Unlimited World Subscription free trial

Hi,
From the Skype home page I clicked on "Prices" and then "Special Offers", after which I clicked the link to "Get your Free month" of the Skype unlimited World subsription trial. I followed all the steps, entered card details, agreed Terms of service. But now it doesn't seem I have a subscription? When I try to make a call to a landline, it tells me I need Skype Credit?
I didn't receive an email after doing this, and I don't see any "subsciptions" on my home page, but not sure if i just don't know where to look.
Please could someone help me out?

Please, I just placed a subscription for the "Unlimited World Subscription free trial" and tried to call Nigeria...but it won't work.
I understand that 1 euro has been deducted, and a future automatic 10 euro will be deducted.

If you read your emailed offer you will see that calls to Nigeria are not included in Unlimited World.

I cannot use my subscription at all. I checked before getting it that the number in Costa Rica was reachable via this subscription. My account says I have TWO different subscriptions, but I am unable to use. The notice "You must have Skype credit or a subscription to make this call" always appears. I have paid for two! What is going on? This is very lousy customer service!!!
I also tried actually reaching customer service, which is impossible! So I am here.

Unlimited world 1 month trial

Hello! I have purchased an unlimited worldwide and have a free 1 month trial. It shows up on my account as this subscription is active. However when i try to call to colombia or argentina it says that i need to buy credit. Can ypu please help me?

Your account shows that you are calling a cellphone in Columbia. Please note that only calls to landlines in Columbia are included in the Unlimited World Subscription.

Having Problems with Unlimited World Subscription

Hello, I got the free month of Unlimited World subscription and I am trying to call a landline number in Brazil, which is covered by Unlimited World, but I always get an error message saying that I need to buy Skype Credit or buy a subscription. Anyone having the same problem?

Unlimited World subscription calling landline says...

I get a free voucher for Unlimited World 3 minutes and is activited. I tried to call the australia landline number but it says no credit (Insufficient credit - Add a little Skype Credit to your account to call mobiles and landlines at great low rates)
Do I need to buy credit before I can use use free Unlimited Minutes subscription ?

Help - unlimited world subscription

Hi,
I have an unlimited world subscription.
When I try to make a call from the UK to Spain (Lanzarote in the Canary Islands) it says I need to buy an unlimited world subscription.
What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Does Unlimited World include free call to China?

I just added Unlimited World but when I call a China phone # skype still asks to buy credit. So does this subscription include call to China or not?

Unlimited World subscription but unable to call co...

Hi,
I have a unlimited world subscription and for some reason I'm unable to call to one of the countries that are in the list (Brazil), the phone I'm trying to call is a landline. Do I need to re-subscribe so the new countries for the unlimited world subscription works with my account?
BTW, I am using the format: +(country code) (area code) (number)

Unfortunately, as you initially purchased your subscription before the new countries were added, the destination Brazil is not included into your subscription.
What you can do is repurchase the subscription from the webpage, this way when the new subscription period starts (after the old already active subscription is over), the new subscription will be working for you.

Unlimited World subscription

I just paid my unlimited world subscription but can't make any call. I tried to call a mobile in China but it says I need to get a Skype credit. Why? Ipaid for subscription. I paid and payment is successful but can't even use it for calling. I need feedback. URGENT please!

Cannot call with unlimited world subscription

I have subscribed to Unlimited world subscription and had recently paid the bill for the month.
However, I cannot make a phonecall to Malaysia using the account. The phone keep showing the message insufficient credit. And prompted me to buy credits.

This is urgent and I need to make important call. Why doesn't Skype have a customer service hotline?
This is so frustrating.

I can see that you have tried to call a mobile in Malaysia, this is not included in your Subscription, you can call only landlines.

Skype Unlimited World Subscription

Hello,
I'm new to Skype and need some help. I am going to Italy for a while and would like to be able to call family using Skype. Some of them do not have Skype accounts which is where the following questions come from:
If I purchase the Skype Unlimited World subscription I am able to call mobile and landline numbers internationally, correct? (I will just be calling the U.S. from Italy)
Also, if I buy that subscription am I given a Skype number so that others may call me from their mobile and/or landline numbers?
Lastly, if people can call my Skype number from their mobile and/or landline numbers, are they charged for the call, or am I charged for the call?

1. If you are just calling to the USA you only need the Unlimited USA/Canada Plan @$2.99/month. This Plan enables you to call both landlines and cell phones in the USA from anywhere in the world including from within the USA.
2. No. You must purchase that separately.
3. A Skype Number is a regular landline # so calls to it will cost whatever the caller's carrier charges.
4. No.

I just opened an account and added Unlimited world subscription, with credit card information filled and so on.
Tried to call a Kenya (South Africa) land line number, but it failed me, and asking for credit to call the number.

Is there any way i can contact the Skype team to run the auto debit for Unlimited World subscription again ?
I guess when the auto debit happened last time there was not enough money on the account,
