I am trying to use the UPC_BUNDLE_EXECUTE_STEP program.
I entered the following:

Can anyone help. I have the costcenter in the planning level and also in the package.

Hello Senthil,
I think the problem is the variable being used for 0Costcenter. Check the variable being used. If the costcenter is being derived dynamically, then deriving it at run time for executing planning sequence is an issue.
You would have to either hardcode it or have an option to input it at runtime.

In our system (SAP 40B), I set a payer code reconcile account is 1000001. Then I add value "G/L Acc. 1000001, Alt. G/L 1100001" at IMG - Permitted Alternative Reconciliation Accounts.
I used F-22 Input fi document for this payer code, when I changed the G/L account from 1000001 to 1100001, the system display below message.

Because one payer code only can set one reconcile account, user want to change reconcile account from account A to B (only for this document). So I set "Permitted Alternative Reconciliation Accounts" let user can change AR reconcile account by T-Code F-22。
I have already sat the field 'Recon. acct ready for input' as display and solved this question, thanks for your help!

Firefox beta 35 not ready for prime time.

I have spent the entire weekend trying to get the Firefox beta 35 to work. What I have found is that *all* extensions fail to work with the exception of Places Maintenance. I can not download any extension Firefox is so famous for. The error is something like "cannot install 'plugin-name' in it's current state." Enabling any extension require a FF restart, even Places Maintenance. Trying to remove an extension fails and must be done manually.
I am on Windows 7 Premium desktop Firefox, 32 bit. I "committed" myself to FF 35 last night (which meant clearing history and cache on exit because the extension "Expire History by Days" was no longer working), when I discovered that 35 was not playing nice with some sites using Flash. It was a capricious thing. Many sites worked as normal but some would not render at all. Examples:

First time I have has a problem with a Firefox beta, but it is definitely not ready for prime time. I realize FF is attempting to get away from what we are calling "Proprietary add-ons" but FF 35 in its present state will just fill the Moz Support forums with millions of complaints (guess I am one of the first). I have at present 1 extension (the only one that works on 35), the above mentioned "Places Maintenance."
I thought you might like this report as "user input." God knows I have tried...I must have downloaded 35 at least a dozen times and then been forced back to 34.0.5. So I am back on 34.0.5

Just for the record I'm using Fx35b1 with lots of plug-ins and extensions with absolutely no problems now or for quite a long time.

Are the WLS 9.1 Web Service Ant Tasks ready for prime time?

I am trying to create a Proof of Concept (POC) for Enterprise and B2B Services at Wendy's Int'l, Inc.
As part of this POC, I created a WSDL for an in-house service and then used the wsdlc and jwsc Ant Tasks to translate this WSDL to Java classes and ultimately (I hoped) a deployable services.
In this document, I describe the issues I encountered setting up what I consider to be a simple POC.
I'll try to attach my WSDL file and build.xml so you can follow along.
I'll also try to attach my CSS file so you can compare how the generated WSDL appears in the Browser to the way I want it to appear.
If attachments are not allowed on these forums, then I will wait and see if there is interest in those documents before I paste them under this topic.
Some preliminary information about my environment.
Environment:

