why my lumia 1520 cannot update this app transfer my data...pls help anyone what should i do, coz after download 3mb its turn attention required..

it same thing happen...another solution...even it not really importance but, if some day i really need use it...

depending on what exactly you mean with "clear", it is a bug. See this thread: App Store Updates Do Not Clear
If you update your App's via iTunes, and not "over the air", the badge count on the AppStore-app icon is wrong, and the list shows "available updates" that you can open in the new version. The listing under "Updated #date#" lists only updates that were done OTA in the last month.

Experience updating app, keeping user data, and extending SQLite tables?

We're updating an application in the App Store, and haven't yet found good information on how to deal with updates to the SQLite Schema and data that should be transferred between apps.
Anyone successfully done this?
Q1: Does the old DB files stay on the iPhone after update? Does the installer do a "diff" between them? In our case, we just extended tables, rather than changing them, in hope that we can successfully move the data for users gracefully.
Q2: If the installer does in fact wipe all the data and files on the app before install, is there a way to access the data before it updates, so the app can gracefully update the data?

Would you mind sharing your solution?
I've implemented it by using the PRAGMA SQL statements to query the table structure, and if it's missing the column I need for the new version, adding it.
The bigger problem, though, is some of my users have experienced their data being deleted when they received an updated version from the app store.

My Apple ID was changed. Yet when I try to update apps I am asked to enter the password for the old IG which will not work and no matter what I do. When I attempt to update apps it still askes for the wrong ID data.

I reboot the IPAD and then attempt to update apps again but it still asked for the Old ID password and still shows the old ID username. The dame thing refuses to recognize my new Apple ID data. This is making my older IPAD unuseable.

You cannot change your Apple ID. You can get a new one if you want, but all of your Apps and media are linked to yoru old Apple ID. And no, Apple won't transfer your old ID purchases to yoru new ID.

There is no need to do that, I had the same problem pal! Just do this and all should be fine!
Delete one of the app's and re-install it, then for some reason everythign is restored to as it was!

Update and transfer data via BADI LE_SHP_TAB_CUST_HEAD

Greetings All,
I've a requirement to create a custom tab in the VL01N/VL02N/VL03N header record displaying custom fields.
I've successfully implemented BADI LE_SHP_TAB_CUST_HEAD, created a subscreen, appended my custom fields to the LIKP table via append structure, and can now view my fields in the transactions listed above.
I'm having trouble updating the fields in the subscreen and save the values back to the LIKP table. First question is a) do I do this via the PBO PAI modules in my subscreen, or should I be doing this in the BADI?
Second question is, if I shuodl be doing this in the BADI, how do I do it. A simple example is that I have created a field called ZZ_CUST_TIME in LIKP, added it to my sub-screen using data dictionary linking.
How do I pass a value entered into this field via VL02N back to the transaction for update?
Any suggestions would be greatfully appreciated.

Hi Stephen,
You can do it by using PBO and PAI modules of the screen that you created. But you have to transfer the data from subscreen to the BADI method TRANSFER_DATA_FROM_SUBSCREEN and aslo from method TRANSFER_DATA_TO_SUBSCREEN to the subscreen. This will update the screen field data to LIKP.
You can aceive this by two ways.
1) You can use EXPORT in method TRANSFER_DATA_TO_SUBSCREEN and then IMPORT the value in the screen PBO. And You can EXPORT data from screen PAI and IMPORT data in method TRANSFER_DATA_FROM_SUBSCREEN.
2) Anither way to do it is by using Function modules and Function Group instead of EXPORT/IMPORT.
Create a Function group. In the global data define a structure/Work Area of type LIKP.
DATA w_likp TYPE likp.
Then create two Function modules, one to export data and another to import data.
Let us assume that the export FM takes in IS_LIKP as input and the import FM outputs the value of LIKP into ES_LIKP.
Then pass the value is_likp to the export FM in the BADI method TRANSFER_DATA_TO_SUBSCREEN and in the screen PAI pass the LIKP data to the export FM.
In the export Function module write the following code:
MOVE is_likp TO w_likp
Then in the Import FM write the following code:
MOVE w_likp TO es_likp.
The import FM is called from method TRANSFER_DATA_FROM_SUBSCREEN and from screen PBO.
This will solve your problem.

1) Without connecting your iPad to your laptop, start iTunes. Click on Edit. Click on Preferences. Click on Devices. Check the box next to "Prevent your iPod etc. from automatically syncing." Click OK.
2) connect your iPad to your laptop and start iTunes.
3) When iTunes starts, right click on your iPad under Devices in the left column. Select Transfer purchases etc.
4) After it finishes transferring all your apps to your new laptop, right click on your iPad and select Backup your iPad.
5) After it finish backing up your iPad, right click on your iPad and select Restore etc.
6) After it finishes restoring, left click on your iPad , then click on the Apps tab on top, and check the box next to Sync Apps, then click on Apply below.
If everything on your iPad looks good after the sync, go back and click on Edit / Preferences / Devices and UN-check the box next to Prevent your iPod etc. The only other thing you may want to check is if your contacts, bookmarks, etc. are syncing correctly now. If not, go to the Info tab after connecting and make sure you indicate which features you want to sync with what sources.

Can't Update or Transfer Apps

When my iPhone tries to update apps, the update never begins and/or completes. When I sync and transfer from my MacBook Pro, I receive and error message with the code (0xE800002E). I still have apps (some that I paid for) on my iPhone that won't transfer into my iTunes or update. Anyone having this problem? Best solution a complete restore? Should I backup my iPhone, complete restore, and use the backup or start new?

There are several threads already dealing with this issue if you use the "search discussions" function - most are able to remedy this by deleting the app from the phone, and then re-syncing to your desktop/laptop (you won't lost the app permanently when nixing from your phone). Hold down on the app icon until it "shakes", then press the x.

If I wiped my phone I wouldn't have the contacts on my phone to send to my self. I would need to take just the contacts from my back up. I would have to do this through iTunes and I don't see how I can just extract the contacts only from my back up. From what I can figure out it is all or nothing

My iPhone 4 was originally synced with the PC and I'm now trying to migrate it all over to the Mac. Currently, every time I try to sync the iPhone with the new Mac, I get a message saying "All existing apps and their data will be replaced by apps on this computer". I've used the "Transfer Purchases" option so the apps on the phone are also on the Mac.

Migrate your library from the PC to the Mac. Normally all you need to do is copy teh entire iTunes folder from one machine to the other over a network or using an external drive.
If your PC is no longer functional see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.
