Update Retriever 4.03.0006 Issue

Question

I'm having issues downloading or importing updates regardless or what model type i choose.
If i choose to pull update from the internet, i get this ;
However if i choose to import updates, either from a network share or mapped network drive, to a local drive with more than 500gb of free space, i get this error;
Windows firewall is off, i can access the internet just fine and i can manually download updates from the lenovo site. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling TVSU, and i have even deleted programdata and appdata folders i find. Operating system is windows server 2008 R2.

update: downloading from the internet has all of a sudden started working, i have not tried doing a local import yet.
