Update Record in Access Error - Internal Server Error 500

Hi,
I am looking for a bit of help with this one please. I have created a set of pages that input and retrieve data from an MS Access database using ASP. The master detail page contains a link to an update page where users can update the data that is stored. The update page itself loads perfectly fine, all of the details can be seen in the form. The problem arrises when a user makes a change to one of the fields and hits the update button. The dreaded "Internal Server Error 500" appears.
I am fairly new to this and I cant get my head around this at all. Especially since the input pages and master detail pages all work perfectly. Any thoughts or fixes would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

The master / detail pages all pull data from the database, the error you are getting is when you are trying to write data to the database, so you may want to check permissions or make sure your Access file isn't locked or read only, which is a common problem with Access database file.

We have a SharePoint 2010 Farm with 5 servers:
1 SQL Server Cluster
2 WFE
1 Index Server
1 Search Server
Please see bellow a more detailed specification.Our DNS is using a Load Balancer
It turns out that when it uses one WFE (SERVWFE05) it throws this error:
SharePoint 2010 Search Error: "Internal server error exception"
when it uses the other one (SERVWFE06) it works.
What can be wrong?

3.
Ensure that the DB server that application is located is running and have enough space.
4.
Ensure that the Apppool is set with the correct credentials and password.
Do you see any correllation ID while search or any error.If its a correlation ID,please check the below site to get the exact error from where its generating.

IPTV servlets error: Internal Server Error

Once or Twice a day the Content Manager goes stupid on me.
When I click on Ondemand programs on the CM web page, I get the Internal Server Error.
It seems this happens with the latest security patches applied to Windows 2000 Server, or XP.
The clients experience an error while trying to access OnDemand programs.
If I restart the apache service, and sometimes the Cisco Content Manager service, then it is fine.
TAC told me not to install the Security Patches.
Not the answer I wanted to hear.

Internal Server Error - after installing apex using http server

i just installed apex 3.2 using http server. after finished, i try to to open apex admin (http://faiz:7777/pls/apex/apex_admin) but i got this error:

In your middle tier (where your dads.conf file is located), do you have a file called marvel.conf (this was used in very early versions of APEX if memory servers)? If so you will either need to put your /pls/apex entry into your marvel.conf file of configure the App Server to user the dads.conf file. (I think all of this is done in the http.conf file but I am not 100%)
Also, this sounds like a stupid question but can you ensure that you only have entry in you dads.conf or marvel.conf file that relates to /pls/apex
If you are still having issues, try updating the line: PlsqlDatabaseConnectString faiz:1521:orcl ServiceNameFormat
to: PlsqlDatabaseConnectString TNS_ENTRY TNSFormat
where TNS_ENTRY is replaced by a valid TNS Identifier in the same Mid Tier home: ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/tnsnames.ora
Finally, in earlier versions you had to use a forward slash character as the last value in the Alias line i.e. Alias /i/ "E:/oracle/product/10.2.0/db/Apache/images\". I always configure this line in this way and never seem to have an issues. Not sure if this is required anymore but may be one more thing that is mis configured.

This may be because your browser is caching the page. You might have had an error previously, fixed it but the browser still loads the old page first untill you explicitly tell it to refresh.

Compré una app (MoneyMenttor Premium) y al descargarla me marca el siguiente error:

Al contactar al fabricante me indica que es un error de los servidores de BB, ya traté de instalarlo varios días desde la PC y me sigue apareciendo el error, si lo quiero instalar desde la BB me aparece la opción de comprarlo nuevamente. El cargo ya me lo hicieron a mi tarjeta de crédito.

Internal Server Error after upgrading to Server 4

HI, I've updated my Mac Mini server to Yosemite and downloaded Server 4. I'm now getting an error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
I'm running SSL, so it could be related to a certificate problem but the IP and name hasn't changed.
Any thoughts or suggestion appreciated.

I was able to revert to Mavericks via Time Machine (OS X Mavericks: Revert to a previous OS X version) so I'll leave it for awhile. I notice someone else having an issue with SSL and the OS/Server. I shouldn't have jumped in so quickly ;-). Hard to test with a certificate. My desktop machine started up server without a problem but it must have used a local certificate. Thanks for the interest.

500 Internal Server error while launching Web Analysis

Was interested to find out reasons for the error.

Internal Server Error while deploying a project to a remote BPEL instance.

Some background. We were trying to use the adapters going out through iWay to hit a Siebel instance. Originally, we were using a BPEL VM for development, and trying to hit adapters on the iWay box. We found out that we needed to have BPEL and adapters installed in the OC4J container; so we rebuilt our iWay box.
So, now the iWay box has Oracle DB, Oracle App Server, BPEL, and adapters in the same OC4J container.
When you do an appserver install of BPEL, it doesn't install JDev; so we are doing development on our BPEL VM; or on a standalone version on the laptop (both give the same error.)
I can deploy the project locally to my laptop or the locally to the SOA(BPEL) VM, but when I try to deploy from either JDev to the BPEL server on iWay, we get:

I was using Fuego.Sql.DynamicSQL.close(Iterator)
For a an executeUpdate query which returns an int.
But I used it in a method and did not use that method inside my process or screenflow.
But it did not give me any error/exception while compiling it in Studio.
It gave me an exception while publishing in Enterprise.
This is strange.
It should have given me an error/exception while compiling itself rather than while publishing in Enterprise.

It will be important to know which CM version you are using, and also which repository (UCM/SharePoint/FileServer) method. As Laban_user points out, if you are on File Server, and not have an active Repository, checking the document Versioning will give you a repository error.
If this is not the case, let us know which PCM version, etc. It is also possible that you have a configuration error in your command line server admin setup that has the attachment path incorrectly defined.

Internal Server Error while using Frontpage Server Extension on SharePoint2013

I am working on a Proof of concept where I am trying to use Frontpage server Extension - RPC protocol to upload the files in sharepoint document library using "/_vti_bin/_vti_aut/author.dll". I am using following URL to upload bytes to SharePoint

The same code works on one sharepoint environment but not on other. I am getting Internal Server Error (500) exactly when i try to execute the webrequest.GetResponse for the url given above.
Any pointers will be greatly appretiated.

Hi,
According to your description, my understanding is that when you use the Front Server Extension to upload the files, it occur the error "Internal Server Error(500)".
As in your another environment, it works fine, for a better troubleshooting, I suggest you can do as the followings:
1. Using Fiddler to check the web request which occurs error to find the detailed error message and you can compare if there are something difference between the two environments.
2. Check the Windows server event log to check if there are something error message in it.

Also I am getting the the same error while testing connection test in SM59 RFC destination type G.

Please check the RFC destination type G created in SM59 is correct or not .
Logon procedure
if you are using
No logon. The server program does not require you to enter a user and password.
Basic Authentication. The server program requires you to enter a user and password.
Check user name ,password is correct in RFC destination if the external HTTP server requires user credentials.
Without successfully running this RFC , you are not able communicate with the external HTTP server (Target system).
Also check that your HTTP server is running fine bcoz if it's down that also could be the reason for your problem.

Can someone give my a hand with this problem because the unix administrator of my website don't know how to fixes.
When I try to run a servlet name SimpleServer or other servlet from my website I received the following error:

Hi,
ClassFormatError is Thrown when the Java Virtual Machine attempts to read a class file and determines that the file is malformed or otherwise cannot be interpreted as a class file.
So check whether you have properly configured servlet and whether class file is VALID and is in right place or not.
