Update any application on my iphone 4s

When I try to update any application on my iphone 4s,
It wants "enter: itunes store for apple id [email protected] , write apple ıd password" then I write it but
it couldn't update. But my apple id password works for purchasing any applications or music etc.

Unless the app has important data that cannot be saved or logged into in order to access, you could try deleting the app and then redownloading it.

I had the 1013 error, have never Jailbroken my phone.
Udating the firmware casued it to go into recovery mode and got stuck in the 1013 error loop.
Tried editing the Host file, new computer, itunes re-install, different USB port, anti-virus off etc, NOTHING was working.
Just as I was tempted to launch it at some unwitting object/person, cancel my contract and defacate on Apple's porch, I managed to sort it purely by restoring my phone without the sim card in.
No idea why, dont know why i havnt seen it mentioned before either. Hopefully it may help some of you in the same situation.

Hello. I have tried to use my visa gift card to purchase something from apple. However, the security code is not present, which I am aware of. When I typed in the correct security code, I discovered that there was not enough money in the card to complete the purchase anyway. Now, whenever I attempt to update my applications on my iPhone 3Gs, I am directed to the billing information from the previous purchase that did not work. How do I cancel the purchase and continue to update my applications?

This happens for some apps. If you have a computer try to buy on it. Otherwise you will have to enter a credit card or some from of billing.

So you made a new Apple ID? Unfortunately that won't work. Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one ID to another and Apple does not merge Apple IDs. What should have been doen is mearely change the email address that was associated with the Apple ID.

The only way that you can do this now is with a new email address if you used your current email address for the new Apple ID.

Installing, and uninstalling, applications never touches or removes the data.
Clean out and uninstall all the apple programs and software thru Programs and manually.
Might want to use Revo and CCleaner
I always use manual standalone installers (and keep a couple backup versions)
itunes 10.5 may affect iTunes media playlists, not sure, depends on what you have.

I wonder as you arenot the first with a dell if maybe the OS or included software.

I can't download or update any applications.

For the past few days I haven't been able to download or update any applications. The apps will show that they are downloading/updating and after a few minutes a window will pop up saying "Unable to Download Application" Clash of Clans could not be downloaded at this time and it gives the options done or retry. If I choose done and wait a while it does the same thing, same thing happens if I choose retry. My phone has service, I have full signal, my 3G is working. My Internet connection is fine. Also, I have like 600+mb free on my phone if that's relevant to anything.

All Apple iTunes Store accounts must have a valid form of payment set up. Even for free apps and updates. The Payment Declined message comes from your card issuer or payment source; Apple is just a pass-through for the message. You need to find out why your issuer is declining your card.

Unable to Update Any Applications purchased through MAS

Hello.
I am unable to update any of my purchased apps from the Mac App Store. Have used the 10.6.6 combo updater, repaired disk permissions, reset Apple ID password, but am still unable to update. The updates tab is empty, and when I try to click an Update button from the purchases tab, I get a dialog that says:
"You have updates available for other accounts. Sign in to (null) to update applications for that account."
I haven't used any other Apple ID for the MAS.
Console.app is spitting out this error when I try to update:
1/18/11 7:48:26 PM App Store[6985] multibyte IDs are unsupported.

I posted a solution in http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=13006522&tstart=0 that worked for me. I had Spotlight indexing disabled (Privacy tab > added the root drive). I allowed Spotlight to reindex and now the App Store works as expected.
If anyone wants to take the time and discern what specifically Spotlight needs to index that would be great as I never use it and hate the rude mds and mdworker processes thrashing at the drive.

It appeared every time I started the App Store.

Is being few days now I cannot install any application neither free or payable. I cannot update any of the installed applications.
I have tried it several time with different secure and fast networks.
Anyone can help? I am new with Apple and I am not really happy with what is happening with my 2 weeks old Ipad.

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.
