Updated iPhone 4 to iOS 6.0.1 but now I cant use my accessories

Hey guys,
Updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 6.0.1 the other day and now my alpine car stereo, belkin charger recognizes my iphone. Just get a message saying this iPhone is not supported with the accessory. Any know a work around to get it working again?

Meant to say it doesnt recognize the iPhone anymore.
