Hello,
This is a bug in our system which is being corrected as quickly as possible. It is not necessary to purchase credit with a Subscription. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Hello,
If your Subscription is current (check your account page) just call using your dialpad or Contact List.
The offer covers UK domestic landlines (not the very expensive UK "shared cost" UK landlines).

  • Unlimited calls with premium

I have got a skype premium membership but don't know how to set my unlimited calls to a country of my choice (France). Could you please help?
    Thanks!

    Hi,
To avail of the free unlimited calling subscription to the country of your choice is only available during your Skype Premium purchase. Since you already made the purchase and was not able to add unlimited calling subscription, I'd recommend that you contact Skype Customer Service.
They will review the purchase if it can still be refunded and will help you further in making the correct purchase of Skype Premium with unlimited subscription to France.

  • "select your country/region" in PE9?

Why does the  "select your country/region" window come up every time I open my PE 9?
It is quite annoying, you would think once I tell it that upon installation it should accept that and not ask it again and again  and again!

    Hello Sue,
Thanks for the information.  I had found the .ini file and added the country
information but it didn't solve the problem.  Yes, I have tried reinstalling
the program.  I used Revo Uninstaller at its highest level to remove all
remnants of the program.  I then went into the Registry and removed every
reference to Adobe Photoshop Elements.  I did computer-wide searches and
removed anything associated with Adobe Elements.  I then downloaded a fresh
copy of the program and installed it.  Still no success!  It helped with
other problems (Organizer being very sluggish, especially in Folders view)
but did not affect the Country/Region problem.  So, I don't recommend
reinstalling as a solution to our problem.
I learned something yesterday which may(?) have a bearing on this issue.  I
was unable to sign into my Adobe Account due to an ID/Password issue and
learned that when I opened my account I left the "T" off my email address
(.ne instead of .net).  They had to move the problem to the next level to
get it resolved and I'm supposed to hear something next week.  I am
wondering (perhaps in ignorance) if this could be causing the Country/Region
problem?  Perhaps my computer needs to communicate with Adobe to select the
correct Country/Region.  Who knows? I guess I will see when they resolve the
    ID issue.
    Best Regards,
    Perry

  • Commerce is not currently available in your country/region psn

Good day,I tried to purchase content from PSN store through PC but once I get to Order & Pay and confirm, this appears. It happened to me week ago as well.I managed to purchase content by buying it directly on PS3 store but I would like to know why this happens because I don't want to miss some content because I won't have console with me. My PSN in from Czech Republic and the content I was trying to purchase were 2 games (Natural Doctrine and Surgeon Simulator) from Black Friday sale.

Here is my fix for this problem. I use credit card as payment methods. When ever I get that message"commerce is not currently available in your country/region psn" I go to Account Management Site: https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/liquid/confirm-sso!input.actionLogin and go to Account > WalletYou will find Payment Methods section. The you can add new Credit Card or edit your curent Credit Card info.If you already have Credit Card added press Delete and then Yes.Then Press Add Credit Card and add same card you just deleted. And that will fix the problem temporarily.I say temporarily, cause it will work for about 10 days and the you will start getting same message. Then it's just the mater of doing same thing over again.I guess that Sony's servers automaticly "sing out" your credit card for safty reason.Any way I hope that this works for you.

  • Got subscription to make unlimited calls to USA ke...

Keeps saying I need credit, but  I have subscription for unlimited calls to Usa.If phone I want to call is registered in UK, but is being used in USA, what do I register it as and what is the code?

If the phone you are trying to call has a UK number, that would be considered a call to the UK - even if that phone is currently in the USA.  You would need to get Skype Credit or a subscription covering calls to that UK number (sounds like it is a mobile number, so look for subscriptions covering calls to UK landlines and mobiles).  The location of the device is not relevant to Skype, but the location of the number you are calling is very relevant.
With the Unlimited USA & Canada subscription, you can call numbers in those two countries where you are dialing +1 followed by the area code and number.  If the country code is not +1, you're dialing another country - and that is not covered by the subscription you mentioned.
    Hope that helps!

I did not disclose the e-mail address, because I made the corresponding reclamation and a proposal and they promised to publish a customer service e-mail address himself.

    Hello
You have a different issue. Your current version of Unlimited World does support calls to India and you are calling from Australia - a country which does not block Skype calls. We need more specific information from you:
What happens when you attempt a call to India?
Are you able to make calls to other countries successfully?
Which error messages (if any) are you receiving?
    Thank you.

  • Unlimited Calls to Africa

I checked through your list of countries where one can make unlimited calls to, and there is no sub saharan African country on it.
Don't tell me all the African countries are fraudelent (your reason for taking India off the list). Or is it telling us that Skype is not for Africans?

    Hello,
Why do you think that? We have many calling plans for African countries.
    http://www.skype.com/en/rates/
To be included in the "Unlimited" category a country must have a low domestic call rate. At present the domestic call rate in most African countries is too high for inclusion. As soon as this is reduced to an acceptable "unlimited" level the relevant country will be included.

