Update suspends with message: Close ElementsAutoAnalyzer - How?

After installing Photoshop and Premiere 10 on a Mac I decided to do the usual update.
At about 51% of the way through installing a RAW update the error message came up:
Close the following applications: ElementsAutoAnalyzer
The question is how?
The Mac cannot fimd this file.
I would have to say at this point that installing Adobe 10 suite on a Mac from the discs
is very poor and Adobe should really adress the many problems, and soon!
I wiped Elements 8 and updated Reader 10, plus Flash for the Mac, so that everything
was ready.
Premiere 10 aborted at about 51% on four occasions! In the end I had to download the
recent copy from the web (2 hours) and then install it from there.
Before going into the updates I deleted the help program and analysis program so that
this would not interupt the updates but to no avail.
Having spent a total of 6 hours trying to install and run two programs I am not impressed.
Can anybody help with stopping the ElementsAutoAnalyzer, please.

I am not sure if you are updating Photoshop or Premiere Elements 10 but I would recommend you post to their respective forums regarding your questions regarding the update.

Then will say "update unavailable with this apple id - This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or canceled." Then the third pop up says "We could not complete your request. There was an error in the App Store. Please try again". Just want to know how do to fix.

After I upgraded to Mavericks I was also having this message when I tried to update. There was a previous post about this problem which offered this simple solution which worked for me:

Got it! Thanx. What I did was go to my account, check that they had my new ID and Password which they did, then hit reset button. All fixed.

Update failed with message U44MIP7. Now what?

Creative Cloud showed an update for PS CS6. I tried to update and it told me to close the program. I did so and the update failed. Subsequent attempts have also faile. Finally I get an error message U44MIP7. What does that mean and how do I update the program?

This means that the update has failed to be applied. Depending on what update you are trying to download you can try downloading the update directly from the product update page. Also if the update continues to fail or if a direct download is not available then please follow the second part of the referenced document in regards to reviewing your installation logs.

Problem update JTextArea with message from thread

I have a JTextArea to present the actually status of an running thread. The thread sends strings like: System.out.println("Reading in new message...");to the standardoutput.
The problem is, that my application freezes when it should update the JTextArea. Any idea and what type of actionListener is recommend to use for the JTextArea?

In general, you can't update the Swing stuff from "side" threads. Side threads talk with the Swing event thread by creating Runnable objects which contains the necessary data (in your case, for instance, the JTextArea or its parent panel/window, and the text to append), and then invoking SwingUtilities.invokeLater() to have this object run() method called by the Sing event thread. Why won't Firefox open after updating? Says to close, but how?

Windows 7. Attempted to update to latest Firefox today, but it won't open on my screen. When I attempt to either use the previous version or delete it, it says to close it first. How do I close something I can't see? Thanks.

Try to run the Firefox program once as Administrator (right-click firefox.exe: Run as Administrator).<br />
If that doesn't solve the problem then remove the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\) to do a clean reinstall.
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Where, EXACTLY, did you purchase it? If you did not purchase it directly from Apple, then it was not an unlocked phone. The ONLY source for unlocked phones in the UK is directly from Apple.
If you purchased it second hand, it was likely hacked to unlock it based on the error you're getting.
If you believe there is a hardware problem, then take it to an Apple store in the UK and have it checked.

How to Respond to Error Message..."Close ElementsAutoAnalyzer.exe"

I just installed Photoshop Elements 11 and Premiere Elements 11 on my computer. After installation I checked for updates. The first update was for Elements Camera Raw but shortly after it started I received an error messaage which read, "Close ElementsAutoAnalyzer.exe". I closed Elements 11 application and clicked on "Continue" in the remaining window. The same error message appeared after a few seconds. There weren't any other open applications so I didn't know how else to close the Auto Analyzer. Can anyone offer advice?

Go to the organizer preferences>media analysis and turn it off there. If that fails you can do it in task manager (win) or applications>utilities>activity monitor (mac).

You cannot. The apps are assigned to that Apple ID and there is nothing you can do to change that. You could choose to download them again with the new Apple ID, any paid apps will need to be purchased again.

If you want to use multiple devices - move to imap, I would even say "exchange", but Google does not support free exchange anymore, since January of that year. So Ironically Icloud or Hotmail would be my choices right now.

We have both Firefox 3.6.17 and 7.0.1 on our desk top. I am trying to delete 3.6.17 but the remove button will not work. We continually receive a message that the 3.6.17 is interfering with the updates for 7.0.1. How can we delete 3.6.17?

In my case it seems that Firefox just doesn't "see" (or can't find?) the coupon printer application anymore after the FF update. (and yes, my add-ons are enabled - to answer the tech support people's first question).
For me, the coupon printer doesn't even show up in my Firefox "Add-Ons" list anymore. Is that what people typically see when they're saying the coupon printer "doesn't work" with FF? The coupon printer was visible on the add-ons list before my FF update, and now it's totally Gone! It seems that Firefox just doesn't "see" (or can't find?) the coupon printer application anymore since the FF update.
When I'm on the coupons.com site and I click "print coupons", it tells me I haven't installed the application. But it Is installed on my computer, I can see it in my folders, and it works on IE, so it's definitely there.
BTW - I have uninstalled/reinstalled the coupon printer application. I have tried all the suggestions on the Mozilla help/forum sites, as well as the Coupons.com web site. I have closed and re-started Firefox after the installation. I have also shut down and restarted my pc after installation. I tried installing the application with Firefox open, and tried it again with Firefox closed. I've even cleared out all my cookies/history associated with Coupons.com.
... I can't think of anything else to try, except for the "solution" of using IE for coupons.
If it Really is a problem on the Coupon.com end of things, do you think it's worth it if we bombard the coupons.com support team with messages saying they need to fix the problem? (or just a waste of time?) ;(

I've just seen this message for the first time and it's showing on 10 devices.
What I really love about Apple Configurator is the copious amount of context driven help offered to you.

The updater will not let me continue until I close ElementsAutoanalyzer.exe. I can't find such a file. As far as I know I am not running such a program. How do I continue?

Auto-Analyzer in Elements Organizer automatically detects and tags the following when analyzing media.
Auto analyzer is run as soon as you import media into Elements Organizer. When there is considerable media to analyze, run auto analyzer during the system’s idle time.
Face
Audio
Blur
Brightness and contrast
Motion
Shake
You can add additional tags manually after auto analysis. However, the Auto Analyzer tags can be removed from media, but you cannot edit/delete them from the smart tags list
In case you do not wish to run it just disable it from
Select Edit > Preferences > Media-Analysis (Windows), or Adobe Elements Organizer 11 > Preferences > Media-Analysis (Mac OS).
Deselect Analyze Media For Smart Tags Automatically.

I need to reinstall my CS3 creative suite I bought with a student license. It allows me to install but never asked for the serial number. I can open the programs but can not use them, get a "Adobe updater quit unexpectedly" message.

I bought a CS3 creative suite on a student license in 2008. The original MAC laptop has died and I am trying to install it on a MAC desktop. the programs installs successfully but never ask for a serial number. the programs will open but I can not open any files, I get a Adobe Updater quite unexpectedly message. Is this because the serial number has not been entered? I have tried chat about this problem twice, also use Adobe connect and was not helped. How do I enter this serial number?

activate is grayed out. Registration is available and when I select it, it says "A problem was encountered while trying to send the information over the internet" So I select "submit again" and nothing happens. Then the program closes and I get the added updater quite message.
