As the error message you posted the screen shot of states, you will need to contact Skype Customer Service directly. We here in the Community do not have the facility to unlink Skype and Microsoft accounts.

If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service or find yourself redirected back to the Community, please try again using a different web browser and choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented.
Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also block reaching an agent.
Last and not least, when you reach the last step of the process, remember to click on the "Start Chat" link when you are provided the choice of visiting the Community or starting an instant message chat with a customer service agent.

Please help because since I've received an email from Microsoft warning they have detected suspicious activity on our Microsoft email account (wasn't even aware my gmail account had anything to do with Microsoft) I have been receiving other odd emails which consist of one or two huge lines of text in bright blue, usually to do with debt or one the Grand National and betting. These emails do no appear to be addressed to me but I'm still receiving them. I have put them all into the Junk Folder (by the way is that the same as reporting them as spam on and iPhone or iPad?)
I'm still concerned about this Microsoft email though. It advises that we need to give some extra security information for them to be able to protect us in future (which initially looked to me as if it may be a phishing email). If I follow the link it takes me to a page that looks fairly official and could well be Microsoft, I then asks me to sign in using username and password.
To be honest Im not sure I even have a Microsoft username or password and I'm concerned even if I did know it, whether I should be filling in that information or not? Also what's likely to happen once I've signed in? I'm concerned that once I had entered their site they would just be phishing for more information?
Just in case there is any relevance around about the time of receiving this email I and performed two fairly unusual actions.
1. I contacted an American company to ask if they would sell something to the UK.
2. I started using Keychain on my iPhone and iPad and signed in to all the shops and sites I use with my usual password and changed them all the keychain suggested passwords.
Typical trying to make myself safer and yet I'm now concerned I could be in danger.
Please can someone advise me on what I should do about this email, i,e, is it a phishing mail and should I Junk it or should I answer it and try and sign in and if I should answer it how do I know what my Microsoft sign in and password is?
Also can someone tell me how I report spam on my iPhone and iPad in a gmail account?
Sorry I've rattled on so much and I'm asking so many questions but they are all connected.

Okay so I bought a second hand iphone 4 for $20 so I could play music in my car (aftermarket USB hookup radio) so my 5s wasn't constantly sitting on the charger and frying the battery. So like any other normal person I reformatted the device to new so there was no information from the previous owner on it, but it was updated to 7.1.whatever-it-is-now and now it says it's linked to an Apple ID. I tried the www.icloud.com/find and it doesn't come up and I have no way to unlink the account from the phone. The previous owner gave me the Apple ID they used and it says "this Apple ID can not be used to unlock this iphone". Is there any way to unlink the iphone from the Apple ID without using icloud? Because I don't think the previous owner was using an icloud account before they got rid of the phone

Well I don't think it's a coincidence that both emails start with a K lol but one of them ends with "@aol" and the one the phone asks for is "@m•••" so maybe it's possible they used a different email or changed the email while they had it activated

How can I unlink my iPhone from an apple id?

I tried to download the iOS 8 update, but it told me i didn't have enough storage and there was an error so i clicked the okay button and unplugged my phone. Then it had that screen that said plug into your iTunes, so i plugged it in and said i had to restore it. It was the only way my phone will turn on so i did that and when it turned back on it asked for my apple id and password, and now none of my information that i know is right is working and I'm locked out of my phone. I want to know if unlinking my iPhone from the apple id will allow me to sign in with a new id. I have an iPhone 5.

What ID is it asking you for? Did you purchase the device 2nd hand? If so, you may have encountered the Activation Lock, which means the phone is still locked to the Previous Owner's Find My iPhone. If that is the case, you will have to contact the previous owner to follow the instructions below. If you cannot contact the owner, and you purchased it through eBay see if you can get a refund.
If you are locked out due to Activation Lock, there is nothing you can do to access the device:

Windows 8 Mail from Microsoft setup problem

I have a Dell tablet running Windows 8.1 Professional. I've installed the Universal ("Metro") app "Mail from Microsoft". I've set up an IMAP account. I'm able to log in, receive and send email. But, the email address for this account
is different than the "sync" account. But, when I go into the account setting page, I can't change the "preferred email address" field -- it's grayed out. I'm assuming that it's the field that the controls the "from" email
address. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to change it?

How did you sync that?
When you click the "Sync" as the screenshot below, all your new emails from your mail accounts have been synced to the Mail app. It's not sync one specific account emails.
About "Preferred email address" settings this is only for outlook.com. Allows you to send an email using an Outlook.com alias.

