stopping and restarting windows installer in "computer management; services, services". Still no luck..... This is the first time that ive struggled downloading Itunes. I have been given an Apple 3G which is in jailbreak. After restoring and updating my phone to get rid of jailbreak the iphone will not accept any updates or restoration. Unknown error 1015. Please help! I am new to all this and want to start using the phone legitimately.
I believe from the situation you describe your iPhone 3g has the iPAD baseband 6.15.00 which is interfering with iTunes. Remember Apple does not allow downgrade of software typically. The current 3g firmware 4.2.1 has a baseband 5.15.04 which is lower than, what I believe your baseband is of 6.15.00. So to install the current 3g firmware 4.2.1 would actually be a baseband downgrade, which iTunes will not allow. So to fix your iPhone you will have to search the Web like diesel vdub said. There are no parts to buy and your iPhone will work again I promise.
