Update creative cloud nicht möglich warum?

Hallo, irgendwie finde ich keine Antwort auf meine Frage. Ich will nur Creative Cloud updaten und es funktioniert einfach nicht. Bekomme immer eine Fehlermeldung. Warum?

Tigercolt what error message specifically are you receiving?  Also to confirm you are trying to update the Creative Cloud Desktop application?

    Ich habe nach dem Download der "Creative Cloud Set up. exe" versucht, Creative Cloud zu installieren.
    Leider bricht er mir die Installation immer damit ab:
    Eine Internetverbindung ist aber da, also dürfte es daran normalerweise nicht liegen.
    Ich habe eine ganze Weile nach einer Lösung gesucht und dann alle Tipps hier: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html durchgearbeitet.
    Effekt leider gleich null.
    Nachdem beispielsweise das Zulassen der entsprechenden Ports in der Firewall nichts gefruchtet hatte, habe ich die Firewall sogar gänzlich deaktiviert.
    Doch gebracht hat das genauso wenig, wie alle anderen Tipps.
    Was mich am meisten daran stört, ist, daß es bis jetzt einwandfrei funktioniert hat, ich weder an meinem Rechner (mit Windows 7) noch an meiner Internetverbindung etwas geändert habe und mittlerweile auch keine Idee mehr habe, woran es liegen könnte.
    Vielleicht hat noch jemand einen Tipp für mich? Da wär ich echt dankbar.

    Schau doch mal unter C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts in der Hosts - Datei nach ob Einträge von Adobe Servern zu finden sind. Insofern Server eintragen müssen alle Einträge entfernt werden. Danach die Datei abspeichern und erneut probieren.
    Hängts daran nicht mal schauen ob dieser Ordner vorhanden ist: [Systemlaufwerk]:\Benutzer\[Benutzername]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE und den OOBE Ordner löschen bzw. dessen Inhalt.
    Wenn auch das nicht hilft wirds schon etwas dünn... ggf. neuen Administrator anlegen und darunter testen... das hat schon die wirrsten Fehlerbilder gelöst ;-)

  • When is Adobe going to fix the problem of updating Creative Cloud

    Since September last year, updating Creative Cloud has been a problem.
    Every time I try to update I receive a failure message.  The "temporary" solution last September was to rename the Creative Cloud folder and try again.
    This problem still exists, and requires a permanent fix.

    Hi, I get the error code 85 when trying to update Creative Cloud. The download fails at 43%. I can't do anything else if I don't update first, from what I see. I just want to access the App tab to download the trial of Illustrator. I had already installed Creative Cloud and Flash. Why can't I skip the update and report it for later?

    If you are still having the issue. You can try reinstalling the Creative Cloud app using the Adobe Clean tool

    Make sure that you have the updated CC app installed and that you are logged in as an administrator. Which OS are you using? You don't to install the applications updates as it should launch.

    Please follow these steps to fix this issue.
    Please launch task manager and check whether any Adobe updater or Acrotry process is running. If yes please close them before you perform these steps.
    Download and run Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. You can download it from this Website
    http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
    Once done please rename OOBE Folder to OOBE.old  from the mentioned location.
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    Download and Install Creative Cloud Desktop App from this Location

    If none of the above steps work then please create another Admin user Account and try to install Creative Cloud Desktop app there.

    I'm getting this error too.  It appears on all products.  When I closedown and relaunch CC Desktop, all products show up to date.
    PS is showing 14.0 x64.
    I have tried a clean install of CC and also used the cleaner tool.  Nothing has resolved the issue.
    I am on Mac OSX 10.8.5.

    You may try to follow the steps below:
    1.Close the Creative Cloud application.
    2.Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    3.Delete the opm.db file.
    4.Launch Creative Cloud.

  • "Updating Creative Cloud desktop" hung -- now what?

    Was prompted this morning to update Creative Cloud desktop app (Window 7). Accepted and waited, then, when prompted, allowed installer to run as administrator. The green progress bar has been stuck at nearly done for about 30 minutes. I tried shutting down every other obvious running program to no avail. When I started the update, Google Chrome was open along with a couple of local apps.
    Can I safely kill the "Adobe Installer" program with Windows Task Manager and then install the desktop app from the new copy of CreativeCloudSup-Up.exe file I downloaded this morning? Do I need to reboot before installing?

    No other Adobe apps (e.g., PS, LR, Reader) were running when I started the update.

    When I tried to kill the installed via Windows Task Manager, I was told that the program was waiting for input from me but there was no prompt so I killed the process mercilessly. When I tried to uninstall the application, I was told that another copy of it was running somewhere in memory. So I rebooted, uninstalled the app, installed afresh from this morning's "CreativeCloudSet_up.exe" file, logged in to my Adobe account, and all seems well.
    Was not thrilled with the experience but, hey, it's working now.

    We have an end user that is trying to update through the creative cloud application.  We have tried track down what is being blocked but have hit a dead end.
    When the Creative Cloud Software tries to call out we are seeing a connection attempt to https://ops:443/ims/token/v1
    I have researched and the only reference to IMS for Adobe I was able to locate was the IMSService.  This appears to be an authentication service.  The issue is that "ops" is not a valid domain.
    This issue only appears to affect the Creative Cloud Software as I was able to update a test machine with Creative Cloud through the Adobe Application Manager.
    The user's system and our test system are running OS X Yosemite

    Seeking help for the following situation:
    July 14, 2013 Creative Cloud on my PC is listing the following applications that need to be updated:
    Dreamweaver, Flash Professional, Fireworks and Photoshop.
    I updated Dreamweaver, Flash Professional and Fireworks.
    I did not update Photoshop as I had run out of time and had to turn off my PC.
    July 15, 2013. I start my PC and get notification that Creative Cloud has an update.
    I updated Creative Cloud. Got error message that installation was not successful then try again and it was successful.
    My problem: Photoshop is not listed any more as to be updated. What happened?
    My app version: Photoshop CS6 Extended 13.1.2 x64
    How to I contact some one at Adobe for help and support on this.

    If you are using PS CS6 version 13.1.2 then you are up to date with the latest update for Photoshop CS6 -- http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2011/03/keeping-photoshop-up-to-date.html
    The main other update that it could have been was the Camera Raw update, it's possible that also downloaded and installed.
    You could check your ACR (adobe camera raw) version to make sure it's the latest -- 8.1.

    What you're seeing with the CC application could be showing accurate information.
