Update Error: Your phone is currently not compatib...
Hello Im from Philippines and I'm using Nokia N8 with a product code of 0599268. According to your website my phone should be getting Symbian Belle by now however each time I update using Nokia suite (version 3.3.86) I receive the following error message
"Your phone is currently not compatible with the available software"
Is there a problem with my device?
I was just about to ask the same thing... I'm still getting this error message

1. I am getting error "Your browser/program is not supported by Web Dynpro" while executing Web dynpro java application
2. Portal is EP 7.0 with SP15
3. Browser is IE 8.0
4. Which browser(s) (& sp level) are supported by web dynpro?
5. Is it possible to customize this error message?
6. If so, from where (Web dynpro java application or Visual Admin)
7. My web dynpro application supports multiple languages.
8. Is it possible to maintain this message in messagecomponent.xlf file

And you dont need iTunes to update you're device. You can update it OTA in Settings > General > Software Update -

"See how to get instant updates on your phone" Doesn't go away. Help?
In the Facebook app when I click on the notifications it says "See how to get instant updates on your phone" at the top. It doesn't go away from the top unless I enable push notifications for it. However, i don't want that. Help?

Command+Control+F
Hover the cursor at the top of the screen until the menu bar drops down then clcik the Arrow icon on the top right.

Many people are saying that the 1.0.1 update has improved the phone's low volume problem while others are saying there is no change. We need to figure out why. I'm suspecting it's a hardware difference like the "5" vs. "7" screens.
If you have updated to 1.0.1 please post whether or not you notice an improvement in the phone volume and whether your serial number (from the back of the phone) starts with a 5 or a 7.
For the record, mine is a 7 and I had no volume improvement.I had a volume problem "7" model, I could barely hear when I held it up to my ear. But although I have not updated to 1.01, suddenly my volume is very loud. I actually had to turn it down, for the last two days, as it was much too loud. Perhaps, it was the way I held it to my ear. I noticed that I was holding it cocked at an angle, I am now holding it flat against my cheek, and what a difference. Also when I first hold it to my ear, it is soft, and then sort of a click, and the volume jumps way up. Do not know what else it could be, as I haven't changed anything else. My wife called me in the car the today, and even with the windows down, I could hear her. Maybe it is something AT&T did....I am not that familiar with how cell phones and their signals operate, so it is just a guess. I just know that I can now hear clearly. Any ideas why?

How to stop iphone 4 from automatically download iOS6 update to your phone?
I would like to know how to stop the automatic update of iOS6 download directly to my iphone 4 without me telling it to go ahead and download it. It's so sneaky, it keeps automatically downoading the update (2+GB) and take up that same amount of space on my iphone once I charge it to full power. And it will stay like that along with me losing 2+GB of space to apple unless I install the update.
However, I refuse to install the update when it doesn't have google map, youtube apps and still having problem with wifi connection and data overusage due to some unknown bug and not the customer using it. I have reseted my iphone 3 times back to the original factory setting so I can reclaim that 2GB storage space and keep my iOS5 already, but everytime I did that, it would just redownloaded the update again without asking for my confirmation after I charge the phone to full power. Is there anyway to stop this insanity? I don't want to do hard reset/activate phone again and again just to rid of this automatic download. It's wasting my time, my storage space and my bandwidth....and I do not have unlimited storage space. Please help!!!I would disable wifi before plugging it in to charge. Eventually, you will need to update as only the current version of IOS will be supported.

After software updates - error message- system extensions are not valid
Every time now after installing SL, when apple update installs new software, an error message comes up - system extensions not valid, reinstall or ask the system administrator. it then goes through each extension that is wrong. it appears a lot of them are from oct 2007. What do I do about this?
