Updated back to 3.6.4

When I loaded firefox today it showed that it had updated. The problem was that I was on beta 6, and it rolled back to 3.6.4. I don't want this. I'm used to beta 6 now. what happened and can I stop it from happening again?

Usually the 4.0 beta version is installed in a separate program folder. It is possible that some registry entries and the desktop shortcut got changed and now point to the Firefox 3.6.4 version. You can look around in the "C:\Program Files\" folder to see if you can find the 4.0 beta version (search for firefox.exe) and create a new shortcut.

  • Goods receipt and post goods issue are not updated back from EWM to ECC

    Hi Experts,
Would anybody able to tell me the setting to be modified / defined to backward flow of information from EWM to ERP i.e. the goods receipt, goods issue are not being updated back in ECC once the goods receipt and  post goods issue are posted in EWM?
It would be great help if i get the response as early as possible.

    Hi Chakrapani,
You might want to try checking the customization on the SCM part following this path:
SPRO - Extended Warehouse Management - Interfaces - ERP Integration - General Settings
Pay special attention on the Check of ERP-EWM Configuration transaction.
After you have checked these you should probably check the outbound queue monitor (tx SMQ1) from EWM to ERP. You can use the SMQ1 - Outbound queue and SMQ2 - Inbound Queue both in ERP and SCM to check the communication betweene these two systems.
Also you may want to checkt the SLG1 - Analyse application Log in SCM in order to see if any internal bugs exist.
    All the best,

  • 11.0.9 is unusable, but after downgrading to 11.0, Acrobat keeps auto-updating back to 11.0.9

I can't use 11.0.9 because it screws up the HTML > PDF conversion (alignment issues galore). I learned how to downgrade to 11.0 yesterday. This morning, I came into work and it had auto-updated back to 11.0.9. In Preferences > Updater it's set to not download and install updates, so I don't understand why this happened (apart from the fact that all updates on our machines require admin logins, which certainly didn't happen in the middle of the night!)
I have the Creative Cloud, and it was running, but still, such an update shouldn't have happened without the admin login. We've turned off the CC launching at boot, but I do need to run it occasionally to update other apps, but I NEVER want Acrobat to update until they come out with a usable product again.
    Any help out there?
    TIA,
    Kirby

    Hi KRKnight,
The latest version of Acrobat is v 11.0.10. Please check if you still face such conversion issues with Acrobat.
Acrobat’s PDF export to HTML is targeted to facilitate reuse of exported HTML and retaining the exact layout is a secondary aspect. The export engine therefore focuses on accurately generating text content with minimum HTML tags that is well suited for text re-flow.
If the base version 11.0 works correctly for you then you can continue using it but it's always recommended to update to the latest version as most of the reported bugs and security vulnerabilities are fixed in the latest version.
Disabling the Adobe Acrobat XI update notifications is actually pretty easy. There’s a registry setting in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE that will allow you to completely disable both update notifications and the update functionality. The full path of the key is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\11.0\FeatureLockDown
The registry entry is named bUpdater and is a DWORD value. Setting the value to 0 disables updates. (Note: This DWORD value does not exist by default and either has to be created manually or by some other automated method like Group Policy.)

You can reset the password with the install disk.

  • Macbook upgraded from 10.5.8 to mountain lion. I lost the update when I tried to restore my old information. How can I get my update back without paying again?

I took my mac to an iStore in South Africa however my country does not have an iStore. Macbook upgraded from 10.5.8 to mountain lion. I lost the update when I tried to restore my old information. How can I get my update back without paying again?

Ok, that sounds like a valid approach...but now the question is, when you say you lost the upgrade when you tried to restore, exactly what do you mean?  Restore from a Time Machine backup, or another kind of backup?  What happened to the operating system when you did that?
If it damaged the operating system, you should be able to recover it by restarting your computer holding either the Option key (should result in a grey screen that shows the macintosh hard drive and a recovery hard drive), or by holding the Command and R keys while starting.
You can use the recovery hard drive to reinstall Mac OS X either way.  If the Option key restart, click on the recovery hard drive to boot from that.
Then with either approach you will have a screen with a drop-down that gives you choices, such as install Mac OS X, Disk Utility, Terminal.  You will want to use Install (or Reinstall) Mac OS X...note, you must be connected to the internet from this point on.

  • IOS4 update Back up first?

Will the update back up the iPod automatically? Or will I to do it manually?

The update will initiate a backup, but it wouldn't hurt to do it manually before you update in case something goes wrong with the automatic process.

