How did you change your user name?
resetpassword wouldn't have done it. If you managed to create a new user, then your data is still in the old account.

IDES installation problem with DDIC password

Hello everybody,
After hours of searching and trying..
I have here a problem during a local installation of IDES ECC 6.0 on Windows Server 2008 with MAXDB. The installation stops in phase 27 of 29 u201Ccheck DDIC passwordu201D - test logon to SAP system failed, with the error message FRF-00007 "Unable to open RFC connection" in sapinst.
The MMC shows in the process list that the following processes stands oon "green": igswd, mag_Server and disp+work are running. The message of servers connection is OK, acts dialogue queue time is 0.00 sec.
I have already searched the forum, but I am not able to logon as user SAP* with u201C060. u2026u201D or as user DDIC with the password u201C199. u2026u201D to change the DDIC password to my password set during the installation (transaction -S000 / SU01). The login fails over the MMC as well as over the SAP GUI 7.10. I have tried this on the client 000, 001 and 800. The error message is u201CSAP Logon Failed - connection closed without message (CM_NO_DATA_RECEIVEDu201D). The SAP GUI gets down with "Work process restartet, session terminated".
What can help to solve the problem? Can it be a problem with the ms loop adaptor? Which static address IP must assign to the loop adaptor? Did i have to update the kernel of the data bank or is this not necessary? Can the information from dev_w help?

The kernel is not patched. I just (try) to install the kernel files from the sap market place
IDES download destination. The install kernel file was: 51033508_7 - NW7 SR3 Kernel 7.00 for Windows / LNX X86_X64. I got an update / upgrade file, which is called: 51033508_8 - NW7 SR3 Kernel .... Upg ABAP.
Can anybody give me an adwise by reading those logfiles? Is the file ok for updating the kernel?
How do I upgrade the kernel by having no .exe - file? May the installation go on after patching the kernel?

All you can do is to restore and thus erase the iPod unless you can get a data recovery company to preserve the data.
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

How can I set up SMB file sharing to share my PC external hard drive on my Mac with no password protection?

I am having the worst trouble with two things. I am very aware how to get the server to show up via SMB, but every time I log off the Macbook, the server's disappear. OK, so I went into "System Preferences" and hit "Users and Accounts" and added the server as a log in item. Worked well, except how do I stop that password prompt from coming up? I am using a Guest account with no password but I continue to get the password prompt. There is nowhere to hit remember password or anything. I have the option to remember the password in the keychain but I have no way of preventing the pop up.
Another issue I'm having is I have a Canon Pixma MP620 printer connected to my PC through USB. Three other PC's can connect wirelessly to print through the home network. My Mac does not find the printer, and when I manually add it, it recognizes it but WILL NOT print. It comes up with error messages like Authentican Required and connection issues between printers.
I have no password protection on my PC and have enabled sharing of all devices and folders through the Homegroup on the PC. I just can't figure it out. I am new to Mac and would love to get these two things figured out.

I have had trouble with a lot of the videos I Imported, once they downloaded the file in the viewer window showed up blank and when I mouse over them it places a picture of another file in the window and wont drag and drop into the movie window, like their corrupted or something? Had to delete just about all of them and start again. Also is it possible to select a bunch of videos in the viewer window as to change the dates to the correct dates? All I have been able to do is "select all" which is no help.

There is no full or partial password protection that is really more than an inconvenience.
You could however use the operating system permissions, but again whole application would be the result.
I have heard of updates occasionally reverting to English, an install will set it back. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/all.html as data and program are separate reinstalling will not be an issue.

If the old ID ("email address) is yours, and is an ealier version of your current iCloud ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Hello,I am relatively new to Essbase and we are in the middle of building an inventory analysis database. We have 5 dimensions:Accounts,Time,Version,Customer,ProductThe time dimension spans from Year-Season-Quarter-Month-Week. Includes annual totals for 4 years. I have a rolling calendar and I do not use a scenario member to designate the year. I also have an alternate roll-up representing a fiscal year.My time dim looks somthing like this:TIME..Y2001...Fall....Quarter1.....Jan01......WK 2003-10-13..Y2002...etc, etcI am trying to come up with a YTD, STD, and MTD number for base sales_unit data. I should be able to get that number no matter what period selected in a report. For example if I am looking at Week 10-13-2003, I need to see what my MTD, QTD, and YTD numbers are for that date-member, same goes for upper level members in time. I can't use DTS because it only (seems to) work for the generation it's assigned too. Furthermore with DTS, I need the date results for my average inventory calc too.So the only way I could get this to works was with a VERY long series of if statements for each time member.Here are a few examples: For Month: IF (@ISMBR(Month01-2001)) @SUMRANGE(Sales,WK2001-02-10:WK2001-03-03); ENDIFFor Quarter: IF (@ISMBR(Quarter1-2001)) @SUMRANGE(Sales,WK2001-02-10:WK2001-05-05); ENDIFFor Season: IF (@ISMBR(Fall-2001)) @SUMRANGE(Sales,WK2001-02-10:WK2001-08-04); ENDIFThis works but data retrieval times are too slow (16 minutes) for dynamic calcs and the calc script runs for more than 6 hours.It's obvious to me that this will give me the correct results but it will not work because of performance. I've run into similar problems and one thing I have given into is that there is no one solution. What I have been using is multiple alternate roll-ups using shared members. My Time dimension will have three or four sub-roll-ups (i.e. "By Month", "By Week", etc.) I do this by sharing the base level members (daily data). I'm not sure if it would be possible to do what you are looking to do in one roll-up because weeks will inevitably over lap months. I will check back however to see if anyone else has suggestions. One more thing to consider, if your time dimension is sparse (which is probably not a good idea in this case) but if it is, you could use attribute dimension to group some of your dates, particularly the seasons. An error occurred querying a data source - with REST services

