Hi my name is Jan. I have a problem with my laptop Pavilion dv7-3010so. The fan in the computer doesn't work and when I close it, I can start it again before after 5-10 min. How do I change this or what can I do. My warranty went out in january this year. I live in Bulgaria now so if you can help I would be greatful.

Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one with a new battery for $79. They do not fix yours.

If you are still in the return window, then it can be returned and there will likely be a restocking fee. You will pay the difference between the 16 and 32GB prices.

Unfortunantly, the screen cracked very badly, and it has become a hazard, not only for the many cuts I have gotton on my fingers from the ipod screen's broken glass, but for what I type (because the screen is cracked so badly, I cannot see what I am doing). The ipod has become pointless to own in its condition. I have an iPhone3, I brought two times to repair spending a considerable sum, the first time they gave me a replacement phone regenerated, but the wi-fi did not work so I had to come back and I really got a third ... also this has never worked well.
Now in my third phone does not work well on touch screens and applications change very slowly and sometimes applications jump brought me back to the menu '. I am very unhappy with this phone and all those who gave me as a replacement. I tried to write to Apple to see if, for the fourth time, I still have to pay for an iPhone that works (another regenerated?) ..
