Hi. I have activited unlimited world free trail today but unable to call on any number. It always show me the screen to buy credit even I have this free trail activited. Any help?

I have just signed up for the free one month Unlimited World trial. I tried to make call to Malaysia but the system kept telling me to get skype credit to call that number.
Could you please tell me how to make calls by using the subscription?

Ive just got the Unlimited World free month and keep getting a pop up stating I need credit to call landlines and mobiles. I tried to call my own mobile and UK landline number !

forget it I'm disabling the account its crap ! restricted to calls you would really "want to make in your own region" denoted by * and ** I'm off to Mega chat its completely free no scam like this !!!

I have Unlimited Europe and Unlimited world (Free Trial) both active. I want to use Unlimited World to call Malta (landline) but it wont work???? Is it only recognizing one subscription at the moment. I am paid up for europe until June and dont want to cancel as Unlimted World isnt working.

Your account shows that your Unlimited World Subscription expired on May 12th 2015. Malta is not included in the Unlimited Europe Subscription.

My free Unlimited World free trial is ending soon and I like to subscribe to the Unlimited World yearly plan. However, there is no way I could change the auto "next payment" subscription from monthly (starting 16 June) to yearly payment from my Skype Account. How should I do it?

Hi, I am not able to make calls to india using skype free 30 days trails for unlimited worldwide. any help on this? i tried both mobile and landline. it says not enough skype credits. however it show preium account with unlimited worldwide subscription.

Please, I just placed a subscription for the "Unlimited World Subscription free trial" and tried to call Nigeria...but it won't work.
I understand that 1 euro has been deducted, and a future automatic 10 euro will be deducted.
Please, why is it not working? I urgently need to call Nigeria.

Unlimited World Subscription free trial

Hi,
From the Skype home page I clicked on "Prices" and then "Special Offers", after which I clicked the link to "Get your Free month" of the Skype unlimited World subsription trial. I followed all the steps, entered card details, agreed Terms of service. But now it doesn't seem I have a subscription? When I try to make a call to a landline, it tells me I need Skype Credit?
I didn't receive an email after doing this, and I don't see any "subsciptions" on my home page, but not sure if i just don't know where to look.
Please could someone help me out?

Subscribed to unlimited world premium (free offer)...

i have today availed of the free trial one-month unlimited world premium subscription. paid it with my paypal account just so the process of availing the trial offer can be successfully completed. However, upon successful grant of the free subscription, i tried to use it but unfortunately i cant call landlines and mobile phones as the message is "You need Skype Credit or a subscription to call landlines and mobiles from skype".
what seems to be not right in this picture? please favor me with your prompt response asap.

Hi ! i just got and email from skype inviting me to use the free 30 days trial Unlimited World and i think it was very interesting to try , more now that im abroad. Now my question is if i need to call to a cellphone im US that's free of charge right ? for me and the person that im calling ? , it is free to call a landlines in chile too? and what does it means : *The rates charged by your operator for calling your Skype To Go number are not included in your subscription, and are always payable by you. ? Hi there, it's 2015 and they still did not fix it. I've been double billed for month because they use my account name and then the user name. This goes back to Jan. and since I am on a fixed income (disabled and bedbound for 8 yrs. now) it makes things very hard for me. And the free first month? Nope, never got it either. I am to the point where I think I'll just go back to my regular provider. BUT, believe me, I have copied this and will paste it to FB, Twitter, etc. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Oops, not yelling @you, just frustrated.

Does Unlimited World include free call to China?

I just added Unlimited World but when I call a China phone # skype still asks to buy credit. So does this subscription include call to China or not?

I cannot use my subscription at all. I checked before getting it that the number in Costa Rica was reachable via this subscription. My account says I have TWO different subscriptions, but I am unable to use. The notice "You must have Skype credit or a subscription to make this call" always appears. I have paid for two! What is going on? This is very lousy customer service!!!
I also tried actually reaching customer service, which is impossible! So I am here.

Cancel Skype Premium Unlimited World

Hello - I am trying (for the last hour) to find the way to cancel the Free Trails I signed up for last Feb 27th, before they come due in a few days. I have followed 2 sets of directions, but the teh words I am to click on never appear. Can you advise please?

Hi Same Problem with me i am not able to cancel my one month free trial , Though i am just activated 3 day back , SKYPE is relly not doing good with this .
Please have this cancel buttons and other option very well and easily sptable , Stop making business by troubling people and making them fool.
Now please advice me where i will get this cancel supscription button for Unlimited World.
And if this will not happen on time i will make sure i will publish this everywhere how you are making fool of innocent people and i will also never use Skype in futuer.