I have a SharePoint 2013 form library library with an info-path form. I need to get the logged in user's 'Display Name' on my form load automatically.
I used REST service to fetch the current user details. In the preview mode of the form, its showing the right name. But when I publish this form to library I am getting the following error.

According to your post, my understanding is that an error occurred querying a data source with REST services.
It is defiantly permission issue with GetUserProfileByName service
and could be many reasons of this problem. You first try with UDCX file and make sure that UPS is running.

Shared Data Source with prompted credentials - errors out.

Using Data Tools (VS 2010) to build report.
Have built a simple report while trying to diagnose this issue. This report is created in a project that was originally built in BIDS2008 and migrated to Data Tools 2010. This project contains an original shared dataset that does NOT
error out.
Report contains
     1) shared data source with properties set to prompted credentials.
     2) shared dataset using data source above
     3) 2 parameters (month and year)
     4) Report uses shared dataset
     5) 2 text boxes in the report body to display the parameters values.
When I try to preview this report I get the error:
     The execution failed for the shared data set "xxx"
     Cannot create a connection to data source 'Data source for shared dataset'
     Security processing failed with reason "3" ("password missing")
Now, if I changed that same shared dataset to use a static login and password; the report renders fine.
What is going on???

When you use shared data source with "Prompt for credential" option, please use SQL Server login credential to u view the report in BIDS or SSDT report designer environment.
Note: The shared data source will automatic switch to SQL Server authentication mode if we use "Prompt for credential" option.
After you deploy your report and shared data source to report server, please remember to configure your shared data source to use "Credentials supplied by the user running the report" option. Furthermore, select "Use
as Windows credentials when connecting to the data source" checkbox if the credentials that the user provides are Windows Authentication credentials. Do not select this check box if you are using database authentication (for example, SQL
Server Authentication).

Huge data usage with Verison 4G LTE hotspot ( Verizon-890L-50DB)

Recently upgraded my internet service to a Verizon 4G LTE hotspot (Verizon-890L-50DB). First month - no problems - second month - I have 6GB of overage charges. Every time I log in to check email or any other minimal data usage task, I get hit with another GB or more of download usage. My computer is an HP Pavilion Laptop, Windows 7 with NETWORX installed. Networx tells me it is indeed MY computer that is downloading this data and my hard drive is also showing the increases in data.
I've run AVG, Glary Utilities, Speedy PC PRO and Spybot Search and Destroy but found no virus, rootkit or anything on my computer that would explain this problem.
When I use a different wireless internet service, I do NOT see the extraneous data usage.
I contacted Verizon's support team and got no help diagnosing the problem but they did agree to send a replacement for my hotspot device. Hopefully this fixes the issue; then I have to battle with them about the unwarranted $60 or more in overage charges.
Has anyone else experienced a problem similar to this?

I would recomend getting out of the contract before the 14 day trial period ends.   Verizon will charge you an activation fee, restocking fee and one months service, but that is better than being stuck with this mess. I have homefusion and am afraid to use since verizon seems to fabricate data usage. Unfortunately I did not realize this untill after the 14 day trial. Now is will cost me $350 to terminate my contract.

Exactly the same thing has happened to me. I purchased the Verizon Jetpack™ 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot 890L two days ago. After one day, I had supposedly used half the 5GB monthly allowance. After two days, I am at 4.25 GB usage. I don't stream movies, I have the hotspot password protected, I live alone, and no one else uses my computer. I have not downloaded any large files. At this rate, I'll go broke soon.

Opening a pdf file with a password

I can't open a pdf file with a password. It says insufficient data to acquire image. Can anyone help?

If you get this error, it means that the password is accepted and the file is opened BUT the file is damaged or made wrong.

I am currently restoring my Ipod 5 however half way through recovering my ipod 5 iTunes say's "locked with a password unlock ipod etc... " and turns on the iPod and my iPod is still disabled what do i do?

Try and force it into Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. You may have to repeat the above many times.
