Update says I need OS X 10.5.2 or newer when I have 10.5.5

The Safari update says I need Mac OS X 10.5.2 or newer when I have Mac OS X 10.5.5
How can I update? I have Safari 3.0.4

You need to download and re-apply the 10.5.5 Combo Updater. Safari is not available as a download from Apple, unless you're running Windoze or 10.4.11. Apple doesn't offer full downloads of any of their applications on the web, so you're wasting your time looking for or expecting one to be there.
