Update of static LOV data display condition is not reflected in comp export

Hi team,
here is another possible little bug in 4.0.1.
I updated the conditional display for one entry in a static LOV.
This change is correctly reported in page 4000:4111 in the last updated column, but it is not reflected in the more general last updated column for the entire LOV component (page 4000:4110).
This affects also the component export where the updated static LOV does not appear in the first places if i sort the report by the most recently updated column (page 4000:688).

1. I am currently on SBO 2005A PL 20, I've checked the issue of the "last purchase price" not being refreshed in the BOM on PL 36 .... Incidentally, the system behaves in the exact same fashion. I heard I can force the data refresh by using a format search, do you know how to do it?
2. If I don't use "last purchase price", instead using "My price list", thus I can use "Update parent items globally" to update the BOM. To achieve this goal, you suggest to use DTW, which I am still trying to figure out, meanwhile I've checked the SAP SDK and found the table ITT1 contains a column "PriceList" , which flags the certain price list being used. Can I reset this field to flag my price list without affecting data integrity?

Radiogroup static LOV only displays the first label.

I have a simple static LOV for a radiogroup item, but it won't show the 2nd label. It is the second radio group item on the page and the first works fine.
2nd LOV:
STATIC2:Yes;1,No;2
Any suggestions, please?

The first LOV happens to use the escape character of a bar STATIC2(|,;) because I have numbers with commas in the label (e.g., $5,000).
If I put the 2nd LOVE before the first by changing the sequence, it works, but I don't want it before the one with the escape character.

Updated new email & password in itunes but changes not reflected in iphone

I'm using iPhone4 and have updated my new email address and got a new password in my itunes account but the changes are not reflected in my iPhone so i cannot purchase apps with the iphone, only when connected to the store on my computer. Please tell me how I fix this problem?

And I tried syncing my phone after making the changes and it still isnt working.

Software Update says "Up to date" when it's not

Lately, I've had several programs tell me an update was available but when I launched Software Update, it said everything was up to date. The most recent example is the Pages update from 3.0 to 3.0.1. Software Update does not see it, but Pages says it's out there. Any ideas?

I am on Leopard and was seeing the same thing. The issue ended up being that I had moved the applications out of the "iWork '08" folder and into the main Applications folder. I created a folder named "iWork '08" in Applications, moved the iWork apps into the folder and Software Update displayed the new updates.

When i sync my ipod why doesnt my smart playlists update its settings (ie recently played list does not reflect songs only played in 2012)

i set up a smart playlist for my ipod touch i only want songs that i've played in 2012 show up in that playlist. but when i sync it on my ipod it still has other songs in it. i tried deleting the list and all but it still comes back. i copy to play order and it doesnt work as well. help. thanks

New data in Decision tabl not reflected in upgraded BRM

Hi All,
We upgraded our server from CE 7.2 to NW 7.3. All BRM DC were broken. We changed them in the developer studio and added the required dc in 7.3. It deployed fine. Now, we changed the values in decision table from rules manager as well as developers studio. Calling webdynpro application still showing the old value. We restarted the server but did not work.

Update the schema for data foundation, business element and business view

Hi All
I am using oracle 11g as backend to develop using crystal reports and I am using Business View Manager as the connection in crystal reports.
Now my issue here is I have created the DC, DF, BE and BV using abc schema but as the request has changed I need to update the schema to xyz as table structure is same in both the schemas.
I was able to successfully update the schema in DC but that is not reflecting in DF, BE and BV as a result of that when I use the updated BV in report report is not run as there was abc.tablename for all tables.
I have searched google but unfortunately unable to find any useful solution for the problem.
Experts please help me to update the new schema connection to DF, BE and BV
I am using Crystal Reports 2008 SP3 and Business Objects 3.1

Unfortunately I can't paste the screenshot aswell... but will try to explain in detail what I am doing...
to the left most part there will be datafoundation name... below that there are tables so what I have done is right click on the table in those options there is no change qualifier or ownere but there is option Set table location. Is this option you are discussing about?
To add more information I am working on Business Objects 2.1 SP0... will this have any impact on the options that are displaying.

Update of Planning Start Date does not update macros

I have written a program to update the planning start date in a planning book using function /SAPAPO/MSDP_PB_SAVE_DVIEW_TAB. I have included this in a process chain. The update is immediately followed by a /SAPAPO/TS_BATCH_RUN variant that runs a macro in the updated book. The macro uses planning start date. The issue is that the macro does not appear to have been updated with the new planning start date. I experimented with using transaction Define Planning Book (/SAPAPO/SDP8B) whilst also in Macro Workbench on another session. If I change the planning start date this is also not reflected in the macro unless I come out of the Macro Workbench completely and fo back in. This appears to be a buffereing issue.
Does anyone know if there is a way to force the macros to be updated? Otherwise I may have to resort to just putting a delay in the chain and hoping the maco will be updated before it is run.

We have planning books used to calculate demand for newspapers at weekends. At weekends the papers contain printed colour magazines. These have to be ordered in advance. The macros that we run use planning start date to claculate the quntity of magazines required for the next weekend. The business also needs to do advanced calculation for the next two weekends. This requires an update to the planning start date to change the basis for the macros. We do not wish to write separate macros for each weekend as there are quite a few of them. We are trying to keep it as simple as possible.

