Here's my suggestion:
On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Cellular (where you would turn on cellular data if you could).
You can actually scroll that menu down a bit so the "Cellular Data" button is not necessarily in the far upper right corner of the screen. Hopefully you can scroll it down far enough that you can successfully set it.

Black arrow in upper right hand corner of screen AND buttons are not working

I have this black thick arrow in the top right hand corner of my screen that will not go away. When I'm dialing, the end call button is a "*", the back button is a "x7", and the menu button is always something different ("we" or "Xx). When I view my inbox and press the back button, it takes me down to the oldest message I have, forcing me to scroll all the way up to view my most recent messages.
Help!
I'm a blackberry rookies, so please forgive me if this is something as simple as a setting that I accidently enabled or something ...

Sounds that you have security software that doesn't trust Firefox and blocks internet access by default, so you need to check that out and make sure that Firefox gets full and unrestricted access to internet.

Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Featurs appin the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

Window Goes Off-Screen When Mouse arrow Is Moved To Upper Right Hand Corner

It seems like this happened recently. When the mouse is moved and pointed to the upper right hand corner of the screen everything displayed goes off-screen to the right and left sides. The edge of the window is shown on the right side and a shadow on the left side- when I click on those everything pops back on-screen. I have a bad habit of moving my mouse quickly and this has become annoying.
I thought it may have been a "Hot Corner" but I checked and this feature is not enabled(in Expose/Dashboard)
How do I disable this feature?

Hello Steve:
It definitely sounds like the hot corner "all windows" is enabled. There is a preference file that needs to be trashed, but I cannot figure out which one (no help to you).
Be sure that none of the hot corners are enabled and then restart.
You might also try resetting PRAM (although I do not think that will do anything).

I'm sorry, there is no way to change that. It is a change with the newer iOS 7. You can provide feedback to Apple, like a large group of others have that are disappointed in this at www.apple.com/feedback and click on the appropriate link.

Anyone know how to recover those icons. I tried a repair permissions, to no effect.

Sorry, that isn't a Firefox support issue. The Start button is a part of the WinXP operating system. <br />

Weird photo showing up in upper right hand corner of test messages I sent

I've looked through preferences and can't figure it out; there's a smallish icon-like photo of me that I took long ago that shows up in the upper right hand corner of my mail messages. It only shows up with messages to myself (tests, sent from yahoo and hotmail). Where in the world is this coming from and how do I turn it off? It didn't show up on my old Powerbook, but this is a new machine (iMac 20"), and an updated Mail program, so I'm not sure what's going on. I can't find anything about photos or pics in preferences. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this or turn it off? Thanks.

Stedman. Thanks. That wasn't actually what it was, but it got me poking around, so you solved it indirectly.
What it was was the photo on my Address book. That was selected to show up. So, I just turned that off.

It's been almost three years since I bought and set up my most recent Mac but if I recall correctly .....
When you initially set up your Mac, you were offered the opportunity to snap a photo of yourself in order to associate your photo with your user account on the computer. If you declined the photo I think the Mac will pick or suggest a picture from the preinstalled selections in the accounts pane of the system preferences. You can change the picture but you cannot delete it totally. That picture is part of your ID for that user account on the Mac.
If you want to change it, Open System Preferences and click on accounts. Click on your account to change the picture. You will have to unlock the preference in the bottom left corner - and to do that - you need to enter your password. Click on the picture of the Eagle and then all of the preinstalled photo choices pop up in another window. Select another photo and then clcik the lock icon again when you are done.
