Unknown resource while adding resource in Task Information dialog

We used PSI to create the project in Project server, but then we open the project plan to assign resources to task with two ways:
- Add Resource in Task Information page
- Assign Resource using the button "Assign Resources" in the ribbon
But it failed with the first way with the following information:
"Unknown Resource", the name you entered is invalid. The name must be an enterprise resource assigned to this project, or the project owner".
But if succeeded if we did with "Assign Resources" button.

There were two oracle home directories in existing node.
/opt/oracle/app/oracleo/product/11.2.0    &
/opt/oracle/app/oracleo/product/11.2.0.4
Tried to add instance from silent mode. Got to know that i have to run the silent mode command from the node where i need to add the instance.
There were 2 different oracle_home path in existing node.but in the new node i had  '/opt/oracle/app/oracleo/product/11.2.0 ' .
Hence, have copied the binaries from /opt/oracle/app/oracleo/product/11.2.0.4 (existing node) using addnode.sh command and the GUI worked.

  • Itunes crashes while adding artwork and other information

    Itunes crashes while adding artwork and other information to video and music files.  Killing the process is the only cure and crashes after inputing information for 5-10 video files.  I have the latest version of itunes, and this did not happen to pre 10.x versions of itunes.  Running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.  64-bit iTunes.

    @tposchi
    I do not think it has anything to do with router at all. I have 25mbps down and 6mbps up where I live. This is not shabby at all and I have latest TimeCapsule which is acts as my router at home. Yet the latest iTuns blows up playing streams. So I use this player instead: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html. Not as pretty, but at least I can play radio stream 24 hours a day with it and have no problems. iTunes 10.7 does not last one hour I too wish Apple fix it.

    I would recommend reading this before posting here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/adf-methodology/PzncJBPMFDw/7mxNblt_ppYJ
    You give far to little detail about the scenario.
    Is it an OOTB taskflow that you extended. If so, which one and what parameter did you add + how did you do it.
    How did you deploy to spaces
    There are a lot of steps in that process that can go wrong so don't expect us to come up with an answer based upon this basic information.

  • 'No detailed information exists for this person'  while adding new reviewer

    Hi All,
    <b>This is an extremely urgent issue.</b>
    We are getting the following message in SRM while adding a new approver to the Shopping cart once the - 'No detailed information exists for this person'
    <b>We have implemented the following OSS Notes in the SRM 5.5 system, Release 700 after rasing a call with SAP.

    Here are the details
                          <b>Cannot add additional approver</b>
                            We are now on SRM 5.5 and a document attached shows the
                            patch levels
                            from SPAM.
                            In shop transaction, it is possible to change the
                            default approvers,
                            but not possible to Add.
                            When we add, the system shows the list of available
                            approvers, allows
                            selection, but "transfer" button does not actually
                            transfer.
                            When the cart is saved, the added approval shows as "no
                            approval
                            available".
                            We are using the standard workflows for 2 step approval.
                            A document is attached to show what happens and the
                            results of checks
                            we have performed.
                            BUS2121 also shows as ok when checked.
    Any pointers what could be possible reasons.
    <b>Points for sure. !!</b>

  • Dvt:schedulingGantt - How to hide "Resource"  and "Task" menus

    I am using JDev 11.1.1.2.0 ADF.
    In the schedulingGantt component two menus "Resource" and "Task" on top left of the chart are displayed at runtime by default. These menus always remain disabled so there is no use for them.
    Is there a way to hide these menus? I tried using Firebug but so far I have not been able to find a way to hide these menus.
    Thanks

    Steven,
    1. Could you post configuration of the connection pool (an extract from config.xml)?
    2. Also, is it possible that a connection is stored in web session directly
    or as a field in some other object stored in a web session or a stateful
    session bean? Or just as a field?

    I just tried graceful-shutdown again which completed successfully.
    However, I still get the same error that I showed below. So, it's not as
    simple as saying it's due to force-shutdown.
    Steven Ostrowski wrote:
    This happened once after a graceful shutdown as well.
    The reason I use force-shutdown more often is because almost every time
    I do graceful shutdown, the shutdown hangs and never completes (even if
    I turn on ignore sessions).

    I think this would be difficult to prepare a nice example for you.
    However, here is some more debug info which shows the connection pool
    contents. I get this every time. I use force shutdown of my server
    most often.That may be a hint. I'll guess that this occurs only during/after
    force-shutdown, correct? If so, it can be safely ignored unless there
    are any other more problematic symptoms. Let me know...

  • ADF 11: dvt:schedulingGantt : phase lag between resources and tasks

    I am using dvt:schedulingGantt in my ADF BC application.
    When I don't have simultaneous tasks in the same resource, the visualization in good.
    But when I have simultaneous tasks in the same resource, in many resorces. the height of in the part of the resources does not coincide exactly with the height with the part of the tasks.
    I you are using a lot of resources, in the last resources, it is posible the tasks of a resource are horizontally on another resource

    Hi Frank,
    If you use the demo rcfDvtDemo and create more tasks in the SampleModelFactory.java you can see the delay between resources and tasks.
    In the last resource "Sue Morgan" The tasks "Hewitt Pacific" and "Johnson" are 10 px below the resource
    This delay increase when you work with a lot of resources. The user might make an mistake.

  • AddRequestObject has been deprecated while adding a resouce to a request

    Hi Friends,
    I have created a schedule task to create a request and to add users to it and also to provision a resource to the user. It is creating a request and adding a user successfully.
    But while adding resource to the request by using the correct request key and object key, I am getting a compilation error.
    This is the statment I am giving "requestIntf.addRequestObject(reqkey,objkey);"
    I am getting the compilation error as "addRequestObkect(reqkey, objkey) in Thor.API.Operations.tcRequestOperationsIntf has been deprecated"
    Did research in google but did not find anything. Can you please let me know what I am doing wrong.

