Unsupported media format, only on videos that were taken from my other phone!

This is so annoying, I've done every solution I have ever found and noone have worked e.g the rebooting, deleting whatsapp etc etc. I have a 9300 blackberry the device software I think is a 5.0. Its only on the videos that I took on my other blackberry I think it was a curve 9360 but I'm not sure, I know it was a curve though. It also happens on most websites when I try to watch a video. Youtube works though... Pllleeeeasee help T_T I've done everythin!

Are you able to play video recorded on the device currently? If so, there may be an issue with the videos copied over.

No Audio Playback in Music Videos that were converted from MPEG to MPEG-4

I am using iTunes as the default player for all types of audio files. I have not downloaded any supplemental video or audio Codec files (yet). Windows Media Player (11.0.6001.7000) is my default player for videos. When I recently converted a batch of old music videos from MPEG format to MPEG-4 format, I lost the audio playback on the converted files when trying to play back using iTunes. Audio works fine on the original MPEG files from iTunes. After syncing my Video iPod, the video playback is fine on the MPEG-4 files, but there is still no audio. Any suggestions?

Try using MPEG Streamclip to convert the videos; more information on this issue is available in this article.

HT1766 How do you back up or save videos that were imported from another source

I'm having battery issues with my iPhone 5 (6.1.3), and therefore need to back up as much data etc. as I can. I imported several videos from my previous blackberry phone, which are stored in the video folder on the iPhone however I don't appear to be able save these on to my laptop and they aren't included on iCloud or iTunes?

I am sorry to be so rude but if you work for APPLE how can you be ignorant about its products. So I guess I will have to be snotty and rude and give you an education on products you should already be aware of. NO ORIGINAL iPads (meaning iPad1) CAME WITH A STILL CAMERA OR VIDEO CAMERA. Why can I only back up 500 pictures from the internet and not all 5700 photos and videos from the internet? if You can not answer this then help me get my wifi to work with some software fix. I cannot get on the internet because it rejects the password which I know it is right because all other 6 devices still work on the wifi. I cannot change the wifi because it is provided by property managment company. And, as I stated, all my other non-apple products work on the wifi just not the iPad.

Having trouble viewing videos on a pc that were taken from an ipad2. Do I need to convert them before emailing? Is so, with what program?

I tried to send a video I took with my ipad2 camera to family and friends. They all have pc's and have emailed back telling me they can't find a progrsm to open the file. Sounds like you have two different issues here. If you deleted videos and you want to recover them, you'll have to restore from a backup made before you deleted them. I'm not sure what you mean by "unable to send messages from one to another."

You can't delete them from the phone directly. You re-sync the photos via iTunes, this time choosing only the photos you want on your phone.

Can anyone recommend recovery software to find photos and videos that were taken on the iPod touch before resetting back to factory setting?

My iPod touch was Connected to the computer to sync, but somehow ended up resetting everything to factory settings. When I checked contents, everything after the last date I synced is gone. I am most upset about photos and pictures taken on our vacation.

I don't know -- scams? You should always keep a backup of photos and data elsewhere; did you not do this? Photo Stream is the easiest way, in which case they should have been on your PC waiting for you.

Finding files on an iPod Classic that were added from somewhere other than iTunes

I added files onto an iPod Classic from another source other than iTunes, but can't find that file on the iPod, either its not connected self, or when it is in iTunes.
So, how do I go about locating the file without going back INTO iTunes and adding the file into iTunes' library?

Hey thanks, Jim... Actually I do have a back up of my entire library on an external drive. Is the process just dragging the songs and albums from the Finder (from the external drive backup) onto the iPod when I plug it in to iTunes and they copy over? Is it possible to create new or update existing Playlists with this method? But is key is to never sync the iPod with iTunes or do I need to check Manually Manage Music & Videos?
Or am I looking at this completely wrong. lol

Deleting photos on iPhone 5 that were imported from another phone?

Hi, I just have a question regarding the deletion of photos from my new iPhone 5. The photos in question are not photos that I have taken since I got the new phone but those that were transferred from my old phone (Samsung Galaxy S2) by an agent in the store where I bought it. The photos appear in an album called 'sii pics', presumably created by the agent, but there appears to be no option to delete them: there is no trash can icon, no delete button and the album doesn't appear in iTunes either. I have posted this on my phone carrier's community support website but they couldn't come up with an answer. Anyone here have any ideas? Thanks.

If the photos came to the new iPhone after being synced in iTunes to a computer, then you will need to uncheck photos in iTunes for that new iPhone and sync/Apply the changes.
If these photos are listed in the My Photo Stream on the new device, its becasue both phones are using the same Apple ID in Settings > iCloud.
If you want to use the same account, everything will continue to sync from Settings > iCloud that is turned on, turn off Photos in there to stop uploading photos to My Photo Stream, or Delete Account and either don't use iCloud or set it up with your own account/email address.

Receive unsupported media format message

When transfering songs purchased from the Real Music Store to iPod Nano (using Real Player 10.5), I recieve an "unsupported media format" message. It is important to note that the same songs transfer to my iPod 30GB video player. Real support indicated a potential issue with 5th generation iPods but it is unclear whether or not the recently purchased Nano would be considered as such. Thanks in advance for any help.

have had no trouble burning and playing CD-Rs on other media (i.e. CD player, car radio).
Media is what the info is on such as a CD, DVD or floppy.
A player is CD player, car radio, computer, etc.
Open iTunes prefs -> Advanced - Burning.
Make sure it is set to Audio CD, NOT MP3 or data.

I can see why that would be frustrating! Have you tried selecting Stayed Signed In underneath the Adobe ID and Password boxes when you try to log in?
What did you use to create the PDF form? If you used FormsCentral, form data is saved to your online FormsCentral account. If you have Acrobat, you can export form data as described here: Adobe Acrobat X Pro * Manage form data files

You cannot download them again, but if you contact iTunes, they may be able to reset them for you or let you download them again since the movies disappeared during the update. They have been know to do this for other users in the past.

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

Thanks for the advice! However, when I tried your suggestion, the image was still distorted. Instead of being the usual portrait view with the black bars on either side of the video, the entire video stretches to fill the whole screen, making everything on the video seem much wider than the images truly are. Do you have any suggestions for fixing this?
