Update Ledger group in BKPF at the time of MIGO and MIRO

Hi Friends,
In our current implementation we have requirement to update a certain Ledger group, to restrict the postings in all ledgers, at the time of positng in MIGO and MIRO.
Can you please let me know how we do this.

Can you suggest me at what level i can find that user exit.

Hi,
VAT can be inventoried or can be used for Set-Off based on how material behave to the business. VAT can be inventoried, you should have a condition type with assigning of NVV key in tax procedure .VAT can be used for Set-Off , you should have another condition type and assigning to an accounting key ( For example: ZZV {new on}not to the NVV key certainly) in tax procedure in OBYZ t.code & in t.code: OB40 , ZZV should assign to G/L account for VAT Set-Off.
For VAT - inventoried & VAT -Set-Off, you should maintain records(FV11)with respective condition type for VAT - inventoried & VAT -Set-Off with individual tax code with tax rate.
For VAT can be inventoried, it will affect on accounting in MIGO transaction adding VAT amount to Inventory Account.
For Set-Off VAT, it will affect in MIRO transaction.
Generally CST always inventoried by business, it will affect on accounting in MIGO transaction adding CST amount to Inventory Account and you have to have a condition type for CST with assigning of NVV key in tax procedure, tax code for CST and maintain record (FV11) with CST condition type with CST tax code with a tax rate.

Same PR still outstanding in MD04 although the PR-PO-MIGO and MIRO happend

Dear experts,
following is the scenario-
for material type: V1 PR is created (01/03/2011) once it went below the reorder point with delivery date 01/11/2011 as per the lead time (7 days) and PO. now the goods receipt happens on 01/21/2011 and IR on 01/26/2011.
and again the SAME PR (with exception message 07) as above is again shownig in MD04 with the same creation date and PO but its open -
Question: does the PR is again outstanding because the delivery of the goods was not as per the lead time (why the same PR is still showing although the PR-PO-MIGO-MIRO already ahppened for the material)?

Propably some one created a PO directly instead of converting the PR and PR is not getting deleted because it is firmed. Delete the firming indicator and check.

Wrong business area at the time of ML81n and Miro

In service PO, i have taken cost center 3000, in KS02 for 3000, business area is 3000.when i have did the Sevice sheet Acceptence(ML81) business area (1000) is picking wrong for the GR/IR g/l. when i did the miro, in business area field i have given 3000, but when i am doing Miro simulation, against the G/R g/L business area (1000).
check the same scenario in development is coming properly and patched is also the same on ll the cleint.
I have check business area assignment in enterprise structure, okb9,
Kinldy suggest what are the area to check.

I'm sure I will be calling AppleCare, but the problem is, they charge for the phone calls don't they? Because I don't have money to be spending to be on the phone with a support service.
In other things, it seemed like the only time my MacBook was working was when I had Snow Leopard without the 10.6.8 update download that was supposed to be done to prepare for OS X Lion.
When I look at the information of my HD it says that I have 10.6.8 but that was the install that it claimed to have failed and caused me to restart resulting in all of the repeated problems.
Also, because my computer is currently down, and I've lost all files how would that effect the use of my iPhone? Because if it doesn't get fixed by the time OS 5 is released, how would I be able to upgrade?!

No accounting document at the time of MIGO in STO

I am doing the following process in STO.
1.Create PO ME21N
2. In VL10B to create a delivery
3. VL02n do the Post goods issue with movement type 641
4. In VF01 create the billing document where you will stock transfer price and Excise duties involved and this procedure is defined by SD people.
5. In J1iin you will create excise invoice
6. Now we are doing goods receipt (MIGO) and capture and post the excise invoice.
But at the time of last step no accounting document is generating,only cenvat clearing a/c is generating.
So how can we get the a/c document at the time of MIGO.

It will not offset the cenvat a/c because the accounting entries triggerred are different
When u post a invoice thru J1iin
Excise expense a/c Dr
Excise payable a/c Cr
This a/c will get offsetted when u pay the monthly excise liabilities thru utilisation.
When u do GR and during that time the cenvat entries get posted as follows
RG 23 A Part II a/c Dr
Cenvat utilisation a/c Cr
This a/c will get offsetted when u utilise this cenvat towards payment of the above duties.
So when u perform GR for STO the a/c entries for stock does not get updated but it gets updated when you perform PGI during delivery.

FM - Budget check at the time of procurement and at the time of Issue

For a Material there is a budget for a procurement ( Check should happen at the time of procurement and a seperate budget for consumption ( Check should happen at the time of issue).How can I map this in FM- BCS.I am thinking of creating two commitmen items one for Procurement , to be derived thorugh matl grp at the time of PR / PO and One commitment item for consumption to be derived through consumption GL . Does it work , any comments?

Yes you are right , I have to make to sure stock budget doesn't get credited.
If you remember in one of my other threads, i wanted to derive commitment item from Matl grp, it was for this purpose. I will derive commitment through matl group at the time of procurement / GR etc and assign a dummy commitment item to stock a/cs. Where as i will derive a consumption commiment item from consumption GLs.

You can try a soft-reset of pressing and holding both the home and sleep buttons for 10 to 15 seconds so that it reboots, but you are likely to get the same screen. If it does then it will need to be connected to a computer's iTunes so that it can be reset back to factory defaults - do you have a friend with a computer with iTunes installed on it, or is there an Apple store nearby that you could try going to (if there is then preferably make a Genius Bar appointment at it, or don't go at a busy time) ?
Has she been backing up to the cloud ? If she has then she should be able to restore to that. If not then what she can redownload for free from the stores will show in the Purchased tabs in the store apps.

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow the on-screen directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. You WILL lose all of your data (game scores, etc,) but, for the most part, you can redownload apps and music without be charged again. Also, if you have IOS-7, read this.

I want to display one popup at the time of migo posting and that popup ask to user that " How much labels you wants to print?" and in next of that i want one text box or input field in that user inputs the number of labels he wants to print.
I have tried using various POPUP functions but i have not got any FM which fulfill my requirement so please help me on this issue?

The standart POPUP* function modules seem to either give an option to output descriptive text, or ask for a dictionary based field as an input. As you want both in one popup you may need to write your own custom pop-up.
Create a function group with a Z function module and add a dialog screen with the required text and input field to this function group.
Take a look at function POPUP_GET_VALUES as an example - A custom written one could be a lot simpler.
Then call this function from your user exit.

Go to logistics general and see whether for the excise group migo settings are maintained.
See for the material in depot chapter id and excise indicators are maintained ie J1ID.
since depot also considered as plant so the chapter id and plant combination has to be maintained.

Apple removed blood glucose until further notice. The reason behind this is that it gave a distorted picture in countries where the medical world used other measuring units. I suspect it will be available again in a future update.
