Unlimited monthly subscription to Malaysia not wor...

Two days ago, I paid for an unlimited subscription for calls to landlines and mobiles in Malaysia... it did not work though my card was charged...I could not place calls using Skype service...today I decided to setup $10 pay for minutes @ ¢2.3 per minute. This seems to work...I feel as though I should not have to pay for this recurring monthly fee of $6.99 for unlimited minutes if I am paying the other fees as well. Please help me by refunding the minutely fees incurred of $10 and start the unlimited plan...HELP!!!

Same thing here , it happened  last month ,this is unacceptable ,plus there is no customer service to talk to or who reply you ,I thought skype was more professional this is highly unethical behavior , and if we are wrong or misunderstood the agreement please the least you can do is take the time to correct us .

    Concerning the month-to-month subscription for DPS, it is said in the subscription terms:
    Your month-to-month subscription renews automatically and your credit card will be charged the fees stated at the time of purchase plus applicable taxes each month.  Price may change at the end of your subscription period.  You will receive a receipt via email when your card has been charged. Your subscription will start as soon as your credit card is successfully charged.  You may cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription manager on Adobe.com or by calling Adobe customer service at the number for your region.  Subscription (except Digital Publishing Suite subscription) cancelled within the first 30 days after purchase will be refunded. Digital Publishing Suite subscriptions will not be refunded unless required by law.
    I saw in an other post that it was not possible to cancel the subscription, even the month-to-month one, before the end of the first year, so I just don't understand any more.
    Is it possible to cancel the month-to-month subscription within the first year of contract? Let's say I want to publish 12 issues of my magazine in six months, one every two weeks, and then stop everything if I see it's not successful. Can I stop the subscription and not pay for the remaining six months?

    I'm fairly confident that the monthly part refers only to how you pay, not the commitment.  It's still a yearly contract, you just pay in monthly installments instead of the whole year lump sum up front.  An Adobe reseller can help clarify this.

    It is not the case that all phones of a particular model in the world have the exactly same software, each has a product code which identifies it as belonging to a particular country and may have certain customised features and/or apps included as part of the software to suit local market conditions and needs.
    There are two ways in which Nokia Music Unlimited can be available to a particular phone:

    I received the e-mails from Adobe about the general new subscription protocol and savings.  I have been using CS5.5 for about a year and Adobe stated the new automatic transfer subscription and new rate savings to CS6.  I however when I enter my monthly serial subscription a message prompts that it's invalid.  Please help.  This is confusing.

    Last year I got a 15% discount for my 12-month Unlimited World subscription.
    This year it was automatically renewed at the full price.
    But when I look today, the 15% discount is still available if I manually buy a new subscription.
    So why did Skype automatically renew me at the highest possible price?
    It's ridiculous that the discount is not given in the automatic renewal, if the discount is available for manual renewal.
    I inquired with Skype chat support and they said that during my automatic renewal there was no discount available. This is just criminal! Why would there be discount last year and today, but not during my renewal a few days earlier?
    I asked to make a complaint and chat support said I have to write a physical letter to their office in Luxembourg. Which is even more ridiculous.