  • Unlimited calls

Can someone tell me please, how some country, for example Serbia, can get on the list for unlimited callings? Can someone from the top in Skype think about Serbia for that list? I think there is a big interest for that for both Skype and huge Serbian community all around the world. Thank you.

    Hi la81-87_19!
If you want to make calls to India, I would suggest that you get one of or subscriptions that covers calling to that country. You can go to the link below and type India on the search box and press enter to view our available subscriptions:
    http://www.skype.com/en/rates/
We do not have an unlimited subscription to India but we do offer a 2500 minutes subscription. Also, our subscriptions renews automatically if you purchase it using a credit card, PayPal or your Skype Credit balance so this is ideal if you plan to use your subscription for a long time. You can view more information about this on the link below:

  • Unlimited calls to Europe

    I have purchased unlimited calls to Europe..I 've been calling since to landline phone using computer.My question is;
Can I use the same subscription and call to landline phone from my Iphone instead computer?.Is any additional chargers will occur when I use cell phone?
Calling Europe we have to deal with time changes, so I need to call there when I'm in work!
Please, any idea how this my work?

I signed up for the unlimted call from Europe to US. I dont understand what the $5 creit is for. I made one call and hung up and it charged the credit 8 cents. Can you please explain what the credit is used for? I am new to skype
If you were charged 8 cents, it sounds like whatever susbcription you have is not covering calls to the US.  Can you provide the name of the subscription you have?  You can see that by logging into the "Account" link at the top of this page.  Also, what number did you dial?  Please replace the last 4 digits with XXXX, but list everything up to those 4 digits.  This will help with troubleshooting.
Skype Credit is used when you don't have a subscription to call a telephone in a particular country.  Except for toll-free numbers in certain countries, there are no free calls to telephones when using Skype.  What you mentioned sounds like a call that was billed as a 1-minute call.  If you were calling the USA, it would be charged at 2.3 US cents/minute, as shown in the "Pay As You Go" link at the bottom of this page.  Then the connection fee of 4.9 cents is added, for a total of 7.2 US cents.  This would be rounded up to 8 US cents for that call.

  • Unlimited calls to European Union

Is there link to purchase on the monthly basis Unlimited calls to European Union?

I'm not aware of there ever being a "European Union" plan.  There are several plans with "Europe" and "World" in the title that have their own coverages.  Take a look at the Skype rates page:
    http://www.skype.com/en/rates/
Look for a country your are interested in and see what available subscriptions they have for local or local/mobile and see if you can find a subscription that meets your needs.  If you can't then the only option would be to use Skype credit or search for another VoIP provider that has a package that works for you.

  • Unlimited calls in Mexico, includes long distance ...

    Hello,
I'm wondering if the Unlimited calls plan to Mexico include calls to long distance cell phones (045).

    Thank you for your reply.
I forgot to ask on my first post if the Unlimited calls plan includes all cities in Mexico, or is the plan limited to certain cities (Mexico, Monterrey, etc)?
    Thanks again.
There are 4 different "unlimited" subscriptions for Mexico, so you would want to be careful in purchasing the right one...
    1. The "Unlimited Mexico Cities" subscription at US$ 6.99/month only covers calls to landline phones in the 3 largest Mexican cities: Mexico City (+52 55), Guadalajara (+52 33), and Monterrey (+52 81). Calls to landline phones outside these 3 area codes, along with calls to any Mexican mobile phone, would have to be paid for with Skype Credit.
    2. The "Unlimited North America" subscription at US$ 7.99/month covers calls to landline phones in the 3 largest Mexican cities listed above, along with all landline and mobile phones in the USA and Canada.  Calls to landline phones in other parts of Mexico, along with any Mexican mobile phone, would have to be paid for Skype Credit.
    3. The "Unlimited Mexico" subscription for landline phones at US$ 19.99/month covers calling to all landline phones in Mexico, not just those in the 3 big cities.  You would still need Skype Credit to cover calls to Mexican mobile phones with this subscription.
    4. The "Unlimited Mexico" subscription for landline and mobile phones at US$ 59.99/month covers calls to all landline and mobile phones throughout Mexico.
Note that calls to Mexican toll-free numbers (those advertised as 01-800 numbers in Mexico) are not possible with Skype.  For these numbers, most operators of Mexican toll-free numbers will offer a non-free number as an alternative - usually for those in and around Mexico City at a local Mexico City landline number (+52 55).  All subscriptions have a fair-use policy.  You can click on "Subscriptions" at the bottom of this page and enter Mexico as the desired country, then you can switch between landline-only subscriptions and those for both landlines and mobiles.  You can also change the currency, if you want to see prices other than US dollars as I've listed them or in euros (the default currency used on that page).
    Hope that helps!