Note: If I modify my WSDL (perhaps to add a new Operation or to change the definition of an element) and run wsdlc again, the AppReleaseSOAPPortImpl.java file is overwritten For this reason, I implemented my service logic in a class called AppReleaseServiceImple.java.
Now, for the issues.
1. Bug:
In the WSDL generated by wsdlc, the wsdl:part child of the wsdl:message tag is erroneously prefixed with a colon.
This occurs whether or not I specify a prefix for the http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/ namespace.
Work around: Extract the wsdl from the jar file, fix it and add it back into the jar.
2. Bug:
In the WSDL generated by wsdlc, the wsdl:input and wsdl:output children of the wsdl:operation child of wsdl:portType tag are erroneously prefixed with a colon. Like 1 above, this occurs whether or not I specify a prefix for the http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/ namespace.
Work around: Extract the wsdl from the jar file, fix it and add it back into the jar.
The error message generated by Bugs 1 and 2 is not helpful in diagnosing the problem:
[jwsc] Error at line:46 col:7 ':' expected [?! -- [CDATA[ ]
3. Bug:
In the WSDL generated by wsdlc, the documentation elements have all of my html elements stripped out, as well as my xhtml and wsdl namespace references. This completely negates one of the best features of the documentation tag, being able to present the WSDL in a browser as a nicely formatted, human friendly document which is also the underlying WSDL that can be viewed when the person views the source document.
I label this as a bug because it greatly reduces the functionality of the resulting WSDL.
4. Annoyance:
The WSDL generated by wsdlc has all of my comments stripped out, except the comments in the xsd:schema section of the wsdl:types element. I would prefer that all my comments be left in the WSDL, but if comments must be stripped out then I think all of the comments should be stripped out.
5. Annoyance:
The WSDL generated by wsdlc has my CSS specification stripped.
Work around: I donâ€™t know if adding the CSS back will do any good because I have not yet created a deployable service (see the last issue below).
6. Annoyance:
The WSDL generated by wsdlc has different namespace prefixes than the ones I specified for my application's namespace and for the http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap/ namespace.
Work around: Perform a find/replace on namespace prefixes "s0" and "s1" to return them to my prefered values.
Another thing I can do at this point is simply replace the generated WSDL in the jar file with my original WSDL. This would address issues 1 thru 6 above.
7. Annoyance:
The java source files created by wsdlc are put into a jar file. This makes it annoying when working within a traditional IDE like Eclipse because there is no way to reference the source files within the jar as working source.
Work around: Extract the source files from the jar and identify the resulting directory structure as part of the source structure of the project.
8. Bug:
The jwsc task complains if the same parameter name is used in multiple operations. I received the following Errors from jwsc:
[jwsc] C:\IDE\workspace\Acre-WL9.1\AppReleaseSOAPPort.java 0:0
[jwsc] [ERROR] - Parameter element "{http://acre.services.wendys.com/AppRelease/}garRequest" is not unique across document/literal bare WebService.
Since the operation names are unique, I see no reason to also require uniqueness in the parameter names used by those operations.
Work around: Use unique element names for the input parameters of the services operations.
9. Bug:
Once items 1, 2 and 8 above are taken care of, jwsc fails with the following error:
java.lang.AssertionError: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: weblogic.j2ee.descriptor.ApplicationBeanImpl
This seems to be due to the weblogic.jar file not being in the System Classpath.
However, I should note that when I set verbose="on" and debug="on" in the jwsc ant task, there was a message from the task which stated "[jwsc] [search path for class files: [big freakinâ€™ jar list]". In the big freakinâ€™ jar list, I did find weblogic.jar and weblogic.jar has the required ApplicationBeanImpl. This indicates to me that the jwsc task does not fully honor either its classpathref attribute, nor an embedded classpath element.
Work around: Make sure the weblogic.jar is in the System Classpath.
10. Bug:
I fixed bug #9 by running a setDomainEnv script and then ran my ant task. This time I received the following output:

At this point, I am completely stymied about how to proceed.
I wonder what new issues await once this 10th issue is addressed.

Sorry to hear you are having so many issues with using the WLS 9.1 web service Ant tasks, inside of Eclipse.
I generally create a User Library for the couple weblogic jars needed, and use it (the User Library) in my Eclipse projects that I create JWSes in. 
I also have a separate WebLogic Library in Eclipse (actually 2 libraries since I work with WL 8.1 and now WL 9.1). As you may know, one of the long-standing issues with the Ant integration within Eclipse is the fact that Ant, being an External Tool, does not receive the Project-specific Paths/Libraries. However, since most Java-relevant Ant tasks can take classpath and classpathref attributes, this is usually not an issue. In the case of the BEA-supplied wsdlc Ant task, it is apparent from the verbose/debug console output that wsdlc can see the jars in its classpathref, but it ignores those references when resolving class references and instead only uses the system classpath.