  • IPOD TOUCH UPDATED BACK TO FACTORY SETTINGS

My computer broke a few months ago, it had all 6000 songs that i had downloaded from CD's and songs people had sent me of their recordings etc etc.
It had my full library on and i know apple updates every time you plug your ipod in and so any changes to the library will also be made to the ipod.
I then found out you can add songs using a different computer without the ipod wanting to update to only a few songs using the new library. Very happy all 6000 songs still on there and could easily update with new music without losing all the old stuff.
Today 03.05.2012 i have just tried to add a few songs, the itunes wanted to update to the most recent update, fine, clicked okay then next minuite my ipod lights up and it also says its updating.
Message "You ipod has now been reverted back to factory settings"
Great, lost all my music, pictures, videos and apps.
And Apple don't have an email address for complaints.
I wish the update had been clearer before i accepted it, stating "WOULD REVERT YOUR IPOD BACK TO FACTORY SETTINGS" even with someone with a full library of 10,000 songs that would have taken a very long time to update.
So thanks Apple thanks a bunch.

You are not addressing Apple in this forum. We are just users like yur self.
    To inform Apple see:
Apple - iPod touch – Feedback
It has always been the case that restoring or updating the iPod on other that the syyncing computer that has all the apps and mucic in it will result in the iPod being erased and it contents replaced with the contents in the iTunes library of the computer. Also see:

  • I have a problem with Mail, I reinstalled my DVD, thinking I can update back to 10.6.8, A pop-up window states it can't be used with this SL Sy. What do I do?

I am using S/L OS 10.6.8 and my install disk is 10.6.3. I cannot find any clue to update the mail from my disk, I tried to find a path thru the Software Update to no avail. My back-up of HD, is the same versions as my install disk.
    Thanks Guys Funoptics
    I have a Mac Pro, OS X 10.6.8

Reinstall the Mac OS X >  Mac OS X 10.6 Help: Reinstalling Mac OS X
That will reinstall the Mail app for you.

  • I have a continuum and just had to do a factory reset. How do I get my updates back?

Like I said, I just had to do a factory reset. I've lost all my apps and stuff, but I don't care much about that. I'm back to having the "market" app instead of google play. How do I get the updates that my phone requires? I know there was a major one at some point quite a while back. I just need to know how to go about doing that.

Open the Market app and accept the terms and conditions of the app. The Market app will update to the Play Store. You can wait for it to update before going to your list of apps in the Market/Play Store to download them.

  • HT4859 I forgot my passcode and then my phone reset and backed up but the icould its updated back to has lost all my data.... How can i get this back?

I recently forgot a new passcode on my phone so it became locked. i went to rest this via itunes but when it came to restore the phone non of my data including contacts, apps, messages, photos etc are available. It seems to have restored to a back up from after the phone was wiped. How can i get these back?

There's one other variable, although it shouldn't really come in to play but worth checking anyway.  Is it possible that the backup was made using a higher version of iOS than the one you are running now?  For example, if you were running the iOS 7 beta, then restored to version 6.1.3, the backup would not be listed as you cannot restore to a backup made on a device running a higher version of iOS.  If that's the case, you would have to update to the same or higher version of iOS in order to access your backup.
Also, you can redownload apps and certain other purchased media (in most countries) as discussed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519.

  • I had the IOS7 update and tried downloading but then it disappeared. It says my software is up to date and I can't get the IOS7 update back. How do I get it pushed to my phone again?

I had the IOS 7 update on my phone and tried to download but then the update disappeared on my phone. It says my software is updated like the IOS 7 update didn't ever exist. How do I get it pushed back out to my phone?

I imagine a ton of people are attempting to download it right now. Simple patience, maybe keep trying, and if possible, try a little later. Think of it as all those people lining up at Apple Stores + about a million more.

  • Invoices Interface to third party system and getting updates back to SAP

    Hello!
We are trying to do our best to create the following process:
For billing documents we will use outgoing IDOC invoic02.
This IDOC will be transferred to authorities system.
The invoice have to change several statuses at authorites system.
Each time the status is changed, we get aknolodgment back. (For one invoice we will get several aknolidgments!)
We thought to use incoming IDOC for this purpose.
This IDOC will update the outgoing IDOC status, or we will maintain Z-table for each invoice to monitor all the IDOCs generated for this invoice.
We thought using somehow IDOC SYSTAT01.
What is the exact purpose of this IDOC?
Did anyone make similar interface and how it was implemented?
What is ALEAUDIT? Can it be helpful in this case?

  • IMAP email - not updating back at the office

I've been using IMAP email and could always delete or move items around my folders on the iPhone and everything would be identical in Outlook. I could sit in front of outlook and see the items disappear or move as I manipulated them on the iPhone. Not the case since 2.0 update. I'm back to using expunge.exe command to process all the edits done on the iphone.
I know this was an issue in early iphones versions.. and then fixed in a later update.
I have exchange 2000 and can't use the new exchange mail.
Have I missed something? or did 2.0 revert back to the earlier problem?

HHaving the same issue here,im don't think you can roll back.
did it start after crashing while trying to send an email with multiple attachments?
