Unknown status of package

I place an order last Wednesday for Drakengard 3 (Pre-owned) and still have yet to receive it. According to both the Best Buy and UPS tracking status, UPS delivered the package to the wrong local post office, and it should have been shipped to the correct local post office and delivered yesterday June 3rd. I still have not received the package and do not know whether the post office has lost my package or not.
Is there any way to find out the status of the package now that it's involved in this messy situation with USPS?

Using the information you registered with the forum, I was able to locate your order and review the tracking details. Presently, it seems that USPS is transferring it to the appropriate post office so that it may be delivered to you. While I do see that the estimate delivery date, I also see that the post offices seem to still be transferring your package to the correct facility. 
With that said, I would encourage you to reach out to your local post office for an update on this package. If you should continue to have trouble with this package delivery, please feel welcome tor each out to us.

    Hi somnath,
    U have enabled the DSNO (departure Ship notice outbound) in the profile option
    ECE_DSNO_ENABLED = yes. (through your log file)
    You go to e-commerce gateway responsibility --> go to setup --> profile option --> query this profile option and Change to no and then try again.

  • Phones showing unknown status but check physically the phones are registered ok

    Hi,
    Would like to know the following,
    The publisher and subscriber both show the phones of one particular cluster showing all the phones in unknown status but if we checked them physically the phones are registered well and able to make calls and received calls

     There are 5 nodes in the cluster ( 1Pub + 4Sub).
    Phones are registered with subscriber.
    If I login the subscriber web page, the status showing registered. But if I login Publisher web page the status showing unknown. Phones are Physically registered. I restarted the RIS service but no use. DB replication status showing 2.

    How to find the status of package (valid/invalid) was at a particular time ?
    I want to find the status of one oracle package at 3pm yesterday. The status of this package today is INVALID.
    I am sure it was VALID yesterday. But no way to prove it. Can any one help please???
    I can generate AWR report for last 7 days...

    Try using a flashback query, like this:
    select object_name, object_type, status
    from dba_objects AS OF TIMESTAMP (SYSTIMESTAMP - INTERVAL '18' HOUR)  -- 18 hours ago
    where object_name = 'MY_OBJECT'
    ;if you haven't granted FLASHBACK privs, you may need to connect as SYS to do a flashback query on a data dictionary table.
    But this should give you the info you need - if it's still in undo.

  • Intermittant "Unknown Status" for POA and MTA

    Hello,
    I'm getting intermittent "Unknown Status" in my GroupWise monitor for both my MTA and POA for a certain location. When I check the console for these two agents, they look just fine...
    The box running GroupWise monitor is on the same physical location as the MTA and POA that is having the issue.
    All of my other MTA and POA's at our primary remote location are just fine.
    I've already verified that the SNMP strings are correct - they are identical to the working MTAs and POAs...
    If there isn't a way to repair this issue, could someone please come up with a way from preventing "Unknown Status" messages from making it to my inbox? I've already tweaked the "Minimum Threshold level for notiifcation" to critical, yet it continues to "SPAM" me with "Unknown Status" messages...
    If there isn't a way to "tune it out" of monitor, then I guess I'll just go ahead and make a rule in my GroupWise client to "move to trash" any "unknown status" messages... At least that will allow me to see any notifications of real problems...

    Did anyone encounter STK 2540 Battery becomes unknown status? I don't know why the last learn cycle is 1970 year! Placing a call and tried to change with a new Battery, but it becomes Unknown too after charging about 10-15min. Anyone has a passcode to enter engineer mode console to reset the time?

  • Custom Warning/Error status on Packages

    Hi All,
    I'm running a custom Stored Procedure which is then linked to a *RUN_STORED_PROCEDURE command in a logic in BPC7 (Microsoft version, SP7). I would like to control the package status from within the stored procedure.
    After some tests, I've learned that if I put the string * ERROR * into a new line in the logfile, the package will interprete this as a keyword and correctly set the completion status to Error. I haven't been quite succesful with the warning messages though. I've tried several combinations without success:
    WARNING *
    Warning : Warning message
    etc.
    Has anyone done this before?

    Thanks for your tip. Anyway I've just realized that even when the System Stored Procedures run ( SPRUNCALCACCOUNT, SPRUNCONVERSION, ...) when a warning is happening in the log file, the actual status on the packages is set to Completed. I tried some combinations with the [W] keyword but I'm not sure how to use it.
    For the time being, we've agreed that we will show this messages with an error status, even if that implies some additional modifications to the package, i.e. not aborting the following tasks even if the Stored procedure has failed ...
    Please, I would appreciate if you pointed me into the correct direction (either if there is some documentation on this) or which steps did you follow to change the status.

