Angenommen, ich habe z.B. im deutschen App-Store eine App geladen, und möchte in-App in besagter App tätigen. Können die in-App Käufe auch von einem anderen (z.B. schweizer) App-Store getätigt werden? Oder immer nur im respektiven App-Store?

Das Problem ist, dass Sie Ihre Kredit-oder Debitkarte Anmeldeinformationen mit dem gleichen Land, in dem Sie wohnen, müssen zugeordnet werden.

The Facts (ma'am):
I just received a new iPad as a gift. It was purchased in Russia, where I am going to be located for some time.
My Apple account is in USA, where I am from and where I bank. I created it when I was there in 2009 and bought a MacBook Pro direct from Apple.
I want to get iPad apps for Skype and Facebook in English.
I configured the iPad with my U.S. Apple account credentials. I set the OS language set to English and did all other settings for USA and English (afaik).
Location services are OFF in System Preferences.
The (Aggravating) Problem:
When I click the AppStore icon on the iPad the AppStore comes up in RUSSIAN, despite the settings. I speak a little Russian but don't read it. My Russian wife cannot see any way to switch it to English.
The (Possibly Stupid) Questions:
With a U.S. Apple account configured and all System Prefrences except time zone set for USA/English, is it possible to access AppStore and apps in English while physically located in Russia?
If yes... HOW???

Unfortunately, not at this time. Language is pre-set by the store nationality.

After some troubleshooting, I decided to order a new battery. I replaced the battery and was then able to get it to restore, however--after I restore it and it comes time to restart the phone, it gets stuck and doesn't turn on.

She does not have apple care and even though she loved this device, she isn't going to buy another iPhone because of all the problems shes had with this one (it's just over a year old).
After you ruined the iPhone with DIY, Apple won't touch it anymore. You should have asked before all these had happened.
I'm an android user myself and I love rooting/flashing new ROMS, so if jailbreaking her phone or doing some kind of super-restore with 3rd party programs might help, I'm all for it-

My appstore featured app (new and what's hot section) doesn't update.

I used iPhone4s IOS 5.1.1
and find that now my new featured apps doesn't update (now apps of the weeks is pinball arcade which is not now free of the weeks app)
I can't find solution of this annoying stuff in this discussion board too
I restored it once but the problems is still there.

Thanks for the reply. I tried that again. It does not work. I tried something else before: if I go into the itunes store on my PC to access the appstore when it is updated and then sync with my iPad, the featured section will be updated to what is shown on my PC. However, this solution is only temporal. Once I exit iTunes (on my PC) and close the appstore (on the iPad) and restart the app, the featured section reverts to what I mentioned earlier.

How download iPhoto? I get this message from the AppStore: "These apps cannot be accepted on this computer."

How can I download iPhoto on my macbook pro.. I have lion and just had my harddrive replaced. iPhoto is missing!!
I tried to download from the6175 AppStore and I got this message...
"These apps cannot be accepted on this computer. Future updates of these apps can be found through Software Update."
I tried from Software Update but iPhoto doesn't show up at all. It's not in my computer at all!

AppStore problems; Apps don't launch

This is turning into an absolute farce, as if the problems on launch day weren't bad enough.
I have purchased two applications today through the iPhone's AppStore, and both times I have the same problem - which I have seen other people talking about as well: The applications downloaded but then took a very long time during the "Installing" phase, and then once that had finished, they won't start.
Tapping on their icons just makes the iPhone pause, and then I get chucked straight back to the home screen.
I have tried deleting them and re-installing: same problem. I am also getting frequent "App Store is not available" messages and timeouts when browsing apps, from this I am guessing that the app tries to contact the store during the final part of the "installing" phase, times out, and leaves a broken application installed.
So, not really making a very good impression at the moment. I assume that as I can re-download applications, I haven't actually lost any money but it still makes the whole thing look like a complete shambles.

Same here. Absolutely ridiculous. OneTap Movies just crashes and snaps back to the home screen every time it is launched - although it worked prior to syncing. I had to restore my phone and set it up as a new phone to get it working again. Now it's back to crashing after syncing. Utterly ridiculous and completely unacceptable.
I am really disappointed in Apple - apps crashing constantly, MobileMe/.Mac aliases have disappeared from Mail.app on the Mac and aren't available to send from on the iPhone either, MobileMe updater issues...the list just goes on.
Too bad they don't seem to read feedback or these forums. Don't they use the iPhone themselves? I mean sh*#!, we've only had the 2.0 firmware and MobileMe for 2 days now and we've been plagued with constant issues. At least an acknowledgement that something is going on would be nice. I could at least respect that.

Hi & sorry to butt in it's just that I've got a similar problem with my iPhone4S, only my Restrictions are set to "OFF!" with a pass code barring & cannot remember password to turn them "ON" I can't afford to start my iPhone to an afresh state because my contacts etc are a valued part of my own run business,I would rather have "no Apps" than "no contacts" Please could u tell me...if I try your theory of: Settings > General > Reset Home Screen Layout...Would this return my Apps badge or not? or would I risk losing something else by doing so? Thats if any of the above options are at all possible with the restriction settings & forgotten code my iPhone possesses

Lost safari, appstore icons & apps!!!

i updated my iphone 3gs last week, and once done, i found that i only had the phone, mail and ipod icons at the bottom - the safari icon was gone. i tried loading via links on facebook but still couldn't. not only that, the appstore icon was gone as well.
when i went to the apple retailer, they told me the solution was to restore the phone's settings. this i did this morning, but after doing so, both icons are still gone, and what's more, all the apps i had previously bought and uploaded are gone, replaced by the game center. i went to the apps portion in itunes and to this page - http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1702 and followed everything to the letter, but now i have to re-buy my old apps.
please help!

