I've tried different settings for cpu: disable turbo mode, change none turbo ratio to 20 (default is 26) and now laptos doesn't start: it beeps one time, after this reboots and hangs up. I should switch off it. After star it beeps one time again... What did i make with my laptop? :(

I am looking for an unlocked bios for MS-176262-072 with ME and your VBIOS/EC tuner. Current bios version is E1762IMS.50X but the 70X would be fine as well. Donation has been made Confirmation number: 7YG220867C372153C. One last thing, I flashed a modified VBIOS on this card almost a year ago. I can't locate my backup and have not had any luck through MSI getting a copy of an original for a 675MX 2g. If you have a copy or know where I can find a copy, it would be greatly appreciated. Y510p Bios mod, Best unlocked bios settings.

Im starting this thread so that for all who have unlocked their bios for wirelesscard whitelist removal or what ever, using the link on techInferno using svl7 mod can have a guide as to what settings can be used to improve the performance of their y510p and what settings to stay away from. Also, I have another question -
Can I just flash the VBIOS? I dont need the BIOS unlocked, just the options that VBIOS can provide to play around with the voltages and settings of the Ultrabay GPU.

searching for an MSI GT72 2QE unlocked BIOS with all possible voltages, like in XTU (see: )
Offset voltage, processor cache voltage, digital IO voltage
Oh and Graphics voltage for the integrated HD 4600 is very important for me (also integrated in XTU)
For the GTX 980M a vbios, but its not mandatory because of prema mod

don't know, i have no info about it
probably bug fixes, but if you gonna flash it make sure to keep a backup of your original vbios

A user there saw I was having problems using a modified vbios for the 980m card in my MSI GT72. Unlocking the vbios only lets me OC a small amount until the video driver or whole system crashes. He said that a power limit could be removed by changing the EC firmware - is that something you could do? Or is there a bios mod that would help? Perhaps both? I'm not an expert!

I have the MS-1763(-MFB1) barebone, and I would very much like a
"care package" of yours. My current setup is briefly listed in the BIOS
screen-shot, and I do not mind any updated versions of the firmwares
(BETA or ALPHA). If you need more details from my system, feel free to
list appropriate GNU-Linux/DOS tools and I'll give you their outputs.
Anyway, without further adiue, here's the list of what I have made
(if you got anything extra in mind feel free to mention that too
over PM ;3 )
- Fully unlocked BIOS (especially important that VT-d can be enabled*)
- Updated EC with optimized fan values
- Below 45C* the fan should be at minimum or off
- The fan should be at maximum when hitting 75*C
- Your vBIOS/EC tools. I got the GTX780M w/ 4GB
- Newest ME update if there is one.
I hope I'm not being to vague or confusing by this. If so I feel free to
help adjust my requests by PM. I hope the amount donated is sufficient
for you.

implimentation or simply VT-d being disabled.

I newly installed Windows 7 onto my computer which till now I've used a GNU/Linux server, and I've come on a roadblock, that is the internal sound was disabled (and perhaps other things I as a end-user am not aware of), which works with the stock BIOS. Because of the lack of documentation I can't be sure to find what option that enables the sound device, and such I have a new request: the factory defaults of the old bios to be patched over to the new one or something in that direction so that what should be enabled by default, is.
Like last time, if there's any newer revisions of the firmwares (BIOS,EC,ME) I would not mind getting that patched up as well (same customization applies). And for your support, there might be another donation waiting for you in the end.
