I Have a "new" iad (the three that was not the three) which is already as clunky as **** on ios 7 despite being less than two years old. I do NOT want another ios thT takes nearly half my available memory but I have an update nag that is taking up 1.g of space on my device already. I think this is sheer arrogance of apple and is in my opinion intended to speed obsolescence. I will never buy apple again but how do i remove this crap? My own fault for not turning wifi off:(

Sorry. to the best of my knowledge once the update is downloaded there's no way to remove it. You either install it or surrender that gig.
if you do happen to find a way, it'll just download again the next time your ipad is on wifi and has the room.

I want to clear out the unwanted plugins in Fire Fox . One plugin even has a warning about not using it (Java Deployment Toolkit). Plugins like ex Flash and Java etc are not installed in Firefox like Extensions and Themes are. They are on system and Firefox has found and is making use of them. This is why you can only activate/deactivate which tells Firefox to make use of that Plugin on system or not.

I successfully deleted the downloaded but non-installed 8.01 update from my iPhone 5. However, my phone still shows that I have a pending software update to do. When I select the "Software Update" option I'm alerted that "Your software is up to date" and iOS 8.0 shows as the current software installed. I've rebooted the phone but the digit "1" still shows up in the Settings>General section. Any idea how to remove this now false update notification?

I'm not sure what you mean by this. What "items"? If you are referring to music, videos or movies, you get only one download per purchase, so if you buy the items again, whether from another device or the same one, yes, you will be charged again. Only apps allow redownloading without additional charge.

I had downloaded some youtube downloader apps and suddenly Trovi was my homepage on chrome, safari,... and bing is my search engine.
I know how to remove them from my browser and set google back to my default search engine, but I read they are malware and so with just changing some settings they probably aren't removed. What is the safest way to get rid of them? I've been looking around for some answers but haven't found a really good answer yet (or i'm not sure if they are safe).

In the excel sheet most of the values are entered with double " quotes.
so the entry looks like ""http://www.sap.com"".
Notice that it is starting with "" and not " . so the vb takes it as a line feed and shows an error .
It will be great if anybody can tell me how to remove these set of quotes ,so that the value should come as "http://www.sap.com" . A sample code wil be of great help.

To modify you excel you have 2 options, 1) you can filter them in excel itself by using filter ...etc in excel itself. or 2) you can do it by using ABAP code.
