Greetings,
I was trying to Update from 9926 to build 10041, Eventlog says:

i wasnt able to find a single thread belonging to this error code, 
maybe you are able to help.

Hi,
The second event log means that the the updates are downloaded and ready for installation, it is information and we can ignore it, regarding to the first error, have you tried to restart PC, then try again.
Meanwhile, I also suggest you rename the entire SofwareDistribution folder, then try to install again, to do this:
Open an administrative Command Prompt window.
Run the following commands, and press Enter after each command:
Net stop wuauserv
cd %systemroot%
Ren SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
Net start wuauserv
Try to install updates again.