Changing from microsoft entourage to mac mail 7.2 ?

Is there a way to switch from Microsoft Entourage 2008, Version 12.3.5 [latest installed update v 12.3.6] to Mac Mail 7.2 and keep all my mailboxes and contacts?

Open Entourage, drag the email account folder to the desktop of your Mac, this will produce an .mbox file. Import that file into Mail (File>Import)
Theoretically your folder structure should be intact, realistically it may not be.

HT1692 iOS7 Calendar freezing when attempting to accept/decline/maybe a meeting request from Microsoft Outlook Exchange... (iPhone 5s)

My iOS7 calendar on my iPhone 5s continually freezes when I attempt to accept/decline/maybe (respond in general) to any invitations that come through to the device... The main ones I get (so the ones I am experiencing the issue with) are from Microsoft Outlook Exchange Account (also synced through Mail app).
I have attempted to go via the emails I receive with the invitation and the device freezes when attempting to action the request through the Mail app also.
I'm hard reset the phone, I've removed and re-established the account in the phone, but nothing fixes the issue. It might work for one or two invitations, but it will start freezing again without a pattern...
This is a real pain, because these meeting requests etc are for work meetings and interviews!

We are seeing a similuar issue here at work on serveral devices.
Using Lotus Notes for mail and calendar
iPhone 5 and iPhone 5S
Running iOS 7
When an email comes in for a meeting invite if you click on the Date and Time in blue it will walk you through opening the invite in your calendar and then I can Accept/Decline without issue. If you click on the Invitation icon, which seems to be what users intuitively, in the the email then it freezes up the mail app., see image below.

Who got this brilliant idea when you want to pick up a contact to first cross the group and then click end ? Did you hire an employee from Microsoft ? Apple MUST remain SIMPLE to use !!!

Claudius,either you didn't read my post, or you jumped to conclusions. I had a skype account that was created using a microsoft account (NOT THE ACCOUNT I AM USING NOW). PURE MICROSOFT ACCOUNT NO OTHER ACCOUNT LINKING.I had to change the primary mail of that account.I was told "no can do" by skype support.I found that if I went to account settings and clicked on the link on the line below the one that said "MICROSOFT etc" (labeled something along the lines of "TV or Device") I got the opportunity to set the password of the "live:username" account (WHICH YOU COINCIDENTALLY HAVE TO DO IF YOU WANT TO USE SMART TVs ETC).Once that was done, I COULD SUCCESSFULLY DO WHAT SKYPE SUPPORT SAID WAS IMPOSSIBLE- I could change the primary mail address. once that was done, and NOT BEFORE, I linked the account to a facebook account as well, just to be sure I have more than one way to access the skype account. I'm not sure this helps me. If they didn't deauthorize from their account, I can't do that for them. When I turned on the computer for the first time I was able to set it up as a new computer and then transfer data from my previous computer.
Any other ideas out there?

Security mails from Microsoft cant be delivered to Exchange 2010

I have strange issue with delivering e-mails from Microsoft account team to my Exchange 2010 users.
That is single Exchange 2010 server scenario with Microsoft antispam features installed.
There is one setting that is affecting behavior of that: Sender-ID filtering. If it is configured as reject messages, the authentication e-mails are rejected with error:
550 5.7.1
Missing purported responsible address,MissingPRA,No valid PRA

I have tested it deeply and strange thing gets even stranger:
If I send entire email with telnet the difference between error and accepting message by server is comma in From: header. so:
Message is not accepted with that line:

How can I unlink my iPod from my iPhone

I have set up an account for my kid and would like to unlink his iPod from my iPhone and link it with his account.
Can this be done without wiping out his device?

My kid updated to iOS 6 and my contacts showed up on his iPod. He then deleted the contacts using his iPod and they were subsequently deleted on my iPhone. I'd love to figure out how to restore my iPhone but for now I need to get his iPod so that this does not happen again.

Your grandfather has to do that, you can't. He also needs to remove it from his list of registered devices - Your Support Profile for Registered Purchases.
The device needs to be restored to factory new. This requires first turning off Find My Phone.

I have a project that I need to do, what is the best approach for each step?
1- I have to create a table in Microsoft SQL Server.
2- I have to import data/ tables from Microsoft Excel or Access to Microsoft SQL Server. Should I use Microsoft Visual Studio to move data from Excel or Access?
3-I should populate the created table with the data from the exported data.
4-How should I add the second and third imported table to the first table? Should I use union query?
After I learn these, I will bring up the code to make sure what I do is right.
