Update still showing up after an update

I updated the Twitter app and it still shows as an update available.
I tried to trash the pref file but nothing has changed.
Any ideas?

I was also having the problem that updates would immediately show available for apps after I ran the Mac App Store updater. I tried deleting the apps and reinstalling them and the updates would still show available.
I have a hard disk attached to my iMac with a cloned copy of my applications. I deleted the apps from the cloned copy and ran the updater. Success! The update page now displays that all apps are up to date.

Do you have wifi syncing turned on? Is your itunes always open?
There is a glitch with the iPad where, as long and anytime iTunes is open, it'll sync...like once an hour or some such rate.
Originally the wifi syncing was only supposed to take place if the device is plugged into power, but that's not the case. If I have my iTunes open my iPad will try to sync almost continuously.
So check your wifi sync and iTunes settings (my iTunes used to be set to open automatically when the device is connected, I had to change it to only open when I do it manually because in the course of an evening's surfing my iPad opened my iTunes and started to sync three different times until I turned it off)
If you have iCloud syncing enabled that may also be contributing to your battery issues. I don't sync over iCloud, I tried it but after it ate all my contacts, I stopped using it. However, if the same glitch is present, the device trying to continually sync even when not plugged into power, that could also be part of your drain.

CPS 8 (M33) still showing M28 after Upgrade

Hi,
We deployed the new CPS 8.0 (M33) SCA on a Development 7.01 system system with existing M28 version. When I check the component list of the Java System Info, I see Scheduler version as M33( all the REDWOOD components upgraded to CPS 8 )
But when we open CPS, it is still showing the active build as: M28.19-36439.
Please let me know if there is a way to update the version to M33

We are also planning to CPS 33 from CPS 28. What are the prerequisite / pre processing you did before upgrading.
Also please let me know if there are any post processing steps.
I have gone through CPS docs, bt i didnot found any upgrade documentation.
Did you also follow installation guide ( steps in installation guide) for upgrading to M33.

Reminder workitems still showing up after approval

Hi SRM Guru's,
We are upgrading from EBP 3.0 to SRM 5.5. We have implemented dead line monitoring for invoice workflow in EBP3.0. We are having some invoices created in EBP 3.0 system and reminders generated in SRM 5.5 sytem for those invoices. After approval of the invoices, the reminder work items are still showing up in Inbox of the approver. This happens only with the old carts that were created in EBP 3.0 system.
Please help to fix this problem.

Confirmed Qty still shows ZERO after complete delivery

Hi
A particular item in a sales order has been completely delivered and billed, but in the schedule lines tab, the confirmed qty and delivered qty are still showing as Zero. Also there is a tick mark for the "Schedule Lines Exist" column for that item which implies that the confirmed quantity of the item is smaller than the order quantity.
Checked the forum but couldnt find anything related to this scenario.
What needs to be done?

HI,
Please check for respective Material at Sales: General/Plant tab what is the availability option selected if it is anything other than KP(No check), then system confirms the quantity as soon as the sales order is saved.
Even though the Delivery has been Deleted, in your case if Quantity is confirmed against that Sales order that Quantity will be available for other SalesOrder and their corresponding Deliveries.
U can test this my reducing the Quantity of that Line item from that sales order. You will find that Quantity reduced from old sales order will be available for new Sales Order.

Points still show pending after 15 days.

Can someone when exactly the point for a purchase will actually be available? I made a purchase on 9-22-14 and the points still show pending. I thought it only took 15 days. I'm over that now.

It can generally take up to 20 days for points to officially post to a member's My Best Buy account. I used the email address you registered with the forum to review your account, and from what I can see, it looks like the points for the purchase you made on 8/22/2014 have officially posted. Ical still showing mobileme after merge

I have made the merge to icloud but in ical my list of calendars still shows mobile me. In the account info of ical it has the icloud grey icon but the description is still mobileme. On my system preferences I am signed in to my apple account and calendars are enabled. I am on Mac OSX 10.7.5

Grid is still showing Tagert after uninstalling the agent

I installed the agent (10.2.0.4.0) on Linux_64 (RHEL) box and configured it with Grid Control. I was able to see the target in the Grid Conrol. I need to uninstall the agent from this host in order to configure it with Other Grid Control. Now once I uninstalled the agent from the target. I am still seeing the target host in grid with agent down status. I want to remove the target from the grid, plz let me know how can I do that.

Hi Samar,
Ideally its recommended to first remove the target from Grid Control console as mentioned in NOTE.271691.1. As you have already uninstalled the agent, issue the following command connected as sysman user from repository database to remove the agent and targets:
conn sysman
exec mgmt_admin.cleanup_agent('agentname:port');
commit;
The above command removes the agent and all targets montiorred by the agent.It might take time to remove the target depending on the number of targets monitored.

How can i make alerts still show up after they have been seen on lock screen notifications

On my old BB when an alert came up it would stay until I closed it or snooze or what ever. But mulitiple reminders would always be there until i decided what to do. Now on iphone
you might have 5 items on your lock screen but if you snooze or open one the others all are gone and never reminded again? Any advice?

App Store Updates still showing after update

I have downloaded lots of apps for my iPod touch and I had one update available from the App Store. I have downloaded the update on my iPod twice, in iTunes 3 times and I have synced the iPod over and over again and the update is still showing in the App Store even after I have already installed it. What can I do to fix this?

For what is worth, this started happening to me as well, I got two updates "fixed" there albeit the apps have been updated days ago...
