  • Issue with Exchange 2007 SP3/Outlook 2010 User account Auto accepting Appointments

    0
    Hi
I have an issue with 2 users who's appointments are being Auto-accepted or Auto Declined. As these are User Mailboxes there is no resource scheduling set on these. I've also checked for delegates (none), Rules (including running outlook.exe /cleanrules).
If I send the user some test appointments when they are not logged into Outlook, the appointments are not processed. If the user logs in through OWA then the appointments are not processed. When the user logs into Outlook 2010 (using Mapi) the appointments
are processed within 5-10 minutes. I started to think it may be a PC issue, something buried in the registry. But I give myself full access to the account and logged in from my machine using Outlook 2010, the appointments are auto processed, again, within
    5- 10 minutes .
Lots of stuff on the internet all pointing to Resource scheduling, delegates or Rules but I have now discounted all of these.
If I check the users MailboxCalendarSettings, AutomateProcessing is set to AutoUpdate and not AutoAccept. The Outlook Client has all settings in Resource Scheduling unticked.
    Thanks
    Darran

    Hi Darran,
If there is no delegate configured, no rules and calendar processing is also set properly, please switch Outlook to Online mode to check whether the issue persists. Also close Outlook and receive test meeting request directly in OWA to double check the mailbox
would not automatically process the meeting in OWA.
If the issue happens in Outlook Online mode but not continues in OWA, please restart Outlook in safe mode or change a new computer with fresh Outlook 2010 to have a try.
    Thanks,

  • Relay issue from Unix across Exchange 2003 OWA server in Exchange 2010 environment

    Hi,
I'm trying to resolve an issue.  We have one Exchange 2003 server left in our environment. The rest is now Exchange 2010.  We are working to decommission this server. Monitoring the SMTP logs, I am working with the various groups to get the traffic
off this server and onto the Exchange 2010 environment.
The issue we are finding is with a work flow. This Java app for eBis sends email to users. This is done correctly through Exchange 2010 and gets delivered from our HUB/CAS servers to the target user mailbox. This email has several links the user must click
for approving or rejecting requests. Upon clicking Approve, a new email window opens (we use Outlook 2010).  The TO address is in the format of [email protected]  Upon clicking Send, our Exchange 2010 HUB/CAS servers accept the
email, because one of our send connectors has, as address space, *.domain.corp.  However, the email address being used it not an alias on any Exchange 2010 mailbox, so it appears Exchange 2010 is sending this email on to the Exchange 2003 server, which
also is an SMTP server.  I *think* this server is looking at the address after @ to determine where to send it (ebisserver.domain.corp, which is valid in our DNS), and sends it on to that server, where the java "listener" program intercepts
the mail, processes it and then saves it to a file somewhere.
We are at a loss as to how to get Exchange 2010 to do this instead of Exchange 2003... once this traffic is eliminted from Exchange 2003, I can proceed with decommission of this server.  Any help troubleshooting this issue is appreciated.

The only reason the Exchange 2010 server would route outbound mail through an Exchange 2003 server is that you have an SMTP Connector defined on the Exchange 2003 server that has a more specific domain than you have on the Exchange 2010 server.  You
should be able to see all your Send Connectors (an SMTP Connector on Exchange 2003 looks like a Send Connector in Exchange 2010) by running Get-SendConnector.

  • Word 2010 document with images won't print to HPLJ5550 printers

It prints fine on black and white printers (HP 4250). It's a 25-page document with images on almost every page. The file size in Explorer shows the document is 3.2mb. The printer queue window shows its 2.27mb/415 mb.
I've tried to figure this out.
I sent the same document to four different HPLJ5550 printers. All the same problem.
I sent it to other printer models and it works fine.
I sent it from different computers. Same results.
I turned off background printing. I disabled advanced printing. I PDF'd it and it still wouldn't print.
The issue is that we are moving to Office 2010 in May and I am responsible for training everyone. But, I can't print my training materials on 90% of our printers (HPLJ5550). Gack. What will this be like when we have all our employees trying to print and documents won't print.
This has happened with other Word 2010 documents too. I thought it may have been the fonts in the styles. So I changed the styles to use Times New Roman and Arial. Didn't help.
I made new styles, not based on any other style, and used TNR and Arial. Didn't help.
I save the file back to Word 2003. Didn't help.
I can, however, print the file fine on the one Dell 5100 color printer we have. But, that's not going to work when we have 700 users trying to print to their HPLJ5550 printers (the company default printer for all our locations).
I would appreciate any suggestions you have. Right now I have had to go back to using Word 2003 to create the training documents for Word 2010 classes - totally not acceptable.Ugh.
    Thank you!

I am using BB ZZ10, and my laptop has Kaspersky Anti Virus installed in Windows 7, as mentioned in the forum, i have stopped my AV, and installed the PrintToGo and still it is not working.
I get a small window asking for my blackberry ID and Password, once i enter it correctly it give a error message, stating that cannot connect to internet or DNS not found when all other browser pages are able to connect.
if i enter wrong password it shows password wrong and then asks for correct password, only if i give correct password it shows the error message which is a typical Internet explorer error message.

  • How much ram can you put in a Macbook Pro 7,1?

