Unlock request denied by at&t

I had got a replacement fone after the lollypop upgrade failed on my s5. Now I have broken the contract and paid the penalty in full. Now when I requested an unlock from the unlock portal, it says this - The IMEI number *** you entered does not match a device compatible with the AT&T network. It would be great if someone can help me out.

Darshan

You mentioned you received a replacement before ending your contact; how long ago was this? If it's been less than 14 days, try to request and unlock once it's been that time frame.
If it's been longer, you should contact AT&T via phone or chat. The unlock servers might not be updated with the replacements IMEI #.
Also, I recommend editing your post by removing the IMEI you listed. It's sensitive information.

  • Unlock Request Denied

Respected Sir, I bought a used Moto X - XT1058 in my country (Pakistan) about 2 months back. The device was network locked.
I'm a Non-AT&T Mobility Customer and outside US.
I requested unlock code but was denied because: Your device is currently active on another AT&T customer’s account.
I checked the device thoroughly and verified its IMEI etc to ensure it wasn't a stolen device. But I'm still not getting an Unlock code.  How can I unlock it? Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks you.

    Hey there
I’m sorry to hear your unlock request was denied! To explain why this may have occurred, the original owner of this device may not have updated his or her line with details of their current device. Due to this, it would appear that the IMEI for which you requested is still in-use on their account, and it therefore would only be able to be approved for unlock if the request was made by the original owner.
To resolve this, I would recommend contacting the seller and asking them to contact us so we may update their account with their current device information, which would allow us to proceed with your unlock.
    I hope this helps!

  • Unlock request denied by AT&T-what next?

I need to use my AT&T iphone when I go back to Germany but I have not had my iphone very long. When I came back from Germany (12 yrs with Army) in late Sept 2013, one of the first things I did was to aquire a cell phone and got an iphone 4s. Like it very much.
I requested an unlock code from AT&T this April (2014) and was instructed that I did not have my contract long enough to qualify for unlock prevledges. Is there a way to ask for some consideration on this rule? I will be in Germany for several months but will not be there long enough to sign a contract with a German provider (and getting released from a German provider is quite and experience!) I had thought to try and get a phone and SIM without a contract but these plans start at 60 euros (about $90) per month. A SIM inserted in my iphone would be SO MUCH easier and less expensive. So, what are my chances of appealing to the AT&T powers to unlock this phone without satisfying their requirements?

    Hi again Oceanlady-
I recently was granted an iPhone unlock from ATT, but as you said, it was granted only after two years on that contract.   Now, you mentioned Army service (thank you for your service BTW!).   Here is a link to the ATT online unlock request form.  Note that there is an exception for active duty military.   Take a look at it and see if perhaps you qualify:
    https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/client/en_US/termsAndCondition
If not, another alternative might be to purchase a used and unlocked iPhone on eBay or similar.   (Darn I just sold my pristine, unlocked iPhone 4S).   Or heck, if you don't need a smartphone, an inexpensive unlocked phone could be all you need.

Hi, I want to clean imei 358370061618257 (Iphone 6).My unlock request was denied because:" You haven’t fulfilled your service contract. " But i filled full infomation. Please, help me check it again.Because i did many times. Thank you.Loc

You not suppose to write phone's IMEI number in public forums. But you answered question, about service contract. You have to be on AT&T service for 60 days before AT&T will consider your phone to be unlocked.

  • FACTORY UNLOCK REQUEST FROM APPLE

CAN APPLE HELP TO UNLOCK IPHONE 4 ? I AM OUTSIDE STATES BUY A PHONE FROM MY FRIEND.

NO THEY CAN'T, EVEN IF YOU SHOUT LIKE YOU ARE CURRENTLY DOING.
All unlocking requests must be initiated with the carrier.  Not all carriers will unlock phones.

  • Send the unlock request to Apple on the owner's behalf.

how to send the unlock request to Apple on the owner's behalf.

You can't send an unlock request to Apple yourself. It can only be done through the network to which the phone is locked.
Only the network can authorise the unlock.

I am currently abroad and really need my iphone unlocked so that I can use it while I'm traveling. Could the Verizon service please give me the necessary code and information for me to do this? Your fast response will be appreciated!

