Update termination while creating billing

Hi All,
I have created adobe form and attached to one output type and when i am trying to create invoice from sales order system is giving updat termination message.
Could  you please anyone tell me where is the exact problem in adobe form or in driver program.(Adobe form has been devloped in Finnish language )
I checked SM13 and there i can see RV_MESSAGE_UPDATE function module with error description.From that I am not able to trace.

Go to SM13 and check the exact code which caused the Update termination.
You can see the place where you got the update termination.

    Hi all,
             i need a solution urgently ..except for paticular document no all documents that i post using VF01 create successfully document no.
    but for a paticular document no(may be it is of some type that i am unable to) while creaing billing document no it gives a message 'document created successfully' ,but when i try to click any button after that e.g BACK it shows a messge 'Update was terminated  for author ....' in my inbox. and vf03 shows the documentdoesn't exist.
    in st22 i checked one dump . when i gave a break point at that point the cursor never reached the code.
    I also checked SM13 and it showed all fms as init. and one fm 'RV_MESSAGE_UPDATE ' as error . i aws unable find the fm in the main program .
    one more thing when i create bill document for other document type it shows messge 'Document saved ....(no accounting document created)' but for this one i am getting messge 'document saved.......' .
    I asked one collegue he told me might be some OSS notes required for it . i am working on a unicoded system ECC 6.0  version.but he is not sure .
    Has any body faced the same problem..and what was the soln....if oss notes are required than how could i find it..and what was the no...........

    i am new to sap .can u tell me in detail where actually i can check for number range of the document . one more when i checked the sm13 and  started debugging it gave me for a certain character set  (may be in chineses) present in the table ,the transfer command gives a dump. now the problem is it is too long 132 and don't no forwhich character it gives an  dump.how can i check the characters maintained in the system. it gives a dump   CX_SY_CONVERSION_CODEPAGE   ,At the conversion of a text from codepage '4102' to codepage '4110':      
    i am not sure this causes the mesages 'Updation was terminated' . what u people think.

  • Changing billing document date while creating billing document from vf01

    Hi gurus,
    I have requirement to change billing doc date while creating billing document from VF01.
    here I have to consider goods issue date eq billing date.
    caluculating billing date = Goods Issue + Goods in Transit duration time.
    I have done everu thing but I cant update the caluculated date, iam using the following enhancement
    Enhancement:SDVFX001
    Function Module:EXIT_SAPLV60B_001
    Include:ZXVVFU01 which are part vf01.
    here iam sending the calculated date to VBRK-FKDAT
    move cal_date to vbrk-fkdat.
    need help how to update the calculated date to VBRK-fkdat i.e billing document date

    Check once again customizing
    Maintain Series Group - In this IMG activity, you define the different excise series groups within your company. Series groups allow you to maintain multiple number ranges for the outgoing excise documents. Based on excise regulations and exemptions from the authorities you can maintain multiple number series for outgoing documents. But each of these series has to be declared to the excise authorities.
    - Define excise series groups based on type of outgoing document
    - Assign series group to excise registration ID
    - If no financial postings are required for an Excise invoice in this seris group then you tick the 'No utilization' indicator.
    - If the CENVAT has to be paid immediately and you need not wait for the Fort nightly payment then mark the 'Immediate Utilization' Iindicator. Example - You could define two series groups, group 001 for excise invoices, and group 002 for 57 F4 documents.
    - No account postings for CENVAT in sales cycle
    - No utilization Flag
    If you do not need any CENVAT utilization for an excise invoice but would like to just generate an excise invoice then you need to mark this indicator.
    If the flag is checked then system will create an Excise invoice in the given Series group but there will not be any account postings or Part2 postings.
    Immediate Utilization of CENVAT - Specifies that when you create an excise invoice, the system immediately pays the amount from CENVAT and creates the Part II entry. Such invoices will not be listed for fortnightly utilization.
    If you have both fortnightly and immediate utilization for the same excise group, the account determination within CIN IMG should point to the ED interim account.

