Update installed Creative Cloud, but not a subscriber
I own a license for Photoshop CS6 and I am not a subscriber to the creative cloud, but moments ago an update installed the CC app on my computer and now I cant seem to find the Adobe Application Manager. If I dont have Photoshop CC why was the CC app installed? is it okay to uninstall?

The Adobe Application Manager CS6 has been replaced by a similar application called Adobe Creative Cloud. It handles all the updates for my CS6.

Creative Cloud is installed and working on my computer, nevertheless the Application "Adobe Illustrator" appears as "Installed and Updated" but it is physically NOT in my computer.

Have installed creative cloud, but while the apps read "up to date," they are not even installed and cannot be opened. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud/Adobe. Horribly frustrating. This is my second computer for installing creative cloud. Does that make a difference?

I have tried to install Creative Cloud but I just get a blank white screen with a black Creative Cloud bar at the top. There are no options to choose 'Apps' etc. Can anyone help?
What happened yesterday may have been caused by the SOPA protest action that was joined by a lot of sites yesterday and such an action won't happen that often.

I installed creative cloud but cannot install apps, i.e., Acrobat ProXl says files are corrupt. Each app says the same thing.

Can calendar entries from an iPhone be pushed up to the cloud for iPad and computer updating? My phone only seems to be receiving updates from the cloud, but not able to send them.
Under Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars, What do you have set for the Default Calendar? Personal?
If you don't have it set to a Cloud Calendar it will only create the entry locally. You would need to select the iCloud Calendar specifically when creating the Calendar entry to have it sync.
Otherwise set your default calendar to be the iCloud Calendar so all entries are created there by default. And as such get synced to other devices. -
Installed Creative cloud, but nothing is there.

I CAN NOT GET cc UPDATE STALLS AT 43% AND GIVES ((ERROR CODE 1 )) AS THE REASON??????
1) Open Control Panel and Navigate to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features .
Under Program and Features list, locate the option : Adobe Creative Cloud and uninstall the same.
2) Open C:drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
3) Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and if present delete Adobe Creative Cloud folder.
4) Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.
Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.

Then navigate to Local>Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
5) Click on the below link and download Creative Cloud setup file and use the same to install the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

You haven't provided any information regarding in what way the software was not working. If you can explain what you encountered when you tried to use it then it might be possible to point you to some helpful information. If you uninstalled then you should try using the Cleaner tool before reinstalling.

Photoshop update from Creative Cloud does not include focus area app
Focus area missing. Photoshop fully up to date - no updates necessary. I am a fully paid up member of CC's total product range @ £47. per month.
I am trying to complete a tutorial on using the Focus Area application which is supposed to be with the Photoshop CC 2014 update but it is not available on my version which Creative Cloud reports is fully updated. I have tried launching Photoshop in different modes: Painting, Photography etcetra. Any ideas please.You were correct. I have since uninstalled Photoshop CC 64 and when I restarted the 2014 version was already installed. I was then given an update to Muse 2014. Thank you for your help.