I've only needed the weblogic.jar and xbean.jar, not all the ones you mentioned in an earlier thread of this post. 
I have not tried to winnow down exactly which jars are required. I simply included all the jars that exist and were added to the system classpath by the setDomainEnv.bat file created by WebLogic 9.1.

Afterwards, I create an Ant Builder to build the JWS Web Service EAR, as opposed to fiddlin' with Eclipse. 
I too use Ant to build my deployable archives. Eclipse is simply my IDE of choice. I validated that all the issues I listed occurred when running Ant from the command line.

If you are interested in how I do it, send me an e-mail (to [email protected]), and I'll send you a zip of one of these JWS projects. The build.xml script for the project, takes care of a lot of the "annoyances" you mentioned, one of which I think is not accurate. I have never had a situation where the wsdlc Ant task "overwrote" my XXXImpl.java file.. 
Since I'm doing a POC to determine how we want to proceed with developing Web Services and an SOA in general, I tried to perform the same tasks using Axis 2 1.0, the WebLogic 9.1 tools, and XFire 1.1. Overwriting the Impl class is a common failing in the tools which take a WSDL and create Java source files for all three frameworks.

Try my scenario. Add another operation to an existing WSDL, and run the wsdlc Ant Task. The old IMPL class will be over-written.

Because of this, I have a separate Impl class and I make sure that all its methods and annotations match the methods and annotations in the Skeleton Impl class created by wsdlc.

Maybe that's because I use the <exec> Ant task with jar.exe (the xvf options) in my build.xml, to only get what I need out of the .jar/.zip the wsdlc generates. I'm typically only interest in the interface class that my XXXImpl.java file needs to implements, because I use XMLBeans for the input args (and return values) of my web service operations. 
Perhaps. I am not using XMLBeans in any of the three frameworks because the resulting service seems to be lighter-weight in all three frameworks if XMLBeans is not used. I'm sure there will be scenarios where XMLBeans is preferred, but I have not encountered that case in this POC.

Can DVDSP create a CSS enabled Video_TS ready for replication?

Can I create a copy-protected DVD with a Video_TS folder ready for replication?
From what I understand, copy-protected DVD's for replication can only be created through the DDP file process. That means that the replicator must apply a "mastering process" to the files before a glass master is created.
I am being told my a replicator that in the past, they have received discs from clients that are copy protected and ready for replication. Is this possible? Can I burn these type of discs with DVD Studio Pro and a built in burner?

Nope. All CSS encrypted DVD's must be in DDP or CMF format on either hard drive, DLT, or DVD-R (provided as DVD-ROM, not Video_TS).
The "mastering process" is us (replicators) adding the actual CSS keys to the final image while it is premastering. DVD Studio Pro "flags" the master with CSS. The keys are added in the premastering stage at the replicator before glass is made (unless you use Scenarist, you can add the keys upon output, which doesn't make it playable but the Eclipse software will see the keys are present and we don't have to add them).

I would think that this would be the DDP image with the CSS keys included. I dont believe there is any way to output a playable DVD that has CSS to a DVD-R on any authoring system. Even if there was you cannot premaster a DVD-Video with CSS at any replication facility.

Where is the "not ready for input" field stored in SAP?

In the tcode CT04, the 'Additional Data' tab has a field called 'not ready for input'. I want to find this value in a table. I thought it was in CABN-ATINP but this does not seem to be populated all the time.
e.g.
1. characteristic ABCDE has the value checked in CT04 but there is no entry in CABN-ATINP
2. characteristic ZYXWV has the value checked in CT04 and there is an entry in CABN-ATINP
Does anyone know:
a) why?
b) how to find the value for point 1 above?

obviously, that is wrong.
It is true that the ATINP value for batches which have a reference field in CT04 does not ever change but having a reference field does not necessarily mean that it should be display mode.
Anyone know why the reference field stops the ATINP field update?
And how does the program know that it should be 'not ready for input' when the ATINP flag is not changed?