Tabular model does not update accordingly with source data chage

I am new into Tabular, appreciate if someone can help please.
I've created a simple Tabular model against a single table (SQL Server 2012 ). When I process and deploy I can open it on Excel and view data.
Then when I change data in the source table, and process and deploy the data, the changes does not reflect when open in Excel, But If I give different Database Name and Cube Name under Tabular Properties and process and deployed, and open in Excel I can
see the changes.
I want to keep the same Database and Cube Name under Tabular properties/Development server.
Is it possible to see source table changes in Excel, if I didn't change Database and Cube Name under Tabular properties/Development server.
Deployment Options are as follows:
Processing Option : Default
Transaction Deployment :False
Query Mode: In Memory

Try by changing the "Processing Option : Default" to "Processing
Option : Full". Sometimes I delete the workspace database created in SSAS server before do the processing.

Updated (VORowImpl ) values are not reflected in inline POPUP table

Currently i am getting exception when i try to update my iterator binding,
Here is my use case,
I have view object displayed inside the inline popup as a table. When i modify one of the cell i am firing the value change listener and it is called the ViewObjectRowImpl class method. Inside the method i do some computation (i am executing some DB query to get back some value). After the query execution i am updating the other columns data based on the changes.
First i have PPR the table and check out the update values. Unfortunately the change values are not reflected.
Then i used the following code
DCIteratorBinding itrBinding = findIteratorBinding("EmployeeVO1Iterator");
if (itrBinding != null) {
itrBinding.executeQuery();
itrBinding.refresh(DCIteratorBinding.RANGESIZE_UNLIMITED);
Now i am getting the " JBO-25003: Object EmployeeMgmtAM of type ApplicationModule is not found."
May i know what went wrong? Am i missing anything. May i know how can i refresh the UI table based on the updated VORowImpl. Looking forward hints.

May i know what is the different between accessing the method as shown above and access via the MethodBinding?
How about access the attribute of the View object using the above approach? i.e empoyeeVO.getName() like ....
Also i have configure the ADF looger to finest level and found the primary reason to "Applicaiton module not found" was some entity validation. But this not always happened. Same test case works fine and fails sometimes. I am clueless. Could you please throw some light.

Qualification Information updated in PUI not reflected in Self Service

Hi there,
I noticed that when I update my qualification information via sefl service, after HR approval, this information is reflected in the Qualification forms in the PUI.
However, if I update my qualification via PUI, this information is not reflected in my self service page.
Im currently lost as to tracking why is this happening. Im not even able to locate the tables these information are written into.
Any clue would be great!

You also might want to try myDataProvider.refresh(), where myDataProvider is the data provider for the DataGrid. Make sure you are using a collection like ArrayCollection or XMLListCollection and you are using the [Bindable] metadata tag.

Say that I have created a static lov 'lov_colors' with the following values:
display-value return value
red 1
blue 2
green 3
And i have a table 'object' wich has the following fields :
object_name varchar2(100);
object_color number;
I want to make a report on the table object but in stead of displaying the number of the color,
I want to display the name of the color that is in Lov_colors

E52 Date Display does not update and reflect the c...

Right from day 1 the display date of my E52 does not update and reflect correct the correct date. Got the phone replaced once still the same issue. Called the customer service and they say there is no such problem with E52. They asked me to go to the repair center...(isnt that ridiculous to ask a customer of a new phone to do so?). I went to the repair center with a hope that they will replace it for me but all in vain. They also gave me a ridiculous answer that Nokia does not have a replacement policy...and I was like so is it Nokia's policy to sell broken and faulty mobiles? I was utterly dejected. The electronic store where I bought also refuse to replace because they think there is a problem and no matter I get it changed it will recur. I still do not have a solution as all my ways of getting this problem resolved are exhausted. Anyone has a solution or came across this issue which can be solved without repairing?

Ok let me state my problem. There is a date display and at midnight the date should automatically change to the next date. However that does not happen. The dealer makes the following changes Control Panel>Settings>General>Date and time> Automatic time update> On and this does not solve the problem. Then I get the mobile replaced and that too has the same problem. after going through all permutations and combinations the problem persists. To quote the email from the Contact center for Nokia in HK this was what was suggested
Menu→Ctrl. panel→Settings→General→Date and time→Time zone→please select Hong Kong→Automatic time update→please select Off
However, if the situation still occurred by following the above settings, please be advised to bring your Nokia E52 along with the valid sales invoice to one of our Hong Kong Nokia Care Centres for the handset checking since we do not have such arrangement of replacing a new phone to you.
Please help!!!

Referencing static LOV from plsql

I have a number of static LOV's. How can I reference these in PL/SQL.
For example, I am creating a report using PL/SQL so that I can create the exact layout I require. The data uses a number of list of values so I need to convert the value fields into the displays fields from the list of values using PL/SQL.

It will depend on your version. If you are using 2.2 or 3.0, you could use the view APEX_APPLICATION_LOV_ENTRIES to access your lov values. It will automatically be limited to the workspace that your schema is associated with and then you can further qualify with the APPLICATION_ID and LIST_OF_VALUES_NAME. To see the view, navigate to Utilities > Application Express Views and query on lov.