  • BPC Security: User should only see status of packages started by himself

    Dear Experts,
    we have the users run packages to perform their planning process and we also trained them to check their package status so they know when to go on within the process. Until now we have not had a very intelligent security management since it's only a pilot system with a few pilot countries. Everybody had full_tsk profile. But now it should get a llittle more restrictive. Very important in the first place is, that the user only sees his own package. If he can see other user's packages this would meen he can see copied values too within the protocol but thats very sensitive data.
    I cannot find a security setting that helps me here. Do you have any hints for me?

    Sorry to confirm that security does not limit the visibility to the individual DM logs.  There is a filter capability however that could be taught to your users.

  • Workflow Analyzer shows unknown status for workflows and trace disabled

    Some servers monitored by SCOM are affected by the issue where I cannot trace workflows with Analyzer. Statuses are showing as unknown, trace is disabled. If an agent cache is flushed and health service is restarted it works for a first session showing only

    on 10.2.0.3 on Win can not connect to DB by :
    sqlplus user/password@MYDB
    ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect
    descriptor.
    lsnrctl status  gives :

    But tnsping MYDB is OK.
    I can connect with :
    set ORACLE_SID=MYDB
    sqlplus / as sysdba
    Any idea ?

    i m installing sap ides ecc 6 in win2k3-ee-srv. one error occurred at the end of 'import abap':
    Not all objects are successfully processed.
    DIAGNOSIS:For details see output file with invalid objects invalid_objects.txt and log file object_checker.log
    SOLUTION:Normally it indicates the data load error but in some special cases(for example if some objects were created or loaded externally) you can press OK to continue.
    i've read the log files, there is a package name SAPDFACT and the object ?N listed in the invalid_objects.txt.
    i pressed OK, and the installation continues and past the 'import abap' step
    have anyone encountered such kind of prob.plz do give me some indication.

    Dear smason,
    I had the same warning and I pressed OK as well to continue installation.
    But, Now I am getting error on phase 27/45 (Start central instance) that
    "Connect to message server (ides/3901) failed: NIECONN_REFUSED"
    I am still not able to resolve this isse. Did you get the same issue, if yes how did you solve it.
    I am also using Windows 2003/Oracle on a single laptop with 2GB RAM and USB hard disks of sufficient size.

  • MTA Unknown Status - Not Listening

    Recently we installed GroupWise monitor on the same server as the MTA.
    When I go to view the monitor webpage all the components (pos, gwia, webacc) all show green and happy, but the MTA shows the "Not Listening" status. Here's the fun part.
    When monitoring the MTA using the MTA console everything looks fine.
    However, when you click on the "Not Listening" link in GroupWise monitor it shows the MTA's address as the old Netware server's address that we migrated from. Hence the "Not Listening" status. Not sure why the old address is showing. I've looked all through the startup files for the post offices, MTA, GWIA and Webacc for anything that might reference the old MTA's ip address, but couldn't find anything.
    It's really not a big deal since we can monitor it via the MTA's console, but it would be nice to have it available in the GroupWise monitor page so we can set traps, notifications, etc, etc.
    Is there anyway I can fix this?

    I will attempt to make a backup of the main DB and then rebuild it and then the POAs afterwards and see if that fixes anything. On another note... do you think that bad link information in the databases could be causing the post offices and webmail agents to just randomly quit once or twice daily. We've been having this issue since we upgraded to GW8. It may be another issue completely. Just curious what your thoughts were.

    Is this your primary domain? Is it the parent of the GWMonitor object/app? If you have multiple domains, connect ConsoleOne to each one and verify the IP of the object in the MTA (not domain) properties. You might even consider a rebuild of the domain. If the child POs still don't connect w/o that switch (after you've verified the correct address in the MTA), you might consider rebuilding them too. They either aren't getting the updated info from the domain or the domain doesn't have the right info to begin with.
    Report back what you find.

    This afternoon a previously unseen status icon appeared on my iPone next tothe battery status icon. It rather looks like a telehone handset over two rows of white dots, 4 in the top row and 3 in the bottom row. This icon does not appear to be listed in the iPhone manual.
    Does anyone knwo what this is or why it has suddenly appeared?

    That's the TTY indicator. Go into Settings > Phone and turn TTY off.