PR Release Strategy-Characteristic Z_GSWRT must be linked with CEBAN-GFWRT

the second level release its not able to simulate and it says check Prerequistie for second level

Thanks for the solution that helped me to understand PR Release much better.
Values: Plant (WERKS)& Itemvalue (GSWRT) & Now I created (GFWRT) For another class for Overall PR release.
In my PR Release strategy with 2 levels I have these below things:
Rel Groups : 1 Group with name AA
Rel Codes: For AA is A1, For another AA is A2.
Rel Indicator: nothing is selected, am not sure what to do in this step.
Rel Strategy : For AA is S1, For another AA is S2.
I created class Z_GFWRT but am not sure which group I should assign it AA or I have to create another new group for Overall release.
After I checked the release strategy the system is giving me this below message.
No release group exists
Message no. ME_RELCHK014
Please can you walkme through in this process. This is first time I am creating a PR Release.

Mac pro ati radion HD5870 graphics card, is it CUDA ready for 3D Modeling

I would like to move over to MACs from PC but use autocad and 3DStudio. The ATI radion graphics card HD5870 must be CUDA ready for 3D modeling, but the tech description at the online store doesn't confirm if it is CUDA ready.

CUDA is NVIDIA's parallel computing architecture. It enables dramatic increases in computing performance by harnessing the power of the GPU.

If you are planning a full deployment of VoIP, in addition to verifying the equipment and software list, Id recommend doing end-to-end testing ... even if you control the entire network.
Agilent has a 'VoIP Quality Tester" that will give a full analysis of the endpoints. Buy one or rent one (or get a consultant that has one) .. having the right hardware/software is only the starting point; optimizing the overall network is probably going to be necessary ... lots of tweaking configs, routes, and loads.
I'd also recommend some serious prototype and piloting.

no, it's something different. It is because we want to be paid before shipping anything.
In more detail:
- we request a certain amount of down payment after the order and before starting production
- we request final payment before we deliver goods

V4.0 won't start. crashes each time. Had to go back to previous version. Version 4 is just not ready for general release, it is massively messed up. The online fixes here had no effect whatsoever. VERY DISSAPOINTED

tried automatic upgrade from within 3.6.. did not work..crashed upon re-start. tried remove program completely for a fresh install..same thing crash upon V4.0 start up....
Reinstalled 3.6.15...
4.0 is NOT READY for general release. Tried the fixes as suggested here, but they were useless and no help what-so-ever.
Very dissapointing, as I've been using Firefox as my only browser since it was introduced years ago.. this may be the end of the line....VERY DISSAPOINTED

