Update rules installation error for BI statistics

Hi all,
I am trying to activate the update rules for the BI statistics cubes and am getting the below error.
"Object Update rules CSE83E58JTY9E8RQFR74SB5P3: Error installing the Content version
Message no. RSO431"
I am able to install the cubes and info sources/data sources but not the update rules.
Our system is on below versions:
SAP_BW 701 0004 SAPKW70104
BI_CONT 703 0014 SAPKIBIIQ4
Please guide if you have come across into the same.

I think you're going to have to open an SAP Message for this issue. There is an OSS Note that perfectly matches the description of the error you're getting, but because you're on BI 7.0 EHP1, the change in that OSS Note is already made in the affected Class and Methods.

I would use highlight execution (light bulb on LabVIEW toolbar) to see exactly what AI Single Scan VI is causing the error. You could also use breakpoints on each wire right before the AI Single Scan VI is called so that you can turn highlight execution on to see if the call generates an error.
Another suggestion is to create a new VI and copy and paste all the VIs from your current VI to this new VI. This might correct a problem if the VI is corrupt.
Finally, you could use the AI Config, AI Start, AI Read VIs instead of the AI Single Scan. I doubt there is something wrong with the VI, it is morelikely a corrupt VI. Recreating the VI will morelikely fix this problem.

Windows server 2012 update standalone installer error: the certificate for the signer of the message is invalid

I have a windows server 2012 Hyper V machine which acts as a web front end for my sharepoint 2013 farm.
It is set to install updates automatically.
I have 4 patch to install to correct an issue with my search:

2567680, KB
2554876 , KB
2708075 , KB
2472264
These are Microsoft patches
Whenever I try to install them I receive an error
Googling the error, I have tried extracting the file and using CMD prompt to install the xml file to install but to no avail.

I have also noticed that all updates for a couple of weeks have failed. I have 2 other servers in the farm, both of which are joined to the same private network cannot look for updates with another error. Not sure if these are related.

Installation error for security update 2013-004 version 1.0

I receive a 'unexpected error' message when I try to install security update 2013-004 version 1.0. I have tried updating from computer and manually downloading 'security update 2013-004', but still receive the exact same error message. I'm on a macbook pro mid 2011, Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5.

Try verifying your hard disk with Disk Utility in the Utilities folder.
After launching Disk Utility, in the left pane, click on the name of your hard disk.
In the right pane, click the First Aid tab and then click the Verify Disk button.
If the result is OK, then click the button to Repair Disk Permissions.
If the Verify Disk test result reports errors, you will need to reboot the computer in Recovery HD and use Disk Utility there to repair the disk. See instructions by Kappy.
Afterwards, try installing the security update again.
As for the cause of the unexpected error, look at the log reports with Console in the Utilities folder.

And also make sure that <b>all</b> target fields has proper maapings. i.e either a direct assignment with source field,or routine or formula or constant. Some times sytem shows a routine as update method but blank routine. It happens after,when you include a field to data target or coping the update rules.
Most of the time, you can solve this type of error by studing very carefully the existing mappings(routines,formulas).

Update Rules active error

Hi all:
I had add a new key infobject to an existing ODS (the ODS is empty) and then I active the ODS, all runs properly. Now I modify the update rule to fill the new added infoobject with a constant. When I try to active the update rules, the system returns RSAU206 error. No routine has been created for InfoObject & (data field: &) but the infoobject hasn´t routine. Can anyone help me?

I just checked one by one all routines in update rules and all of them are rights. I try to display activated program ( in extras menu) and itsn´t appear. This is not the first time happend, sometimes when I add a new infoobject to an existing ODS I have problems to active the update rules. The only way taht I know is delete and make again the update rules.

I have installed the cube 0CCA_C11 from the standard BI content and started the migration of the update rule.
Here, i am getting an error in one routine. There is one field in the cube "0CO_REPLINE", which is mapped with all fields of infosource.
there is a routine on the field 0CO_REPLINE.
when i tried to migrate the update rule it will give me following error.
Rule (target: 0CO_REPLINE, group: 01 Standard Group): Syntax error in routine
And when i cheked the routine it will give the following error
E:The type "_TY_S_SC_1_FULL" is unknown
Please guide me and suggest.

"update rules inactive " error when importing transport request

Hi experts,
I am stuck while importing transport request of update rules. I am moving transport request of update rules from 1 system to another and stuck while importing it in 2nd system. Only two update rules are stuck among all giving an error of "inactive update rules".
I have again tranported it twice after activating theose two update rules.

BI Content Update rules not available for 0IC_C03 cube

We have recently did technical upgrade to our DEV box and made a system copy for sand box. I am trying to install the BI content for 0IC_C03 infocube. I cant see update rules for this data flow. I could see Transformations and can also see info source (ex: 2LIS_03_BF_TR) which we dont expect. We havent migrated or never used inventory BI content. What is the reason we could see transformations for this cube data flow in BI content? We are on SP15. I tried to install transformations but cant install them properly.

Business content it's still using 3.x data flow. That's why you see a 3.x infosource.
You won't have transformations for this. The update rules icon is like a transformation but with a small white square on the left.
So the dataflow you should have is:
Cube
Update Rules (0IC_C03 2LIS_03_BF)
    3.x InfoSource (Material movements (as of 2.0B))
      Transfer Rules
        Datasource
You'll see a small square next to all the objects, except for the cube. This means 3.x object.

This usually happens if if you have added new fields in the cube and if that field is not properly mapped , ie
no mapping being done but it looks like some routine there for that field but we would have not written the routine
just simply routine symbol appears in that case
if you dont have mapping assign it as initial in update rule or map them properly which will resolve your issue.

How can I resolve installer errors for iCloud Control Panel?

I tried to install the latest iCloud Control Panel setup from the web on my Windows PC but keep getting installer errors that prevent iCloud's configuration. Can anyone assist?

Thank you for your reply.
Since my initial posting here, I've attempted a few more installations. Each time a file from /Library/Application Support/Adobe/ssc/ would appear with the same error DF024, and it was always an alias. So each time I would replace the old alias with a new manually created alias pointing to the same original as the old alias. Sure enough, when I relaunched the installer, error DF024 with the old alias no longer appeared, but a new error DF042 with another alias from the same directory did appear. Then I manually replaced all aliases found in the /Library/Application Support/Adobe/ssc/ directory with new ones I created.
Upon rebooting and relaunching the installer program, the program did not stop at around 12% as consistently it did up until now. Instead, it progressed to 80% before it stopped and reported a huge number of new errors. Most of them pertain to the inability to roll back the installation it had attempted. No files from /Library/Application Support/Adobe/ssc/ appeared in the new log report.
To gain a better understanding of the logs, I downloaded AdobeSupportAdvisor and tried using it, but it referred me to online solutions that weren't relevant to my situation (i.e., one mentions Photoshop CS4 and I've never installed CS4).
I also tried following the articles from the Adobe knowledgebase:
cspid_84451: Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6
which is fine if you only have a few errors, and
cspid_83481: Installation, launch log errors | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CCM
which doesn't list error DF024.
At this point I've decided to not not make anymore attempts without some expert guidance.
The log file seem too large to post here. If you would like review the log, I can perhaps post it on www.pastebin.com unless you can suggest a better way. Please let me know.

Installation error for oracle 11g

Unable to login to the oracle homepage like https://localhost:portno/em (I jus gave an ex, after installation I got the url).
Its just shows certificate error even though I tried for trusted connection.
It means it displays a blank page.
Can anyone help on these.
