Update to latest version of OSX? But I meet the iCloud requirements!

According to this page it says "Make sure your Mac is running OS X v10.7.4 or later for iCloud." Well, I am using just that, 10.7.4.
When I try to turn on Mail in iCloud in the Preferences (so I can setup an email address and check it from within Mail), it says "Update to the latest verison of OS X". But yet, I meet the requirements, so what gives?

Run Disk Utillity to make sure the startup disk is ok.
Launch Disk Utility located in HD > Applications > Utilities
Select the startup disk on the left then click Verify Disk.
If the disk is ok, while you're there, click Repair Disk Permissions. Reparing permissions can fix a myriad of issues on a Mac.

Everytime I return to my house, I get the same reminder (which I did set), yet, once I open Reminders, it's not visible -- so I cannot delete it.  When I search for it, it shows up in the list, but I'm still not able to delete.  Any tips?