  • Create Excise invoice(J1IIN) document while creating billing document using bapi BAPI_BILLINGDOC_CREATEMULTIPLE

    Dear Experts,
    My scenario is:
    We have batch split scenario, where the parent line item of billing document has 0 quantity and its subsequent item (item with batch number) holds actual quantity data.
    When we create billing document using VF01 against delivery document, system creates billing document along with excise invoice document (J1IIN Document). And in excise document contain same number of line items that of billing document. Please see the below attachment:

    While creating billing document, the J1IIN Document created automatically. Below is the screen-shot for the same.
    Now the issue is:
    When we create billing document using BAPI: BAPI_BILLINGDOC_CREATEMULTIPLE system creating only billing document and not creating excise invoice document.
    When we create excise document manually using J1IIN the zero quantity line items are excluded in excise invoice document.
    Please see the below screen-shot for the same; The z quantity line items are missing.
    We want excise document to be created while creating billing document using BAPI BAPI_BILLINGDOC_CREATEMULTIPLE. Or is there any other BAPI for the same purpose.
    Customization is also maintained for creating excise invoice document automatically.

      Pricing will be carried basing on the pricing
    procedure.
    Case1: Prices will be carried out automatically if
    necessary condition records are maintained for the
    condition type.
      For this you can go to Sales Order-> Item Conditions
    In the screen you can click on command button Analysis,
    which gives you the list of condition types associated
    to the pricing procedure. By clicking on the condition
    type you can know the action that has taken place.
    Case2: Manually forcing prices for Items.
      To do this, you have to populate ORDER_CONDITIONS_IN &
    ORDER_CONDITIONS_INX. Also note to identify the item
    numbers, you manually pass the item number for each item
    in the sales order, use the same item number for
    populating conditions.
      Parameters required:
    ORDER_CONDITIONS_IN:
      ITM_NUMBER, COND_TYPE, COND_VALUE, CURRENCY
    ORDER_CONDITIONS_INX:
      ITM_NUMBER, COND_TYPE, UPDATEFLAG, COND_VALUE,CURRENCY.

    Hi Experts,
    Accounts determination error is coming while create billing for Account Assignment Group A4 . In some cases only this error is appearing . I m a ABAPer I got this case and I  m debugging the code  . Can anyone  suggest me what all the things i need to check to know the root cause . This error is coming very  rarely but I want to find the reasons.  I saw some of scn post bt it was not clear .
    Please suggest briefly what w'd be the probable cause of this error and how to correct it.

    Hi Dharmkrit,
    In one of your earlier posts, you have mentioned that you have assigned G/L accounts by selecting table 1. This is probably where you might be going wrong.
    Please follow the below steps to cross check your entries and you should hopefully have a solution.
    (1) First of all, start from the account determination procedure and check which procedure is assigned to the billing type.
    (2) Check the account determination type that is maintained in the procedure.
    (3) Check which access sequence assigned in that condition type
    (4) Check which table/tables have been maintained in the access sequence
    * In most probability, you would have maintained a different table in the access sequence while you are trying to assign your G/L accounts to some other table
    * Also, since you say that this error is only for a particular account determination type, check if you have maintained the correct combination of application/chart of account/Customer account assignment group/material account assignment group/G/L account in the correct table. However, this combination of fields depends on the table that you have used in the condition technique.
    I suggest that you write your entries down while checking the flow. This will give you a clear picture if a connection is missing somewhere in the condition technique.
    The customer/material account assignment groups are just keys (two digit codes) and their determination has nothing to do with Z1/Z2/A1 or any other code that you have defined in the system. The main determination is purely based on the condition technique and how correctly you have maintained the connections between the tables, access sequences, types and procedures. Just recheck these entries and you should be able to resolve the issue.

    Hi
    If you use another existing document type, check that it has a number range suitable to you.  Else create a new 'z' type and assign an entirely new number range, not used in the other doc types.
    It is useful to make the FI document number the same number.  If I understand from the forums, the FI number range must be external.  Search the forum for this.  It is very useful for the Finance people.

