Update Consumption posting field of MSEG table control

Hi,
We have free goods Sales order type(ZKFC) and reture(ZKFR). We post
the free goods delivery update G/L is correct in FI document of MM
movement(601). We post the return free goods delivery update G/L is
incorrect in FI docuemt of MM movement(653). We checked the MSEG table
found the Consumption posting field(MSEG-KZVBR) is empty for free goods
delivery post. The Consumption posting field is 'V' for return free
goods delivery post. The other order delivery post and return delivery
post is OK.We want to know where configuration can control the
Consumption posting field((MSEG-KZVBR)) update at MSEG table? Could you
pls help us check it.Thanks.

Hi,
You can use tcode OMJJ to check for movement type 653, then look at the Account Grouping.
There you should be able to identify the line that meets the posting, and since the Consumption is 'V', the Acct. modif should be VAY.
Then to assign the correct G/L in tcode OBYC, look for combination of
-event GBB
-acct mod VAY
-valuation class of the material
But before you replace the G/L, confirm that the line is the correct one by matching the GL in MSEG and this line's GL.

How to deactivate the fields in a table control of a standard screen

Hi,
I have an requirement to deactivate the fields in a table control of a standard screen in ME22n transaction.I am using a BADI "ME_PROCESS_PO" and in item mathod i am looping at screen for the screen field name in the table control.But it is not working. An yet you keep getting suggestions of how to set the focus. I looked through the API documentation and I don't see anything that would suggest you can request to see where the current focus is. Perhaps someone might still come along with a solution, but my hopes wouldn't be too high at this point. I can pass the requirement onto Product Definition, as the use case does seem interesting. Perhaps it is something we have even considered in the past.
But for now, there might be a better way to solve your problem. It will probably mean redesign the interaction. What exactly are your requirements? Do you need to be able to get the data in a particular cell of table when a button is clicked? Just throwing out some ideas here, but maybe just use the lead selection to select the row, but then have a button choice to choose the action associated with the column you want. A hack for sure - but it might work. Also it doesn't help you right now, but in the near future update to NetWeaver 7.0, WDA does have a onColSelect event for the table.

How to read the field value from Table Control

Hello Experts,
I am creating my first Table Control Screen. Basically I have to create a screen (102) with a table control which has 2 fields: A_QTY, B_QTY and 2 Buttons: SAVE, EXIT.
When Clicked on 'SAVE' the data (MATNR) from a previous screen (101) and the data (A_QTY, B_QTY) from the new screen (102) should be saved into a Z-table.
Internal table t_data has 3 fields.
MATNR
A_QTY
B_QTY.
Table Control TC_RACK was declared like this:
controls tc_rack type tableview using screen 0102.
I/0 Fields:
A_QTY type ZQTY.
B_QTY type ZQTY.
The screen Flow Logic:
process before output.
module status_0102.
loop at t_data into w_data with control tc_rack.
endloop.
process after input.
module exit_0102 at exit-command.
loop at tc_rack.
endloop.
module user_command_0102.
module status_0102output.
set pf-status 'STATUS_102'.

Now for eg, when the users enter values for A_QTY and B_QTY like this:

How can I read these values and pass them to T_DATA so that I can save it into Z-table?

You should use
DATA: lv_name(30) TYPE c.
FIELD-SYMBOLS: <QTY> type ZQTY.
GET CURSOR FIELD lv_name.   "Get the field name in table control
check sy-subrc = 0.
assign (lv_name) to <QTY>. "Here you get the value in <QTY>
check sy-subrc = 0.
Also use <your table control>-current_line to get the table index uo're currently on.
Hint: Do not use GET CURSOR LINE if you want to get table index since this gives you the line relative to dialog screen

New fields to MM01 Table Control

Hi All,
My requirement is to add the LAENG (Length), BREIT(Width) and HOEHE(Height) fields to the table control in AFS Weights and Volumes TabStrip of MM01 Transaction and we need to update these values in /AFS/MARM table. This is an AFS System.
I have copied the Function Group J3AB to ZJ3AB and modified the sub screen 2501. I am to see my custom sub screen. But when I change the data in the table control the data is not getting saved in the /AFS/MARM table.
There is an internal table XJ_3AMARM which holds the table control data. This table is declared as the global field in the function group. It is getting populated in the PAI of my custom screen. But when the control goes to SAP standard function group the data is getting refreshed and data is not getting updated.
Please suggest me in updating the data.

