Updated creative cloud now company sharepoint site not loading

Once we updated the products for creative cloud now are company sharepoint site will not laod.  What can fix this?

    everytime I open my creative cloud, it opens up to the window with a white screen. It was working a while ago but i can't seem to find out why it is doing this. Just wondering if anyone has either had the same problem and fixed it or knows how to fix it.

  • Project server 2013 kb2768001 update failed, Central admin and all sites not loading, showing 503 error

    Hi I just tried to install the kb2768001 update and it failed. Now non of the sites in share point are loading. including Central admin. Share point is running, the logs are being updated.
    what i have done so far,
    - re boot the server
    - reset iis
    so far same results. 
    any help to fix this issue will be appreciated. 

    I did run the Config wizard. that failed too.

  • Creative Cloud app for desktop is not loading Home tab.

    The "loading" icon is continuosly moving, but nothing happens. I already tried to uninstall, reinstall newer app, delete OP file in OOEB, but no success.
    The other tabs are working OK. A week ago I didn´t have this problem. Im on Windows x64.

    No, I don't think that will be necessary. You didn't answer my question about what version you have been using. But I assume that it must be some version of Lightroom 5. Going on that assumption, here is the link you should go to in order to download the proper installer for Lightroom 5.7. You will need to delete the Lightroom program that you installed. Then, download from this website and install:

  • "Updating Creative Cloud desktop" hung -- now what?

    Was prompted this morning to update Creative Cloud desktop app (Window 7). Accepted and waited, then, when prompted, allowed installer to run as administrator. The green progress bar has been stuck at nearly done for about 30 minutes. I tried shutting down every other obvious running program to no avail. When I started the update, Google Chrome was open along with a couple of local apps.
    Can I safely kill the "Adobe Installer" program with Windows Task Manager and then install the desktop app from the new copy of CreativeCloudSup-Up.exe file I downloaded this morning? Do I need to reboot before installing?

    No other Adobe apps (e.g., PS, LR, Reader) were running when I started the update.

    When I tried to kill the installed via Windows Task Manager, I was told that the program was waiting for input from me but there was no prompt so I killed the process mercilessly. When I tried to uninstall the application, I was told that another copy of it was running somewhere in memory. So I rebooted, uninstalled the app, installed afresh from this morning's "CreativeCloudSet_up.exe" file, logged in to my Adobe account, and all seems well.
    Was not thrilled with the experience but, hey, it's working now.

    What OS version? What's the exact error? Exactly when does the error occur? What previous versions? What is on the screen when the error displays? Does Photoshop get fully open?
    Try opening Photoshop holding down Shift key immediately to turn off plug-ins. Lots of good suggestions here: Photoshop: Basic Troubleshooting steps to fix most issues

    You may try to follow the steps below:
    1.Close the Creative Cloud application.
    2.Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    3.Delete the opm.db file.
    4.Launch Creative Cloud.
