Unknown objects in when i do slect * from tab;

When i select all info from tab; as
select * from tab ;
it gives me some unknown objects of tabletype. can somebody please help me to identify what are they, I am Oracle 10g on Windows Box.

The best way would be to first run an ldapsearch command on the directory server to check whether the user is present and then try to check it with your application.
You can use something like:
#ldapsearch -D "cn=Directory Manager" -w <password> -b "cn=username,o=users, dc=example,dc=com" "objectclass=*"

Unknown Error (4200) when trying to burn from play list

I have burned about 4 disks with no problem from my playlist. Now after iTunes initializes, I get a response that burning will stop. When stopped I get the banner stating "attempt to burn failed" Unknown error (4200)

I presume you are using the internal optical drive that shipped from the factory with your PowerBook G4.
1. How do you fix "Unknown error [4310]" when burning CD's from iTunes??

When I try to burn an audio CD (CD-R) from itunes, it cancells the burning after the first song. It gives a message that says-
Attempt to burn disc failed. Unknown error occured [4310]. Does anybody know how to fix this? I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

That particular error, 4310, has no hits in the search I did.
Can you burn with any other program?

Exchange 2013 Issue: Outlook 2010 auto populating the From Tab when forwarding email
I am running Exchange 2013 and I have an end user who connects to it via Outlook 2010. All was going well till he went to forward an email and he noticed that the From button appeared and auto populated the sender's email address.
I have clicked the Empty Auto Complete List in Outlook's Send messages... still displayed the From tab when forwarding.
I recreated the profile in outlook... same thing.
I created the profile with outlook 2013... same thing.
There is only one user profile setup in Outlook.
(I know the from tab usually appears when you have multiple profiles setup in Outlook and/or when you configure the "From" tab.)
I opened the end user's email in Exch 2013's OWA... what was different here was when I clicked on the email and it opened, it did NOT have the Reply or Forward option... and it displayed as a "Draft" email.
Does anyone have any ideas?

So are you saying that the from button is filling the option with the original senders address (eg the person who sent the message to your user), or that it's filling in the your users address (in which case I don't understand what the issue is, since
it IS going from your user)?

We are using Oracle SQL Developer 2.1 to do a migration from Sybase ASE to Oracle.
When we use Scratch Editor to translate one of Sybase T-SQL stored procedures,it failed.
In the migration log ,we just get the following error:
"Unknown Object :unexpected AST node: PROCEDURE: Line -1 Column -1 "
But other T-SQL SPs can be translated smoothly Scratch Editor.
Anyone has met this error before?

what is your version of Sybase ASE? Only versions 12 and 15 can be migrated using SQL Developer.
I found no source that reported the same issue. To be able to find the cause of the problem it would be helpful if you post here a T-SQL SP that shows up the error.
I suppose you have read the "Oracle® Database SQL Developer Supplementary Information for Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase Adaptive Server Migrations" manual, available at http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E12151_01/doc.150/e12156.pdf ?

Could someone clear me about BI_TSDTEl, By using this do we need to maintain object intervals manually in all the systems like BW ( Dev & QA ), R/3 (Dev & QA).
Because I have not seen the Intervals in R/3 ( Dev & QA) systems.

Hi,
Try to see that transfer structure is existing in the sytem which is connecting in
the BW quality.
You need the same to be transported from the development server of R/3 to quality server of R/3.
Just check if this helps.

I am just about giving up! I have upgraded Pages to 0.9 (4.3). Now when I copy text from an incoming email and paste it into Pages it pastes in as an Object and I can't work on it. It has a border round it and corner markers. I have never had this problem before. I have looked at every conceivable thing but cannot find how to get rid of this Object and just paste in the wanted text. If I fiddle and fiddle within this text I can eventually get a cursor and work on the text - but how on earth can I get rid of the surrounding box?
I don't know if this is at all clear but I can't think of any other way to describe this - but it looks like this in Pages with corner and top, bottom and side markers.

Peter hello - I have been copying and pasting for as long as I can remember and it has NEVER done this before - so why now!? Anyway, Jerry has told me about Paste and Match Style --- yet another new thing!
I have also discovered that I don''t need to hold down Option when I go to Save to get Save As - I can hold down 4 keys (shift, option, command and S) and it will bring up Save As!!

Just be sure that you really (like really) trust your endusers, because I can see some huge opportunities for exploiting that JavaScript routine you've shown. If you're not taking steps to prevent cross site scripting (search this forum or Google for details on what that is), then it's not beyond the bounds of possibility for someone to do something 'nasty' which would do horrible things to your end users if your executing a program on their client machines without any warning or validation of what that program actually does.
Sometimes it's best to work backwards from the point of view of....what if you walk into work one morning and find that 400 end users machines have had their hard-drives wiped because the script arbitrarily executes whatever command you pass to it? Then you can perhaps see that what sometimes looks like a good idea might not be such a good idea after all ;)

Object corruption when retrieving object from List

Hi,
We have a batch program. There are muliple threads running which read data from database and then processes the data.
In each thread. there is a call to fetch data from a table, create objects and populate a list and return it.
This list is then given to another method which processes each item from the list
This is a simplified version of what the code looks like.

In the processItem method of Processor class, when I retrieve item from the List
it should return me an object of type Item. But very rarely what happens is that
the object I return is not of type Item, but null or a junk class like [C@1309b55.
Once this happens, i get a class cast exception when i am trying to cast this to
Item class.
Can anyone please tell me if you have encountered such a scenario before?
The process is running in a 2 processor environment.
It's mulithreaded, but method calls are done from within a thread.
The ArrayList is not shared across multiple threads. It's life starts
and ends within the run method of the thread.

Item class is made up of three instances of three
separate classes with corresponding getters and
setters.
All these 3 classes, have member variables of String,
int and double.
There are getter and setter methods for all of the
variables as well as overridden equals and hashcode