  • Refund request denied

I thought I had cancelled but I was alerted that I was charged for another subscription on the 8th of November. I requested a refund and I was denied because I had made some calls with my subscription when I didn't. I even checked the useage history like I told to do and it's empty.  I had used it the previous month of subscription. It is now renewed but that shouldn't count for this month, right? I really did not want another month of subscription just yet..

Contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of their web page and explain the problem to them.

  • My IP is blacklisted - Emails blocked - Whitelist request denied

I've submitted a request to get my IP whitelisted, but Verizon keeps denying it over and over. I never send any spam and I have a dedicated IP (it's not dynamically generated).
Verizon, why won't you whitelist {edited for privacy}? This is making me crazy!

    Hi dylansteinlac14,
Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

  • MSI GT70 0ND BIOS unlock request for intel vt-x virtualization

Hi, I'd like to request an unlocked bios for an MSI GT70 0ND.
I'm trying to enable intel VT-X virtualization, so I tried the official bioses as indicated here: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=158790.0
However neither of the windows 7 64bit bioses seemed to change anything, although the 30U version reactivated the raid settings which I had set to ahci.
I should also mention that the guide for flashing the bios on the official page indicated that after flashing the bios and waiting 15 seconds with no power and battery out, that there would be a screen saying 'CMOS Checksum Bad' but this didn't happen. It simply turned off again really quick, and restarted with seemingly the exact same bios. However I know it did something because with the 30U version the raid options were re-enabled.
Looking furthur I found this thread: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=160434.0
Indicating that I should request an unlocked bios.
I've already sent svet a donation. The confirmation is : 83957137919249941
Svet, Can you please make for me a custom bios with as many things enabled as possible including Intel VT-X?

Hello, what is your current BIOS version?

As already mention in the topic that you pointed, VT-x is already Enabled in latest version.

  • How long once apple recieve unlock request from my network does it take to unlock?

vodafone have requested apple to unlock my iphone4  so it works on a different network, does anyone know how long this takes? iv heared up to 14 days!
    any help much appreciated

    Hi
I had 2 iphones unlocked last week, one (iphone 4) on o2 and one (iphone 3gs) on Vodaphone. Both stated up to 14 days was possible, but in fact both were unlocked with 48 hours or so (one just under and one just over)
I did this same thing last year with the same leadtime. I guess the 14 days is an extreme worst case.
    Good luck

  • Cannot get phone unlocked after successful unlock request from Apple

I continually get "The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported" after successfully restoring an unlocked iphone4 (even after a restore from recovery mode) Is there any advice out there please?

You use the O2 card to do the unlock.
You only change the SIM card after you get to the Congads..........message.
This is the Process in full.
The process is contact your network supplier .
    Ask IF they offer unlocking.
IF yes request the unlock and pay any fees requested.
Your network supplier then contacts Apple to request the White listing (Unlocking) of your phone on the iTunes servers.
Apple do this -It takes anything from 3 days to several weeks to complete.
On completion Apple confirms this back to your Network supplier (NOT YOU)
Your network supplier contacts you via email or SMS inviting you to connect your iPhone with your computer via the supplied USB cable and launch iTunes and follow on screen prompts through to the "Congratulations your iPhone is now unlocked" screen.
All these steps need to be carried out with the ORIGINAL SIM and by REGISTERED account holder used when setting up the phone.
Once the Congats...... screen has been reached you can swap out the REGISTERED SIM and replace with a compatable SIM on another network.
    CAVEATS
Only the original SIM and Account holder can initiate an unlock- If you bought the phone used/second hand you CAN NOT UNLOCK through official routes
Once unlocked use of a Mobile Virtual Network SIM may result in difficulties sending SMS messages.
You may have to go into Setting /Network/Cellular/Cellular Data Network and enter the correct settings manually.
Further caveat Cellular Data Network menu is SIM card dependant if its not supported you CAN NOT change the settings manually then you may need to contact the SIM card company - They can send a setup SMS if they support this process.
    Sorry for the lecture.
    PRESEE -
ONLY REGISTERED ACCOUNT HOLDER AND SIM CARD CAN BE USED TO UNLOCK THROUGH OFFICAL ROUTES
ANYONE SELLING THEIR IPHONE SHOULD UNLOCK THE DEVICE BEFORE SELLING ON
