Update GlobalAddressList on domain workstations

Question

Hello,
Most of my domain users sees an old GAL on their Outlook clients.
Thus, Whenever I add a new user/mailbox, most of the users can't see the new user's email address.
I'm using Exchange 2010
Version: 14.03.0158.001
[PS] C:\Windows\system32>Get-GlobalAddressList

I have searched around how to update GAL, and go to these three commands:
Get-GlobalAddressList | update-GlobalAdressList
Get-AddressList | update-AddressList
Get-OfflineAddressBook | Update-OfflineAddressBook
But whenever I run it, I get an error such as:
WARNING: The recipient "hello.local/Microsoft Exchange System Objects/Schedule+ Free Busy Information - First
Administrative Group" is invalid and couldn't be updated.
Please assist.

If the issue doesn't happen in OWA, please check the folder date in the following path in Exchange client access server:
\\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\OAB

We can check OAB generation and distribution processing in Exchange server.
I edited a part of my posting above. As writing here, please check whether the folder date is the latest in the following path of CAS server:
\\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\OAB
Also check the following folder date in Mailbox:
\\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ExchangeOAB
Because OAB is generated in Mailbox server and distribution works in CAS server. So if the folder in Mailbox path is not latest, the issue should be caused by OAB generation(generate at about 5 AM every 24 hours by default). Please restart
Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service and collect some logs for more troubleshooting.
If it is the latest, it indicates that OAB generation in Mailbox should work fine. The issue is narrowed down to OAB distribution. If the folders in Client Access are not latest, please restart
Microsoft Exchange File Distribution service to have a try.
After all processing is working fine, try to log in your Outlook to check whether you could download OAB.