    Using API : - you can use tcFormInstanceOperationsIntf api method setProcessFormData
    setProcessFormData
    public void setProcessFormData(long plProcessInstanceKey,
    java.util.Map phAttributeList)
    throws Thor.API.Exceptions.tcAPIException,
    Thor.API.Exceptions.tcInvalidValueException,
    Thor.API.Exceptions.tcNotAtomicProcessException,
    Thor.API.Exceptions.tcFormNotFoundException,
    Thor.API.Exceptions.tcRequiredDataMissingException,
    Thor.API.Exceptions.tcProcessNotFoundException,
    tcAPIException
    Sets the process data associated with an instance of a process in the system. If the process data already exists, then it updates the data with the specified values. In the case of a first-time save, all the required data must be provided. In the case of subsequent saves, only data being updated need be provided.
    Parameters:
    plProcessInstanceKey - The key of the process instance in the system.
    phAttributeList - An array of tcMapping objects, each used to specify the attribute name-value pairs to be used to save data to the form
    Throws:
    tcAPIException - an error code of DOBJ.USR_PASSWORD_DOES_NOT_MATCH_POLICY might be set within this exception. If that's the case, one or many password policy rules were not met for password field in the form.
    tcInvalidValueException
    tcNotAtomicProcessException
    tcFormNotFoundException
    tcRequiredDataMissingException
    tcProcessNotFoundException

  • Error while adding a webpart to a sharepoint

    I need some help with adding a custom web part to the landing page. I created a new wsp file for the web part and tried to add it as a solution into the web galleries of the site settings. But I am unable to invoke this web part and it throws an error, “The
    site collection containing this sandboxed solution has exceeded its daily resource usage quota”
    The web part appears within the custom web part section when I try to add it into the page. As an FYI, I tries to modify the quotas and locks of the template being used within the site collection-> modify quotas and lock of the central administration
    and have increased Sandboxed resource solution quota to 300 points but still it somehow doesn’t appear to change while adding the web part.
    What am I doing wrong here?

    Well, the issue was that while updating the quotas and locks for the sharepoint site I needed to select the web application and not the web farm. The resource did get increased to 300 points at the farm level but as I was using a sandboxed application
    to be added as a web part, the target should have been the web application. I corrected this and then added the solution to the sharepoint and activated the solution. After which I was able to include the web part into the site. Hope this helped, do let me
    know if anyone needs any further explanation.

  • ERROR while querying ACM driver's information

    I am using following scheme to transmit sound over network:
    file -> input datasource -> processor -> output datasource -> RTPManager -> network
    File from which i am transmitting is temporary. I am create this file before transmit and delete it after.
    1. Application starts
    2. I am perform transmit first time - everything fine, but in std otput i see message "ERROR while querying ACM driver's information".
    3. I am perform transmit second time - everything fine, but file that i am created for transmitting stays locked by JMF for about 20 minutes.
    4. Any transmit after "ERROR while querying ACM driver's information" locks input file for about 15-20 minutes.
    Any suggestions will be appreciated.
    Thanks for advance!

                        System.err.format("Error while trying close destination file %s \n", e);
            return true;
    }I have figured out that if i continue to try deleting files used by processor (that already closed) while program is running, files will be deleted after ~15 minutes. I have figured out this while testing my main application. This test app also may be modified to reproduce this behaviour. If you want, i can submit a modified test code to reproduce this behaviour.
    If JMF is maintaining a file lock, then I assume you've improperly shutdown the processor / datasink...About resource deallocation. First, there is no datasink i have been created manually (may be jmf create it internally, but i dont think so). In my test application i've been created only input datasource and processor. I have tried deallocate datasource also, but this is dont have any effect. In JMF reference we can see this description of method Processor.close():
    "Releases all resources and cease all activity."
    I think this is enough to call Processor.close() to deallocate input file, is that right?

    Thanks, Pavan MCTS-Microsoft Biztalk Windows Server 2010

    Hi,
    This error generally arises when your system datetime is not in sync with the Domain Controller datetime. Try following steps:
    1. Check if the Windows Time Service is running on your machine or not. Try restarting this service and then restart host instances. Then run your script.
    2. If this does not works, have a look at this
    link
    Hope this will help.

    This could be any one of a number of things.  You need to lookup the Correlation ID in the ULS logs on the SharePoint server.  That should provide the additional information necessary to diagnose and solve the problem.  Here's a blog post
    on how to find the error.

  • How to create new subsite while adding new item to the list by using javascript?

    hi,
    I hav a task ie, when I add item to the list then subsite will create with that list item title and description . So By using javascript, I have to create subsite while adding new item to the list.
    Help me to solve this.
    Thank you,

    Is your item getting added through Javascript client object model ? If yes, you can write in the success delegate of your list creation method the logic to create the subsite.
    function CreateListItem()
    var clientContext = new SP.ClientContext.get_current();
    var oList = clientContext.get_web().get_lists().getByTitle('List Name');
    var itemCreateInfo = new SP.ListItemCreationInformation();
    this.oListItem = oList.addItem(itemCreateInfo);
    oListItem.set_item('Title', 'My New Item!');
    oListItem.set_item('Body', 'Hello World!');
    oListItem.update();
    clientContext.load(oListItem);
    clientContext.executeQueryAsync(Function.createDelegate(this, this.CreateListItemOnSuccess), Function.createDelegate(this, this.onQueryFailed));
    function CreateListItemOnSuccess() {
    var subsiteTitle = oListItem.get_item('Title');
    //Logic to create a subsite
    function onQueryFailed(sender, args) {
    I have added a sample flow for the above scenario. Have a look at the following lnk for how you can craete a subsite using ecmascript.
