Question

First make an msn email/account if you don’t already have one.
After that visit http://skype.com
Click "Join Us"
You will see at the top "
Skip this step by signing in with your Microsoft or Facebook account"
Click one "Microsoft account" text.
If you’re not already signed into your Microsoft Account then it will take you to the sign in page. Just sign in like normal on that page.
After you have signed in it will take you back to http://skype.com on a page where it says already have an account or create a new one, you’re going to want to choose already have an account.
After that it is going to ask you to merge together, all your Skype settings with stay the same it will just merge with your email.
After you have merged you’re now unresolvable to all resolvers! When they try to resolve your username it will just load or give an error!
PS: If this does not work, make another msn account and click create new Skype account instead of merging and try it that way. It does work merging but sometimes doesn’t. It will 100% work if you create

If you can not re-set your Caller ID to your Skype Number (check your settings and remember to Save any changes), then the next step would be to contact customer service to unravel and resolve any problems.
