Update minutes for subscription not showing in acc...

Hello,
I have taken 1 month - 800 mins subscription for India on 19-Sep-14.
After expiry of one month it got automatically updated for one more one month on 19-Oct-14. The amount got debited from my credit card and got a confirmation from Skype regarding the same.
This is fine with me. However, in my account it is still showing the balance of previous month i.e., 60mins left out of 800 mins. Can any one please suggest me when the account gets updated against the new payment.

Skype time is based o n GMT.  i think it will reset on the exact time your subscription was first purchased/activated.

    Heya,
    had signed up 4 a monthly subsription since last month it was set to renew today the 9th of November but however i got a notification taking payments 4 this months subsription 2 days ago. I went on after to cancel the subsription cos thought it was a mistake. However checked my account a few minutes ago and the money has been taken from my account so wanna know where my minutes are if i have been charged for the subsription already.

    Hi,
    Subscription minutes are reset based on initial purchase date and time.
    If you purchase subscription on the 9th 8pm then minutes will be reset on the 9th next month at the same time.
    In your case you would need to wait till 20.30 GMT
    Recurring payment is taken 3 days in advance in order to avoid any delays or issues. For example sometimes it happens that customer's credit card has expired and payment can't go through. Then customer has 3 days to update credit card details before subscription expires.
    These 3 days will not be lost, payment is just taken in advance.

    Your Mac is 3 versions of OS X out of date, current release is 10.9.1, minimum required for Lion is 10.7.4, you have 10.6.8.

  • Content Viewer for Desktop not showing/working

    Hi,
    After updating the DPS Desktop Tools for CS6 (2.04.1) on windows for my Creative Cloud CS6, the Content Viewer isn't working anymore: pressing the preview button open the preview popup loading progress bar (which I guess prepare all the files), disapear when the process is done, then nothing.
    My only way to preview my modifications is to update the downment in the folio, then downloading the udpate on my iPad (no direct preview on iPad, I'm on windows).. and it's not reallyproductive!
    I tried to find the application itself to launch it manually, with no luck.. and also, to see if it's not a firewall issue (I'm using windows default one, and using Avast for the virus protection).

    Thanks, but still not all people in a team will have an ipad, but all work on a computer. The problem is settled anyway with the download of the Viewer that exists for both Mac and Windows.

    I confirm this last message from Bob. quick tests are good on the desktop viewer, but it doesn't reflect what can be your folio on a device.
    just too bad that you can't preview on the iPad on Windows...

  • Msi Live Update....not Show The Last Driver

    whe MSI Live Monitor (MSI Live Update 3), search.. not show, the last driver...and bios....
    I have a G4MX460-VTP
    and the driver in the MSI Live Update is:
    Online Ver. 4403 (MSI Version)
    but when visit the MSI webpage (http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/driver/dvr/spt_dvr_detail.php?UID=154) the last driver is:
    Nvidia driver 45.32 for Win2000/WinXP/Server2003 OS
    and in the Nvidia webpage is 50.16.....
    and the same happend with the VGA Bios...
    y fix my vga cad update the VGA bios....but...this update don't show in the Live Update 3

    Do not update the VGA BIOS unless you have a good reason to. It is not like a motherboard.
    Go to  nVidia Drivers if you want the latest drivers.
    Live Update may not have been updated OR the version reported by the Live Update utility has been tested successfully with that card. Newer drivers sometimes cause problems with older cards. The only way to know for sure is got to the nVidia site and try the latest.

    Try this: Quit the Adobe Creative Cloud application and launch it back.
    On relaunching it will scan all the latest updates/softwares for you.

  • Software update on iPad 2 not showing

    In Settings, under General, the line for Software Update does not show in the widow of options on my iPad 2.
    Cannot figure out why since my OS is old and needs to be updated so I can use apps that require the new OS.
    Any idea why this is not showing?
    Also, when connected to WiFi, I do not get an antenae in the top left corner next to the words iPad

    First thing to try is a reboot of your iPad. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the iPad restart. See if that fixes your problem.
    If that doesn't help attempt to do the iOS upgrade while connected to your computer.
    Starts your computer and start iTunes. Use the menu option to check for updates and if there is an update available for iTunes go ahead and update iTunes on your computer. When that is done,
    Start iTunes on your computer and connect your iPad to your computer. Select your iPad in the left column of iTunes and select General in the right column. Scroll down to update and follow the prompts to update your iOS on your iPad.

  • Sharepoint Report Subscriptions not showing on sharepoint website, but are in the database

    We have had an issue which sharepoint where our subscriptions for reports "disappear" from the website. This makes is a little hard to edit them if we need to adjust the subscription. The funny thing is the subscription is still working as it is
    generating emails.
    I was able to check SQL and look at the ReportingService Database and I can see all the subscriptions listed in SQL.
    So the subscriptions are there. The question is, why are they not showing on the website.
    Here is a query I used to show the subscriptions:

    Also I found the ReportZone Column had 2 results 0 or 3
    I noticed everything that had a 0 showed on the website where 3 did not.
    I also saw something saying this might have to do with the AAM and having different addresses, but we only have one address

    My creative Cloud Subscription is not showing up in my account. Why is this? I am being billed for it.
    I am moving from the USA to Vietnam next year? Will there be any issues with using my Creative Cloud subscription over there? Will there be a better close-by contact for support?

    I've checked in the program before calling BAPI_TRNASACTION_COMMIT if it returns any erros after BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE.  It will check any missing data.  The error happends only if I tried to post a blanket order with multiple items.  With single item, it's working fine.    The data are correct.  I'm wondering what causes this error.

    Firstly, the site subscription is for .businesscatalust, not catalyst. there must have been an error somewhere down the line and it may well have been a typo commited by myself.
    At the time of purchase I went to the managment screen and was able to get the dns details to give to my domainname provider. ns1worldsecure... (+ns2 and 3) something like that.
    In my Adobe page it is showing no subscriptions and no history of having purchased anything.
    This is concerning as I need my site to go live this week.
    Secondly, I would like to thank people in advance for their help on this matter but would have prefered a simple email address to contact someone on. Going through this is a bit of a ballache.

    Trying to install OS X Server and it says that I have to update to 10.9.3
    Which I did as you can see.
    I Rebooted again doing a Command/Option/ P R to insure that all cache memory was deleted and Still it will not show the update for 10.9.3
