Hi,
I have checked your account and it shows that you have subscribed to Unlimited World subscription that is bundled with Skype Premium. Please see here: http://www.skype.com/en/offers/skype-with-love/
Moreover, please be informed that the countries covered by this subscription are different from  the Unlimited World subscription that is on this link:
http://www.skype.com/en/rates/
To view the countries included in your Unlimited World subscription bundled with Skype Premium, and to check if it covers calls to landline only, or both landline and mobile:
1. Sign in to your account: http://www.skype.com/go/myaccount
2. On the left panel, click your subscription.
3. Next to your subscription, click Settings. A summary of your subscription is displayed on the left. Click the destinations link to see what countries are covered.
Furthermore, please be informed that the Unlimited World that you have does not cover calls to China mobiles and landlines. You can browse the countries that are covered by each subscription on our website:
1.  Go to http://www.skype.com/intl/en-gb/prices/pay-monthly/
2.  Enter your chosen country into the search box Which country do you want to call?
You can then view which subscriptions are available for which countries, and which countries are covered by our Unlimited Europe and Unlimited World subscriptions by clicking on 'See details' link.
Hope this helps.

Please see this web page to find out if Firefox is available for your phone:

Firefox is available for the Nokia N900, and a pre-release test version is available for some phones running Google Android. I do not know whether any of these phones are available to China Mobile subscribers.

  • Is there any unlimited plan available for BlackBerry Z10 from any mobile carriers in India

I looking for unlimited internet for my BlackBerry Z10, kindly anyone suggest me good plan for my Z10.

Z10 don’t require exclusive BB plan.

    This will work for you.
    Good Luck!

  • Why I am being charged for Total Mobile Protection when I never asked for it?  I just checked my bill on My Verizon and was surprised at this additional charge.

I just checked my bill online after upgrading my phone to a iPhone 6 and now I am being charged for something called Total Mobile Protection.  Is this some kind of phone insurance or something?
I was never charged this before so was kind of upset to see it added on without my permission/knowledge (I specified to the Verizon Wireless agent in the store I went to that I only wanted the contract for the $60  2GB and Unlimited talk/text plan that I currently had.  They said that would work).
How can I get this extra $10 a month off my bill?

When you upgrade online you do have the option to deny this though the deny option is way down the page. make s it look like you have to choose an insurance option. Also I've done 2 recent upgrades in a retail store twice and both times they added the protection without asking. Luckily I always check my account so I easily removed this feature on the first day. Let's just say I won't be upgrading at this store ever again. No wonder people get mad when they upgrade multiple lines and their bill is $30, $40, $50 higher than what they a were told because of this unasked for feature.

  • Does a basic local/long distance plan charge for every minute you are on the internet

I'm thinking about changing my Freedom Essential plan to just a basic plan since we seldom use the phone.  I just wondered if we would actually save any money if we have to pay for every minute we are on the internet.
    Thanks,
    Deb

If the information above doesn't solve your problem, you can also contact customer service. In most situations, you can request "call billing detail" at no (or low) additional charge, and your monthly bill would then automatically include detail for all calls, even though you're not paying an additional charge for them.
(As a sidenote, be sure to ask if there is an additional charge. In some areas there may be a per-page charge.)
    Hope this helps!

What iPad model and what iOS is it currently running? Are you trying to update the iOS via wifi or connected to your computer?
If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.
Tip - If connected to your computer, you may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily.  Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update an iPad (except iPad 1) to iOS 6.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).

  • Charging for unanswered mobile phonecalls

Why to BT charge 21p to ring a mobile phone even if its not answered?  Recently I misplaced my mobile phone in the house, so called the phone to locate.  Ive been charged for this, even though I didnt get through to the messaging service, I just heard the phone ring and stopped after 3 rings.  Bit unfair?

There is a standard setup fee whether answered or not. Thought it was 15p ( and maybe 6p for first minute)

  • HT1454 I need a car charger for my Apple Iphone 4 S, which is suitable please

    Hello everyone!
I need some help please, I have a battery charger for my Iphone 4S for the outlet at home. I also do need a car charger for the mobile phone, which one will be suitable for my Apple phone, can anyone advice please?
It is a pity that Apple have not designed one, for my old Samsung and Ericson there were car chargers as well, why do we not have one from Apple?
Looking forward for some answers, thanking you all in anticipation.
    Have a great day!