I have what I thought was 2011 macbook pro, but when I just looked it up the 7,1 appears to be a 2010. Anyway, I want to max out the ram. OWC says you can put in 16GB of the DDR3 1066MHz SO-DIMM; here is the link: http://eshop.macsales.com/item/OWC/8566DDR3S16P/ Has anyone done this and does it work?

If OWC says it will work, it will work.  The 2010 13" MBP can accept 16 GB RAM due to a relatively new firmware update.  Other 2010 MBPs cannot (still).
    Ciao.
Carefull on the specifications!  They should be:  204-pin PC3-8500 (1066 MHz) DDR3 SO-DIMM.

  • Tasl list not coming in inspection lot

Hi i am facing one problem. I have creatd one inspection lot automatically from GR. Noq in the inspection lot in Inspection specification no task list assignment is coming. Also when i click on the tab Task List/Spec in inspection lot it is giving me message No inspection plan could be found. I am using inspection type 01 in matrial master ans usage in inspection type is 05, same usage type i am using in plan. I have assigned MIC in plan . Also in material amster the inspection with task list has been selectd. Sampling procedure i am using sampling type percentage % 10 %.
Can anyone tell me why this coming

    Hi,
I have creatd one inspection lot automatically from GR. Noq in the inspection lot in Inspection specification no task list assignment is coming.
Please check whether you have ticked  'insp. with task list' at material master  details for Inspection type.
Also when i click on the tab Task List/Spec in inspection lot it is giving me message No inspection plan could be found.
Please ensure that  the quality plan is made on or prior to the date of  GR, if  lot is generated on 15.04.2010 then quality plan has to be made on that or before that date. If you make on 16.04.2010 system will not accept.
I am using inspection type 01 in matrial master ans usage in inspection type is 05, same usage type i am using in plan.
Please check that you have released the quality plan (selected 4 status)  and plan is not block
I have assigned MIC in plan . Also in material amster the inspection with task list has been selectd.
Sampling procedure i am using sampling type percentage % 10 %.
    No issue  this is correct.
Please revert if issue is still not resolved.

  • Availabilty check in sales order

    Hi
Iam having MTO scenario and availabilty check is active with Tot. repl. lead time maintained in MRP view.
If for one particular sales order, i Put requested delivery date as 12/02/2010 and system proposes 20/04/2010.
When i accept it  then material availability date becomes 20/04/2010. But after MRP when planned order is creted then it has requirement date of 12/02/2010.
Why 20/04/2010 does not come as requirement date. ?

    Mayuresh,
MRP requirements will usually follow the material availability date of the original requirement, not the confirmation.
If you wish to change this behavior, you can set the 'Fix Date Qty' check box in the sales order item (Schedule lines tab).  This infers that you wish for MRP to follow the confirmation date.
From F1 help on this field:
    Delivery date and quantity fixed
Indicates whether you want to fix the delivery dates and quantities that
are confirmed after an availability check for the item.
    Use
You use this field if you cannot confirm the delivery date or quantity
         that the customer initially requests.
    Procedure
If the customer accepts the delivery and quantity confirmed by the
system, mark the field. The system then passes on MRP requirements so
that the confirmed date and quantity can be met.
    Note
If you leave the field blank, the delivery date and confirmed quantity
are not fixed. If you are able to expedite either the manufacture or
purchase of goods, you may be able to deliver the goods closer to the
customer's original request (and sooner than the date the system
         confirmed).

  • MOSS 2007 gives cross browser compatabity issue on firefox and chrome and also in higher version of IE (9 & 11)

I am getting browser compatablity issue when MOSS 2007 is used on IE 9 & 11 and on other browsers like firefox and chrome.
I also face issue while using the latest version of third party Intersoft WebUI 2014 R2 controls. Although the older version of Intersoft WebUI 2008 controls were working fine with MOSS in IE7 browser. But recently WebGrids are not loading
properly and the WebCombo dropdowns doesn't work. After apporaching the Intersoft on tis issue they said their latest version of Intersoft is compatible with MOSS 2007.
In this process of upgrade I learnt that the Intersoft Sample which comes with their setup can be run on Visual Studio 2010 and above. So I would like to know whether MOSS 2007 support VS 2010 or not.
    Accepting response on my queries.

You've posted this in the wrong forum. 2007 questions should go into the SharePoint legacy forum.
This thread discussed 2007 browser support:
    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/a3131e1f-b78b-46bd-bc46-750866b280bd/sharepoint-2007-ie-browser-compatability
Visual Studio 2010 will let you build tools for SharePoint 2007 however I'm not familiar with what you're trying to do or what intersoft webui does.

  • Using [TODAY] in filtered views

The instructions under the filter section in Edit View clearly states; "Show all of the items in this view, or display a subset of the items by using filters. To filter on a column based on the current date or the current user of the site, type
[Today] or [Me] as the column value...". However when I use [Today] as my filter value, I received the following error message: "Filter Value is not a supported date format" My date fields are all set up
as date only, and I am assuming that [Today] also is set up as date only.  Did something change in SharePoint 2010 that won't accept [today] as a filter value?

Hi. There is no other column called "Today".  I created the "My Today" solution simply because the directions within the view indicate that I should use [Today]. I am not including the "=" sign.  I am simply trying to filter my view where a specific
date is equal to [Today]. The error message I get says something to the effect of the format of [Today] is not compatible with the filter.  Is it possible that [Today] includes both date and time?  My field is set up to display date only.