         The current ABAP "SAPLMCS4" program had to be terminated because the
         ABAP processor detected an internal system error.
    What can you do?
         Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.
         To process the problem further, contact you SAP system
         administrator.
        Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
        at and manage termination messages, and you can also
        keep them for a long time.
    Error analysis
        An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
        The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND', was not
         caught in
        procedure "TMC2F_FROUT_CALL" "(FORM)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING
         clause.
        Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
        exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
        The reason for the exception is:
        On account of a branch in the program
        (CALL FUNCTION/DIALOG, external PERFORM, SUBMIT)
        or a transaction call, another ABAP/4 program
        is to be loaded, namely "RMCMS431 ".
        However, program "RMCMS431 " does not exist in the library.
        Possible reasons:
        a) Wrong program name specified in an external PERFORM or
           SUBMIT or, when defining a new transaction, a new
           dialog module or a new function module.
        b) Transport error
    How to correct the error
        Check the last transports to the R/3 System.
        Are changes currently being made to the program "SAPLMCS4"?
        Has the correct program been entered in table TSTC for Transaction "ME21N "?
        If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
        find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
        If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
        keywords:
        "LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND" "CX_SY_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND"
        "SAPLMCS4" or "LMCS4F10"
        "TMC2F_FROUT_CALL"
        If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error
        notification to SAP, include the following information:
        1. The description of the current problem (short dump)
           To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File
        (Unconverted)".
        2. Corresponding system log
           Display the system log by calling transaction SM21.
           Restrict the time interval to 10 minutes before and five minutes
        after the short dump. Then choose "System->List->Save->Local File
        (Unconverted)".
        3. If the problem occurs in a problem of your own or a modified SAP
        program: The source code of the program
           In the editor, choose "Utilities->More
        Utilities->Upload/Download->Download".
        4. Details about the conditions under which the error occurred or which
        actions and input led to the error.
        The exception must either be prevented, caught within proedure
        "TMC2F_FROUT_CALL" "(FORM)", or its possible occurrence must be declared in the
        RAISING clause of the procedure.
        To prevent the exception, note the following:

    AFS Purchasing infostructure S431 is no longer used. S433 is the valid infostructure for the release AFS 5.0.
    Solution
    Please do the following.
    For customers upgrading to AFS 5.0 only:
    > Rebuild Infostructure S433.
    - Goto transaction: OLI3 (Statistical Set up of Infostructures)
    - Info structure to be compile: S433
    - Specify the 'Name of run'.

  • Error while creating Billing doc using VF01 for Debit memo req. from RRB

    I am creating billing doc for my Debit memo req. which is created using RRB(DP90, DP95).
    Error message - Item 000010 does not exist.
    When I debugged and looked into code it seems following lines are causing problem.
    Program
    LV60AA28
    Line u2013 734
      IF  vbap-vkgru EQ vkgru_dyn_posten.
        IF vbap-aufnr IS INITIAL .
    set AUBEL because it was overwritten by VBAP-VBELN
          vbrp-aubel = vbap-vgbel.
          vbrp-aupos = vbap-vgpos.
          vbrp-autyp = vbap-vgtyp.
    This code was not in 4.6 system.
    We have just migrating from 4.6 to 6.0 and facing this issue while testing.

  • Error while creating billing request thr tcode DP91

    hi,
    while creating a billing request through dp91 we are getting an error mesage : "Error during material determination for sales document item 40000067/000020". i have checked the material determination for the material, but there is no material determination maitained for the material, the material here is a service material, after creating a contract we are trying to create a billing request through DP91. this is where wer are getting the error message.

    It looks like the DIP Processor cannot determine a material.Go you your DIP Profile and check the Material Determination settings
    Also run TCode ODP2 to check the consistency of your DIP Profile and also chk Material Origin field was not checked in the Costing tab of the material master.
    Check above and revert back.

  • Error while creating billing document using VF04 transaction

    Hi All,
    User is trying to create billing document using VF04 with ference to delivery number. When pressing save in invoice creation system SAP gives invoice document number (No accouting document generated). but no documents are actually created. When user trying for second time log is showing this sales order is currently processed by the user(user is same who is trying to create invoice)
    Please let us know what is causing this issue since this issue is happening in production and we can not debug this.
    We checked for number range also but its not.

    Try to create billing document using VF01,see any messages were poping while saving ?

    I was checking the line item report for my sales account. (FS10N or FBL3N). The problem is i am not able to see the original sales document number filed against that Sales Gl. Its not even visible on customer account line item details as it only provides billing number field detail. Can anyone guide me is it possible to fill out the sales order number field while creating the accounting document from SD. I have observed only once the sales document field is filled but i struggling how it has been copied from SD and not possible on remaining one? Your kind help will be really appreciated.

    This can be done in your copying control for Billing by using
    - Reference Number
    - Allocation Number
    in the header node of the copying control.
    You can find the allocation number under additional information in the (document) line item that is forwarded from
    SD to FI. If the field was not filled in the order, you can determine
    For that you have an option of maintaining in Reference & Allocation Number:
    A-Purchase order number
    B-Sales order number
    C-Delivery number
    D-External delivery number
    E-Actual billing document number
    Say, if you do not make an entry and the field is not filled in the order, the field remains empty. If you would like to link the delivery to invoices in accounting (which is necessary in the self-billing procedure), enter 'C' for the relevant invoices.
    Check in the relevant tcode VTFA / VTFL / VTFF, based on your business process.