Thank you very much for a quick response, I will now only have to go and see if I can find this Griffin or Targus here in Australia.

  • Being charged for Worldwide Unlimited when calling...

    Dear Community,
Please could you help to direct me to someone in Skype that I can email. I keep on getting charged to call mobiles in China when I have an active Worldwide Unlimited subscription. I was live chatting with someone who couldn't seem to answer my question and after 40 minutes of telling me my subscription has lapsed (which isn't true according to my account active subscriptions list and the fact I have an annual subscription) just stopped responding to me which I thought was very rude. I can't find anything on the community about this so would appreciate your help to either solve the problem or give me an email address I can use to ask Sype directly.
    Thanks,
    Sebastian

    Hello GamjawanG,
I hope that you and your wife were able to enjoy your trip. Depending on the applications and settings selected for the iPhone's will depend on the way the phone selects to search for connection. While travelling in CDMA countries you want to make sure to turn Data OFF to avoid the phone picking up any data connections. While turning Data Roaming OFF is good, it won't stop everything from working.
    Thank you,

  • HT4847 I had to upgrade my iCloud storage plan, but I was still charged for the original $20 a year plan. In addition to the new $40 a year plan. How do I remove the $20 plan and get a refund? Can I stop them from charging both plans?

I upgraded my iCloud plan from $20 to $40 a year. However, I am still being charged for both plans. How do I get a refund and or remove the original $20 a year plan?

I have the exact same situation as you mattiger18.  I cannot install Lion or I will disrupt programs that I run on Snow Leopard that are critical for my work.  Apple is not providing a solution for us.  Last time they migrated from Mobile Me to iCloud they lost months of emails and had emails bouncing to my accounts.  They destroyed 8 weeks of my business.  They have done it again.  They have already lost several months of my emails and they are bouncing my business email.  It's outrageous!
I spent thousands of $ on my software and I have no intention of installing Lion or other OS iterations.  It is bad enough that Apple's service patches are crippling some of my applications.  My biggest regret was not altogether getting off of iCloud and setting up all my business email on other email servers like gmail, etc.  It is so outrageous what Apple is doing it is beyond words.  They are supremely greedy and totally uncaring for their customers.

  • Being Charged for data plan I don't need

It's that time of the two year contract with two out of three phones up for a renewal on our contract. Two phones need to be replaced. I stop in at the local Verizon store to get our options, costs, etc. While discussing the two year contract and reviewing the phones my kids picked out, Joe (Verizon employee) informs me that the phones the kids picked out have a required a data plan that costs $9.99 a month. Now the phones the kids picked out are middle of the range text messaging phones. Not a Blackberry or a Droid.
I explain to Joe that I'm not interested in the data plan as the kids don't need internet service on their cell phones. This apparently does not matter to Verizon as this is a required charge now. Joe explains that I can block this service while still having to play $9.99 per phone each month. So that I get this straight, I asked Joe if my math was correct. I will be paying an additional $240 a year for a data plan service that I do not want or need? "Yes ma'am" was his reply. He then points me in the direction of the three flip phones that do not require a data plan. Now even this was laughable as he explains that these phones are more for the "elderly".  Oh yeah, I'm going to bring my 2 teenagers into the store and point them over to the "elderly" phones. Ha!
Interestingly enough, I bought the EnV3 recently and did not have to purchase the data plan. To purchase the exact same EnV3 now, I would incur this data plan charge. This makes absolutely no sense to me other than Verizon being greedy.
So then I leave the store and walk directly over to another wireless store and ask one simple question. Do I have to pay for a service that 1) I don't want and 2) don't need? The answer was "no".  He quoted the same phone plan to what I'm have now, but will not be charged for coverages I do not want. Off the bat, I'm saving $20 a month over Verizon. And he's comped two new phones for free. Nothing out of pocket for new phones. The man at this store then advised me to determine what my cancellation fees would be with Verizon in order to better make a decision on whether or not to switch.
I walk back to the Verizon store, put my name back into the system. While waiting, Julie (Verizon employee) asks me why I'm looking into cancelling my service. I explain the situation while she grins nicely and slightly nods her head. She has a teenage daughter and she understands. We discuss the need of limiting teenagers and internet service. She explained that even as an employee she had to pay for this service and did not want it. Well, Julie I have a choice.
I don't remember the name of the next VE but we review the cancellations fees etc. $225 due if I should cancel before my contract expires. (I can cancel during my contract and still not have to pay as much as incurring the new data plan charges.) He is doing everything he can at this point to keep my service. I ask him if he can waive a data plan service fees that I do not want. No, he cannot.
So thinking this whole through, I'm not willing to spend the extra money for a service that I do not want. I am not willing to provide my teens with a data plan on their cell phones that I have no control over. They have plenty of opportunities to access the internet without having it in their palm 24/7. Plus knowing teenagers, I wouldn't want to incur the add-on expenses for the data plan overrages. You know as well as I do, once they know they have it, it will be used and they will not have a clue on how to limit internet access. Yes, I am one of those moms that refuse to pay for everything their little hearts desire and like hell will I waste $240 a year because Verizon demands this data plan.
It's clear that Verizon does not have a clue on this. I would rather spend the $ to get out of a plan with a greedy company- than feed more money into their operation when they clearly don't have their finger on the pulse of what families need. So, after having been with Verizon Wireless for 14 years and quite happy with them and the service, I will be switching at the end of the month.

