Unrepairable problem- intermittant service

3 and a 1/2 hours yesterday. Service shuts down for no apparent reason. Six or seven times in 3 hours. 1 and 1/2 hours on the phone i finally get a live person. Costa Rica. No better than India. Can't get a better than level 2. Had this type problem for a month. Got a new modem- no help. Got a supervisor in Costa Rica, no help, will have someone from Verizon call in 24 hours. I'll wait by the phone for 24 hours waiting for a call, right. I call again, Someone will be here Friday. Great. Thursday he calls at 8 30 am, be there in 5 minutes, wow. Finds the problem, line loss, I'm too far away. suggests I lower speed to 1.0. That will make the modem happy. Verizon calls, how you doing. Not that good, have to lower the speed. I'm shut down. Get a number to call to lower the speed, not in service. a 1/2 hour to get the right number. Shut down again. Another hour, achieved nothing. Still shuts down often. Called a guy in billing, he can't help but credits me a month. Welcome to my world of verizon.

I have followed the technote: unzip the file in lib as
indicated but I get the same error message. I thing I have to
upgrade to 6.1. Is it possible to upgrade to a french version of
coldfusion mx 6.0. Maybe the problem lies here.
Where can I download the english version mx 6.0 and then make
an upgrade.

version 6.1 and the system cannot be immediately upgraded to
version 6.1, a workaround is available until the upgrade can be
performed:
Stop ColdFusion MX.
Download cfmx60jce.zip.(191K)
Unzip cfmx60jce.zip into the cf_root/lib directory,
overwriting existing files.
For example: C:\CFusionMX\lib on
Windows,/opt/coldfusionmx/lib on Unix
Restart ColdFusion MX.

Intermittent NO SERVICE

I have been getting intermittent NO SERVICE and then full bars at the same spot in the Upper East Side of Manhattan several times a day for the last week. Putting the iPhone SIM in an unlocked Nokia 6682 shows full bars all day. A reboot of the phone usually helps in keeping the bars for a longer time. I am in an area where every cellphone provider has strong signals and not near any interference sources (wireless routers, speakers etc).
I think this is an iPhone problem. Any other users have the same problem?

My best guess: this should be an iPhone software problem. Why? I am experiencing more or less the same problem... as a Belgian (European) iPhone owner, on the Belgian Proximus carrier network. All went fine from July 11th until today. Yesterday we made a trip to Paris. It took my iPhone quite a while to automatically connect to a French carrier, but it did! I made and received calls without any problems. Back in Belgium, it kept saying NO SERVICE. The iPhone does detect all carriers available in my area (Brussels) but cannot connect to "my" network/provider. Did a backup+restore and all. Nothing seems to work.

since I did not find that BAPI in my system: what is the exact name?
Did you test the BAPI directly in ABAP, i.e. function builder SE37, successfully?
Currently it looks to me as if you did not provide sufficient business data.
Did you specify the employee number before executing the call?

Problem in Creating Service contract Quote

Hi,
I have a problem while creating Service Contract Quote. The Problem is "No Items being created in Service Contract Quote."
I am copying these line items from the Package Quote(Programatically). I am reading the Package Quote Lines Items using CRM_ORDER_READ and I am looping these one by one, and copying into one Item Table. Passed this table, to MAINTAIN_ORDERADM_I function module. And Then I am calling SAVE function module.
But, for me service contract Quote is being created with no line items.
Can you please let me know, how can I solve this problem.
And let me know what are the necessary steps to be taken progrmtically, for creating Service Contract Quote from a Package Quote.

A standard way of doing this would be to create an action in service contract with method call processing type, and method COPY_DOCUMENT. For this you need to do the following:
1) Create a new action called "SRV_CNTRCT_QUOTE_CREATE" in action pofile already attached to Package Quote. Use
CRMC_ACTION_DEF Tcode for this.
2) Choose processing type as method call and method as COPY_DOCUMENT.
3) Choose parameter CRMD_ORDERADM_H, PROCESS_TYPE with initial value as transaction type of Serv Contract Quote.
4) Institute start and scheduled conditions if required in CRMC_ACTION_CONF.
Note: For this copying controls at transaction level, item category level and itemcat determination while copying should have been determined.

Problem removing Listener Service in Clusterware 11g

It appears that I already have a listener service as shown below, and I am having problem removing this service so that I can create another. I know that I can just add a new listener service for each node, though if anyone would share some insight on how I can remove this listener service ofr Oracle 11g Clusterware with two node cluster, I would appreciate your insight. Hi, Is there any tnslsnr process running on the node. To understand the problem better, enable the debug trace for the .lsnr resource. You can enable trace by executing the following command as root.
crsctl debug log res "ora.rac1.LISTENER_RAC1.lsnr:5"
crsctl debug log crs "CRSRTI:1,CRSCOMM:2,OCRSRV:4"
Try to stop the listener.
Examine the log files under CRS_HOME/log/$HOST/crsd/* and CRS_HOME/log/$HOST/racg/*

Facing problems in ITS service PZ80

Hi All,
I am facing problems in ITS service PZ80.When i execute PZ80 in transaction SE93, it is showing the layout perfectly. But when i create the same service PZ80 in SE80, the layout is somewhat distorted..ie scroll bar and a few buttons are not in place. Do i need to make some changes in Parameters value?If so, can anyone please tell me how to go about it?

Check the theme you are using. It can be 99 or 2002.
I think based on the theme the layout changes.

So that means they carry information such as G/L and work order number while entering the requistion no in PO Creation Screen (me21n) which automatically should be picked from the work order refference.
But problem here is the service items and all other are assigned to PO except the Account Assingnment tab which is GL Account and Work Order No and Cost center..
Can anyone explain me this?

Hi Murgesh,
If GL code is not getting bydefault from the system it is needed to be provided by the user.
If normally one GL is there or other than master data services if single GL is there u can set that in SPRO.
it is avalible in deafult settings in order node
If you are creating the order with refrence to PR then it will take account assignement as "F" system will pick up all the details from PM module. This is the integration of MM & PM module.
But if your PO is not w.r.t. PM orders PR then needs to be given manully.

How is your iPhone's display different?
You can check the model number by going to Settings/General/About. These are the model numbers for the various 3 GS models;

Problem in Address Service

Hi,
We are implementing ESS for ERP2005, we have a situation here, there is a problem in address service.
When editing Emergency Address from ESS (Portal) and saving its not updating the same data, where as creating a new one (Duplicate). But when we try the to edit it from PA30 it is updating the existing record.
The use case used for the subtype 4 is B3

The ESS services will create a new record....not delimit an existing one. Even when "editing" the exisitng record, it will end date the current one and then create a new "clone" of it with the adjusted delimitted dates. It's just the way ESS differs than doing it directly in PA30. Not sure why they went that route (maybe to be able to audit whatan employee changed versus HR admin?), but it is what it is.
