Up graded to CS and images print out are green.

Hello,
I am using 10.4.11 operating system. I upgraded from Photo shop 7.0 to CS and all my images print out green. The printer is a Epson Stylus C88+. The images on my monitor look the same as 7.0. I do a nozzle check every day.
Does any body know why this happened?
Please help!
Many thanks,
Diane

    In elements 12 images print out truncated,e.g a 10cm x 15cm image,altho in preview seems O.K prints out as 10cm x 10 cm

    Editor is set to print a 10.2 x 15.2 cm image on A4 paper in landscape

    "Editor is set to print a 10.2 x 15.2 cm image".
    This is not clear to me. How/what is set?
    A4 paper is 29.7 cm x 21 cm.
    Are you trying to fill this entire sheet of paper with one image, or are you trying to print a picture package?

  • How do I put a online form on the web to be filled in and then printed out

    I created a pdf form with fields to be completed on our website.  Once the form is completed how do I get the person to print the completed form out as it looks on the website.  Also is there an option to email the completed form as it appears on the website?

    Josh,
    I started it in Forms Central and them kept updating and finalizing the form in Acrobat Pro. What I want is to put the form on our website so can be completed and either printed out by that person or sent to us just as the form appears on the website all filled in. Is that possible?
    Thanks,

  • Why do my resized images print out original size?

    i understand how to resize images (somewhat). however, when i print them, they are printing as original size. what do i have to do to correct this? i have searched the web in vain, am just not finding info. everything is about resizing only. i am using picture manager. have also tried with paint and photo gallery or something. no one in this house is very computer saavy, PLEASE HELP!!!

    Thankyou for your response! Still in need of help!
               I am making a craft project. I have resized my image exactly how i want it to be to fit my project base. (No standard sizes work). I made the image smaller, to fit exactly on my base (a heart). I saw there were even templates with a heart, but have not figured that out yet. I used the percentage button to resize my image, with the ratio set to keep the dimensions correct. I saved the resized image. Then I opened it and printed it. It was smaller, but still not right, not how I have it on the screen and not the right size. It is too big for my heart and wouldn't work. I know it must be something simple, some little step I am missing. I need to know how to tell the printer the new size. I am using picture manager. I have a HP Photosmart Plus B210 series printer. I have picture manager, paint, hp photo viewer, windows photo viewer, media center, photo gallery. I don't understand why resizing, saving, then opening that file, still did not work. It still printed out (smaller than original but) not the size I needed. I also edited the image and saved it with a new size, and my editing changes.
           This is truly driving me insane! I have spent hours and hours trying to figure it out for myself, as well as searching the web, and asking for help from different forums. (Not to mention wasting lots of ink!??!!!!)
                                                         I Truly would appreciate any help,

  • Objects and Images Printing Much Darker When Sent to Press

    So, I'm sure this has been addressed multiple times in many other threads, but for the life of me, I can't find one that addresses my specific issues.  So here goes...
    When producing ads or catalog layouts with drawn objects, be it solid or gradient filled, or when adding color photos to the design, it always happens that everything turns out much darker on their end.  It's frustrating and I don't know if it's something I'm not doing, or if it's something in the offset printing process...  Advice would be appreciated.
    I am currently using ID CS5.5, and am an intermediate to advanced user, but when it comes to color management...I'm lost.
    It's disheartening sending out great ads and layouts when they come out so crappy on their end.  (PS...forget about asking for proofs, cause I've asked for years on projects like mass catalog printings, and they just don't do it...so I need to work around that).  Thanks guys and gals!

    its one of those "how long is a piece of string" questions.
    as pete said, colour calibration with your monitor may be a factor, but there are many other items to consider, such as:
    * the quality of the light in the room in which the monitor is in;
    * whether the images being printed are beyond the max ink weight for the paper (an uncoated stock will have a lower max ink weight than a coated stock)
    * what RGB-CMYK conversion is being used. to demonstrate this, try this - take an RGB pic, make it CMYK using the SNAP newsprint profile and save it as 1.tiff. then, go back to the original RGB pic and make it CMYK using the COATED FOGRA 39 profile and save it as 2.tiff. now, place both pics into indesign and go to the seps preview and compare the picture qualities side by side.
    there are also issues which may be present at the printer's end, but I won't speculate as to what they may or may not be doing. instead, it is worth having a chat to your providers. Providers interested in your work normally take the time to provide as much information as they can.
    it seems to me that if images are constantly coming out darker, that the max ink weights for the stocks being printed on are being exceeded. when submitting ads/prints, are you using the ink limit preview in the seps preview panel and checking it against the max ink weight suggested by the publisher or printer?
    my buck o'five.

