Update trouble [SOLVED]

Question

Hi all,
Today I tried 'pacman -Syu' and got this message:
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
filesystem: /bin exists in filesystem
filesystem: /sbin exists in filesystem
filesystem: /usr/sbin exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
I certainly read https://www.archlinux.org/news/binaries … ervention/, but to be honest I don't understand what it is exactly I have to do. I think I need a more 'step by step' guide...
I first did 1):
[ko@PhenomX4 ~]$ pacman -Qqo /bin /sbin /usr/sbin | pacman -Qm -
[ko@PhenomX4 ~]$ paclist core | awk ' { print $1 } ' | pacman -Ql - | grep ' /s\?bin/\| /usr/sbin/'
[ko@PhenomX4 ~]$ paclist extra | awk ' { print $1 } ' | pacman -Ql - | grep ' /s\?bin/\| /usr/sbin/'
[ko@PhenomX4 ~]$ paclist community | awk ' { print $1 } ' | pacman -Ql - | grep ' /s\?bin/\| /usr/sbin/'
[ko@PhenomX4 ~]$
All with empty result, so I guess that's o.k.?
2) I don't understand. How do I find "packages in IgnorePkg or IgnoreGroup" and where they have files?
and 3) gives this result:
ko@PhenomX4 ~]$ find /bin /sbin /usr/sbin -exec pacman -Qo -- {} + >/dev/null
ko@PhenomX4 ~]$
So as far as I can see I don't have any packages to fix?
But after 'pacman Su' I still get the same message:

filesystem: /sbin exists in filesystem
filesystem: /usr/sbin exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
All help would be appreciated!

Who owns /bin, /sbin and /usr/sbin ('pacman -Qo /bin' and so on)?
