Updated Apps on iPhone 5 doesn't update iTunes 11.

Before iTunes 11 whenever I updated an App on my iPhone's and then sync iTunes it will update the same App in iTunes to the most current version. Now with iTunes 11 if update an App to the most current version and sync my iPhone with iTunes it runs the sync process but that App or Apps does not update automatically. Which makes have to go into my App section in iTunes and click on "Updates Available" which will show me the same App i've already updated on my iPhone but couldn't update on iTunes via Sync. I found the solution for this problem somewhere else I can't remember where because I read so many posts and tried so many things.
I don't know what criteria Apple iTunes 11 is using to sync apps with iphone and ipad, but I don't think it is only with updated apps. I downloaded an app I didn't have in my iTunes Library, used it for a while, then updated it through Appstore in the iphone, and it was synced with iTunes...
Well, to transferr ALL your apps from iPhone or iPad to your iTunes Library do the following:
1. Conect your device to iTunes.
2. Click on the iPhone or iPad once it appears on the left.
(My iTunes is in Portuguese, so I don't know if the translation will be accurate, but I think it'll do)
3. Go to File > Devices > Transfers purchases from "name of your device"...
It'll start transfering all apps from your iPhone or iPad to your iTunes Library!

Updating Apps on iPhone via Sync from iTunes

I am accustomed to updating the apps on my iPhone by first downloading the new versions to iTunes and then syncing my phone. This is how I've done it for years. It no longer works this way. Now, when I download the update to my computer and sync, the iPhone still indicates that apps are waiting to be updated. So then I need to update the iPhone.
Is there a way to get the updated version of these apps to sync over to iPhone? It was easier that way. If I cannot do this, then can anyone even tell me the purpose of downloading app updates to the computer? If they just sit there without syncing over to the phone, what's the point????

You can have it off then if you don't want the kid's stuff.
With your iPhone selected & connected to Mac iTunes Sidebar (iTunes menu > View > Show Sidebar), check if in Apps pane the apps you're interested in selected?

After updating to IOS 6 i'm not able to download/update apps on my phone. It says
Account Not In The Store
Your account is not valid for use in U.K store. You must switch to
the Indian store before purchasing.
For example: I tried installing "Facebook" app.
Is there anyone who is having the same problem ? . If anyone know about this issue please let me know.

Try the following:
Step 1: Go to Settings, iTunes and App stores
Step 2: Touch your Apple ID, and say view Apple ID
Step 3: Enter your login credentials
Step 4: touch Country/Region, Change country to the country your registered location, in your case it's India
The country pointing to maybe India itself, but touch change country anyway. Once again, select same country, in your case, India and accept all the legal terms.
Step 5: Since, Apple has no official Indian iTunes Store, choose None as option for credit card payment information and skip.
Step 6: Your account is SetUp and you can download Facebook and other supported Apps
Caveats: This solution worked on my iPad for the same problem. Not sure about iPhone.

Since updating to OS6 I have been unable to update my apps through the App Store on my iPhone, any suggestions would be most welcome. It's also freezing completely, rather than updating, I suppose. Also experiencing the same app update issue on my iPad. And have noted some random freezing and some wonky behavior within some of the apps as well.

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

I've tried http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808 and other suggestions first, which turned out unrelated.
I've finally fixed the issue by plugging the cable in the USB 3 ports in the back of PC instead of the ports in the front, the iTunes saw the phohe and the recovery started automatically.
In the hindsight, I realized that the either the required prerequisite iTunes 11.1.5.5 update installed a USB driver incompatible with my PC's front side USB ports that I always used for my iPhone syncing prior or it was always
incompatible, but worked in all modes except the recovery.

Is there a way (or a setting) for my individual folders in Mail to automatically update across all devices? For example, if I transfer an email to a folder for follow-up on my PC - say 10th of the following month - the same folder in Mail on my iPhone doesn't update until I actually go into the folder and update manually. Interestingly though, if I create a new folder on any of my devices they automatically appear on the other devices so it is just the actual contents that I am referring to here. Appreciate any help or guidance.

You can turn mail off in the settings but then you can't use it for anything, including the "test" that you want to perform.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Account Name>Mail>Off. That totally turns off the mail account.
As long as mail is turned on and you launch the app, it will look for an download new mail.

The storage you purchased is in the cloud, and doesn't do anything with your pad. Your problem is simply that you have too much content on your pad. Go to settings, general, usage, and it will show you how much space you have avaliable on your pad. If you let the screen sit for a while, all the apps will be displayed, and you can see how much stuff you have associated with each.
You have to no option but to delete some of the content on your pad. Videos, comics, pitcures and some music files use a lot of space. The cloud allows you to leave stuff there, so you can get it when you need it.

OK. I will work backwards.
You certainly don't want to have to delete apps every time that they need an update, for any number of reasons. Losing data first and foremost would be a drag, but the overall hassle would be absurd. All things being equal, you should be able to update apps in the future after you delete them and reinstall them. I delete and reinstall apps all the time and I am also able to update them when updates are available for the apps. I just wanted to know if you had any success in any fashion installing apps.
Resyncing/refreshing the Apple ID/iTunes account wouldn't seem to be the issue either if you can download apps or other content from the iStores. Your ID is being accepted.
That leaves us with I'm not sure what. But I think I would try this trick fix and see if it helps.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>Off. Set the date one year ahead. Try to update the apps again. If you get an error message, go back to the settings. Correct the date and time (set automatically) then go back and try to update the apps again.

I cannot update apps on iphone so I tried to solve this problem.... rebooting, all reseting, all network reseting etc. but I cannot handle this.
when apps are being updated I can see waiting under icon but does not progress any more.