  • Hi everyone. I have just started having problems with iCal.  Events that I thought I had deleted are appearing on Print Preview and on print outs. Likewise Events which I have not deleted have disappeared from my calenders, but appear in print preview.

    Hi everybody. I have recently started having problems with iCal (Version 2.05 (1069). Events that I thought I had deleted appear in Print Preview and Print Outs. Likewise Events that I have not deleted have disappeared from my calender (Month View) but appear in Print Preview and Print Outs. I see that there have been similar problems with Events disappearing especially in Month View. I wondered how print preview seemrd to be picking everything up deleted or not, and what the solution may be?. First time of Posting. I hope I haven't embarassed myself.

    Hmmmm.
    At the very least there must be a "com.apple.ical.plist"...iCal would not function without it.
    Click on the Finder icon in the dock
    Click on Go > Home
    Double-click Library
    Double-click Preferences
    Look for a file called "com.apple.ical.plist" and remove it to the trash.

  • This is about recursion and the print out

    Please give me a "HINT" on how to;
    1- Control the way I print the file out, like instead of printing "A, B, C, D, E, F", printthe alphabets in two lines of three alphabets, like;
    "A, B, C"
    "D, E, F"
    2- A hint on writing a recursion method so I can print out from more than one inFile.

  • Why does the select tool stop working and images save with areas missing?

    I have been working on an image using simple tools (only select, crop and scale) and no more than 4 layers.
    The quick selection tool, magic wand tool and polygonal lasso tools are not selecting simple areas. They leave square sections unselected, and eventually I can't select anything on my canvas. The paint tool also does not work. I decided to save the image I had made even though it was unfinished, and upon reopening the file (a PSD) there were square transparent areas that were not there when I saved it (see image)
    This is what I've tried:
    I work on the layer selected
    I have reset all the tool settings back to the default ones
    I have reset the program preferences back to default settings
    The Photoshop CC software is up to date
    I have turned the program and my computer on and off again
    Can someone please help?

    Is the damage actual or only display (are the layers complete according to their previews in the Layers Panel)?
    Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
    What have you done for trouble-shooting so far? (Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved mis usually a good starting point):

  • I have a Dell Inspiron 530S computer and a Dell Photo 926 printer. Using Firefox with the printer, how do I scan a blank form into the computer and fill it out there and then print out the completed form with the printer?

    Basically, the problem arose when I got a package from the Veterans Administration requiring me to fill out some complicated forms. Using my equipment and Firfox, I have been unable to do it.
    == This happened ==
    Not sure how often
    == I applied for Agent Orange evaluation

    That's not really a Firefox support issue.
    Check with Dell support and ask if the scanner software is capable of saving the form as an actual form, instead of as an image as most scanners do.

  • PDF text is unreadable on screen and in print-out

    One of my co-workers brought to me several PDF saves of the homepage of the Chicago Tribune and an article from the Wall Street Journal. The format of the document looks normal, but a portion of the text form the Tribune page and nearly the entire page from the WSJ is unreadable. My guess is that it is just a font issue within Acrobat, however, I tried checking and unchecking the box within preferences that says to "Use local fonts only" to no avail.
    Within the "Fonts Used in this Document" window there are 6 fonts listed (four for WSJ article). Five of them are true-type and have four different lines of information under each of them. The sixth font has an 'a' symbol next to and is called Courier (Embedded Subset) and underneath has the following two lines of information--Type: Type 1; Encoding: Custom. A guess I have is that this font is the problem. My question is how do I get Acrobat to ignore that font and go to something local that I have installed on my computer?

    I looked at the files, but unfortunately I could not tell any more. It is definitely a font issue and it may be that the local fonts I have are not the same as the font used by the person who created the PDF. Keep in mind that just because the name is the same does not mean it is identical. I was able to go to WSJ, but not get into the article (I am not a subscriber). I will look a bit at creating the file later tonight.
    The document properties show
    which is the same results I got from AA9. I just don't know where the fonts are coming from. When I created a print from the CT in my normal browser, all of the fonts showed up as standard Windows fonts. When I printed from IE 10, I got the following font description:
    This screen suggests that IE is trying to provide some substitution. Your file from the CT shows standard Arial fonts, but they don't display correctly. It would appear that the problem is at the creation end, but I am not sure of the problem. At least this may give you some food for thought. Sorry that I can't help more.