Hi,
Add a field in the internal table structure of editor program.
and select the data into it.
Go to screen painter and go to layout, add your new field by selecting dictionary field or internal table field. If you select the dictionary field , then you have to assign it to a value in the PBO module.

I need to add a field to a table control of a standard screen (Transaction CAT2).
Could anybody please tell me how i could go about doing this?
Also, what customization would be required to display the field because there are way too many fields and only a few are being displyed as of now.
I will get the access(SSCR) key to modify the screen.

Did you name you customer field also "FIELD1_W", because the field should get updated then without any modification as in screen 2100 a "move-corresponding" is performed from CATSDB to these fields.

1. QQMA0001-incorporate additional data in notification header
2.QQMA0008-additional data on the details screen fro notification item
3.QQMA0010 QM/PM/SM: User Subscreen for Additional Data on Cause
4.QQMA0011 QM/PM/SM: User Subscreen for Additional Data on Task
5.QQMA0012 QM/PM/SM: User Subscreen for Additional Data on Activit
If you need a custom tab then this is the procedure
1) SPRO,Quality management,Notification,Overview of notification types, Select the notification and 90 give the customer specific screen area
2) function group XQQM ,create the screen under screens tab number 0090.
Check this if need this and check and post.

Custom fields for FV50 table control

Hello,
The customer has a requirement to add 3 text fields to the table control in Transaction FV50. These fields are currently not available in the table control at all (I checked the Table settings Administrator). Further, no Screen/Transaction Variant has been implemented either to prevent these fields from being displayed. Which is why I'd like to find a way to add these custom fields to this table control. These fields are the text descrptions for the numeric fields Cost Center, Fund and Business Area.
I've read many posts on this forum regarding potential solutions including the link below which details the SAP std solution. Only problem is this approach adds these fields to the data dictionary tables underlying the screen. The customer says about 1 million records are being generated a month so they would rather not have all that extra data at the line item level.
Custom column for FB60
If anybody has done this sort of thing via a user exit I'd much appreciate your input.

Yes, I checked IMG configuration and found that Txn OXK3 allows us to extend the underlying tables and customize the generic fields in the table control. However, the client has nearly 1 million postings to table BSEG each month and I'm guessing this approach will entail adding the custom fields to table BSEG, which won't work for them. I haven't actually tried this approach because the SAP documentation has some dire warnings about proceeding. But if you have any insight as to whether this can be achieved without extending BSEG (possibly just extend VBSEGS??) that would be very valuable.

Updation of Custom Fields in AFRU table Using Customerexit

using CONFPP05. But iam unable to update these two field .

How to make screen field enable when table control gives an error

I had a scneario like when table control data wrong then one parameter of the screen should be enabled for the input, i knew that screen-name will not work since it will have always table control fields only when table control gives an error.
How to make the other parameter enable when table control throws an error.

Thanks for your response, but issue is - how to make other screen fields enable when there was an error in the table control data.
For table control - lets say we will use the code as i mentioned above.i am sure that we cant write the code for field enable in between loop & endloop.
as you said if we right outside the loop-endloop, the module wont be triggered when table control throws an error, because that statement was not there in the loop-endloop.
please let me know if you need any more information on the issue. I hope there is alternative for this in SAP.

You will need add this to the /var/clientlibs/libs/cq/security/widgets.js and add the field under the 'CQ.security.UserProperties'. For example, if you wanted to add a field to show the 'Middle Name' under the 'First Name' field, you can try adding the following:

If you don't want to access key...then only option is ,you have to search USER Exit or BADi (Try using BADI ME_GUI_PO_CUST) for me22n transaction......to adding the field.

I am not sure what is meant by a "processing block". However, it seems the question wants the original table order to be preserved. If so; as far as I understood the problem we need:
itab_proxy[] = itab_main[] .
"two standard tables"
SORT itab_proxy BY field1 field2 .
If we have a sorted table, then it is always sorted by its keys. So, the question seems to become obsolete for that option.