You don't have to re-buy anything. Go to the apps you are missing in iTunes store. click on the purchase button. It will tell you that you already purchased it, do you wish to download again. Select yes.
You will not be billed for the app.
Remember, this is NOT the case for anything else (movies, TV, music etc).

Ich bekomme meine apps einkäufe von pc nicht aufs auf iphone

Hallo HILFE,
habe diesmal mit meinen PC Einkäufe getätigt und nicht direkt mit dem IPHONE.
Möchte per Synchroniesierung meine Einkäufe aufs iphone ziehen, geht aber nicht.

PC aktieviert ja
im gleichen Zug gekaufte Lieder sind aber auf meinen iphone gelandet.
Was mach ich nur falsch?
Kann doch nicht nochmal die gleichen Apps direkt mit meinen iphone Kaufen.

Nein es kommt keine Fehlermeldung.
Habe in iTunes eingekauft und habe auch nur ein Account.Kommt nur die Frage ob ich 2 Apps entfernen will die ich dann entferne aber diese Frage kommt immer warum sie nicht entgültig entfernt sind verstehe ich auch nicht.
Dann kommt die Frage ob ich die iTunes in die Mediatheke übertragen möchte das will ich schliesslich auch.
Aber das funktioniert ja nicht.

Managed accounts and the AppStore bought apps

I have a problem with the Mac App Store, where managed accounts in our 10.7 Open Directory Server cannot open applications bought by an admin iTunes account in client machines because the client system keeps asking for the password of the iTunes account.
Is there a way to make a client machine (10.7 and 10.8) understand that no matter the user account, it should operate with a given iTunes account (and password)?

What happens when you try to download something ?
You can use an iTunes account for downloading free items, but unless the instructions on this page were used when creating an account :http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
then you will need to enter credit card details (which you should then be able to remove) before the account can be used to download any item from the store

How do i fix the apps from the appstore being stuck in waiting when im downloading or uploading?

Whenever i download and update an app from the appstore the app pops up on my homescreen blank and not downloading; saying "waiting"...
I know my way around the iphone and i cant delete it by holding it and pressing x and tapping to restart or resume the download doesnt nothing... it just stays there, so please somebody help me.

Try resetting your phone. If it's still stuck on "waiting" download the update in iTunes on your computer and sync it to your iPhone.

Gleiches Problem beim iPhone. Musik, Apps konnte ich alles kaufen, nur In-Apps nicht mehr.
Wenn man die In-App-Käufe selbst auf seinem Gerät deaktiviert hat (beim iPhone: Einstellungen => Allgemein => Einschränkungen) sollte man sie aktivieren. Wenn es daran nicht liegt, kann man selber daran erstmal nix machen! Dann hat man die Möglichkeit entweder den iTunes-Support eine Email zu schreiben und schildert das Problem (https://expresslane.apple.com/Issues.action) oder man ruft die Hotline an. Ich rief bei der Hotline an, da ich lange keine Bestätigunsmail hinsichtlich meiner Anfrage bekommen habe. Nachdem der erste Mitarbeiter recherchiert hatte, wurde ich zur zuständigen Abteilung durchgestellt. Er benötigte die Account-ID zur Sicherheit und hat etwas im System umgestellt, dann hieß es 30 Minuten warten und alles lief wieder
Der nette Mitarbeiter meinte, dass so etwas hin und wieder vorkommt vor allem beim Wechsel zu einem neuen Gerät (bei mir der Fall: von iPhone4 zu 5). Laut Aussage des Mitarbeiters wird bei iTunes irgendwas blockiert und muss wieder freigeschaltet werden. Apple ist das Problem bekannt und es wird nach Lösungen gesucht! Laut Auskunft des Mitarbeiters soll es aber auch nach einiger Zeit vonn alleine wieder gehen. Wie lange das ist, weiß ich nicht!

I removed an app from my "Purchases" tab list view - how do I get it back?

Hi all
Went into app store, clicked on "Purchases" tab and it displays a list of my Purchased appstore items. I was having an issue with Growl (going from non-AppStore to App Store version) and needed to re-install it.
I inadvertently clicked on the "x" button next to Growl in my Purchase History and now it is gone.
Is there any way to get it back in the list? I know I can install/re-install Growl from the application page in App Store.

Found the answer in another thread (kind of), but I don't know how to link to or credit the post that pointed me to the approach of looking in my iTunes Account section (sorry). Poster was @staticshokx
The trick is to go to "View My Account" from menu
Login to your Apple Store account
Under the Heading "iTunes in the Cloud" there is a blue text link "View Hidden Purchases"
Click on it, and then you can un-hide any apps that you have previously hidden from your purchase hsitory.
Hope this helps others.