Dawn,  I'm right there with you....
I've been a "Verizon" customer for over 15 years (records carried over from when I was Cellular One and they got bought out by VZW)... and I currently have 1 primary and 3 supplemental lines for family.  In the past it was never a problem to get a multi-media phone for my teen because he likes to have his music with him.. obviously... he's a teen.  And in the past there has NEVER been a charge for any time of "data plan" for the MM phones.. which  is good.  So now his phone is eligible for an upgrade, and he'd like to have the EnV3 which has the MM features.  However  good ol' VZW being the monopoly that they are now wants a long time customer to pay for a data plan....a $9.99/month data plan for 25MB downloads.  More over, in order to ensure my teen doesn't surpass the 25MB/month, I'd have to subscirbe (at an additional price of $4.99/month) for Usage Control features for the line.  So now VZW wants this line to go from being a simple $9.99/month to $25.00 just because a MM phone??!!  What's worse, is that my teen already has an LG Voyager (a MM phone), yet I have services for mobile web, data downloads and such BLOCKED on his line.  So answer me this... why should I have to mandatorily pay a mandatory $15/month fee for a service I'm not using in the first place?!!
VZW has slowly but surely penny-anny'd their customers over the years and I'm finally fed up with it.  Time to switch.  Even if the other carriers do require a data plan with their phones, at least I'll know what I'm getting up front and no suprises along the way.  VZW's "New every two" means NEW AND MORE CHARGES EVERY 2 YEARS... that's for sure!

  • World Unlimited no longer works for China

I have been using the World Unlimited subscription to call China and there has never been a problem until I renewed the subscription recently. I was prompted for skype credit when I try to dial the number in China. What is the issue? Has the plan changed without notification to customers?

I noticed the change just now, I still have been able to make calls to China, so I guess that my renewal/sub date was just before they changed it.
No nobody told me, a little disapointed to be honest.

  • Charge for web browsing on a "Talk" only plan

I have a "Talk" only plan (i.e. no text messages, etc.... just voice calls).  However, there are a couple of buttons on my phone that seem to try to connect to the web when I press them (e.g. when I accidentally press one of the buttons on my phone, it says, "Verizon Wireless mobile web".
Am I being charged for using web data when I accidentally press these buttons?
    How much is the charge?
    Can thee buttons be disabled?
    Thanks

To add to the last poster's comment, you cant delete the internet access, you can block it, but you can ALSO change the shortcut keyes on your device so instead of it going online, it will insyead go to your notepad, calculator, etc.

  • I just bought an iphone 4s Factory unlocked, i was wondering if the 4g network will work? cause i got unlimited plans with t-mobile. and will Siri work?

I have an unlimited plan for T-mobile and i order the iphone 4s factory unlock like a week ago. But i'm not sure if the 4s will work with the t-mobile 4g network and Siri. Can someone please help me by telling me what's will work with t-mobile and what will not work with the iphone 4s factory unlock. Thanks

well i'm not really asking which is better for travel, i'm just asking over all which phone is better for the plan i have with T-Mobile, but i'm assuming is the Galaxy s2, but the only reason y im not getting that phone is cause that phone is way too big. sigh and i really like the i4s, been using iphone before as well, so i'm kinda use to it. But i see no point of getting the I4s if i the function that came with it to make it fun doesn't work. You get what i mean?? that's y i'm asking cause i don't know anything.