Prediction is that, we will see a shift from laptop to smartphones, something we experienced a few years ago when laptop replaced desktops. So, is Nokia really ready for this competitve market? I believe they are still not ready looking at the way they support N series and E series.
My horror story started the day I purchased my N96, exactly 4 months back. I have been watching the developments of N95 and wanted to own one. Nokia released N96 by the time I made my decision. The problem started when I started seeing low memory errors. To my surprise, I noticed that Nokia uses phone memory for messages and N-gauge. Configuring "mass memory" as the storage for messages didn't solve the problem completely as it failed to move all messagesI searched for some file explorer kind of applications to explore and clean phone memory. I wish if Nokia had one. The solution given to me by Nokia support was to reset the phone. And, that cleared all data from my phone. So, here are a list of my pain points
- Does Nokia expect us to reset phone for every small issues. Note that, these are not just phones, but smart phones. More than contacts, I have my personal data, bookmarks, configurations, rss feeds, video feeds, radio stations, podcasts, GPS locations, blogging tools, applications etc. installed. Getting back the phone in the same state will take days after a hard reset. Do I agree if my laptop service center tells me that they have to format my harddisk everytime I take my laptop for servicing? Nokia Care's standard answer is to update the firmware (though I have the latest firmware) and reset the phone for any issues. I only wish if Nokia trained their technicians to handle smartphones.
- N96 reboots when I use GPS 50% of the times (when you use it for longer duration either with google map or Nokia map or sports tracker)
- Phone hangs when you move from wifi hotspot to other places while wifi scan is going on (I don't see this issue after upgrading to 12.043)
- There is no way to restart the phone when the phone hangs. You have to take out the battery and put it back.
- I get disconnected frequently when I'm on long calls. Though I can blame my network provider, I know its not completely because of them. My N70 doesn't have this problem.
- I have been having a long battle with Nokia support and bluetooth issues. I tried to use Motorola HT820 headset with this phone. Phone hangs or reboots 90% time when I turn on the headset. Nokia's standard answer is that Motorola HT820 is not a supported accessory. I agree, but is it acceptable if phone reboots or hangs when I tried to use an unsupported accessory? Only way to reboot the phone when it hangs is to remove the battery and place it back. Why can't they give a reset switch hidden somewhere if they can't write bugfree code (and nonone can). I have been doing this for the last one month while trying to convince Nokia that they have a problem with their bluetooth stack. I can prove that it happens only with A2DP profile. I have been using a plantronics bluetooth headset without any problem. I'm also using HT820 with my Nokia N70 which supports only HSP profile. Unfortunately, N96 doesn't provide an option to choose what profile you want to use when you pair a bluetooth headset. I could have listened to music from my laptop (A2DP) while the headset is connected with phone (HSP), and I don't miss any calls. I'm pretty sure it is a bug in their bluetooth stack; only if I could talk to one of their developers and explain the problem.
- You know the commotion Nokia created when they removed VoIP stack from N96. Thanks to Fring, I use VoIP and skype with N96 today.
- The NetWork stack is so cumbursome. Each applications have to define their own access points and rights. Why can't it be in the platform level? Just imagin you doing this on your laptop for each of the applications.
- Its better not to talk about the battery. It comes for less than a day for me. But, you can always blaim the usage.
How do we make Nokia listen to issues? Do they have any customer feedback forum (please, not through the Nokia Care centers)? I wish if they improve, after all, I still love my phone (Yes, I paid a good amount for this phone)

I'm with you - I've had my N96 nearly six months and am VERY disappointed.
I just bought a Parrot Party Bluetooth speaker. A GREAT little unit. Needless to say, the implementation of A2DP leaves a LOT to be desired on the N96. Basically, it's like listening to a CD that skips every 10 seconds. The N96 cannot keep up the stream of data fast enough. It's VERY annoying.
I checked to make sure no other apps were running to make sure it wasn't something else running that was causing the problem, but no, it's rubbish (I have firmware 12.043). Other people in my office can connect their Blackberries etc... no problem. Plays back beautifully, but my N96? Piece of garbage.
Nokia have a LOT to answer for! Like you say, a phone that costs more than a laptop and this is the level of service we get. I have written TWICE via their online customer service form, and on each occasion received an email saying I can expect a response in 72 hours. I've never received ANYTHING!
Also, I had a Plantronics headset - Explorer 340. A nice headset. Same problems as mentioned elsewhere, would intermittently be disconnected and reconnected - very annoying. Last week, it paired but would not connect. Plantronics' support was wonderful! So efficient. They're exchanging the unit with a newer model (brand new) because they cannot replace the old model. Maybe that will work better. Meanwhile, because I NEED a headset for driving (and the supplied stereo headset is pathetic - cable too short, microphone ends up around your waist (USELESS!)) I bought (*gasp*) a Nokia BH-101. Paired fine with the N96 (as one would EXPECT), but the headset itself is lousy - such a poor design. I challenge anyone to make it fit in their ear comfortably enough as to be able to HEAR the bloody thing while driving. I have to keep one hand on it to keep it in my ear. USELESS NOKIA!
