I have updated my Ipad to the IOS 7 and now some of my games/apps are not working, how can i fix this or revert back to what I had before?

I'm afraid you'll have to wait until both Apple and the makers of your games/apps upgrade to new versions.
Apparently there are still some issues with iOS7 that are being dealt with and the same with some apps.
As for going back, I don't think you will be able to get this information from these forums...

If you did not create this swf yourself then you won't be able to do what I am suggesting. If you did, then open the fla in Flash and go into the Publish Settings and select the option to publish an html file as an output. That will create an html page that embeds the Flash file. Test that file in your browser and see if it plays properly. IF so, then copy that code in place of whatever Dreamweaver did to embed the Flash.
Dreamweaver is not a reliable tool for embedding Flash content... why it does not do it the same way Flash does it is anyone's guess.

click on the Java pane in System Preferences. When the Java Control Panel window opens, click on the Security tab, and set your Security Level to Medium — that will allow “untrusted” applications (i.e. those without certificates from a trusted authority) to run. Press the Apply button in the lower-right corner to confirm the change, then press the OK button to close the window.
Apparently your Yahoo! card games don’t have certificates associated with them, which is why the default security setting of Java SE 7 Update 51 didn’t allow them to run.

What does "online documentation" mean exactly? Are you using the Notes app to try to create notes in iCloud, for example?
If so, that should still work in iOS 7.1.
If not, please tell us specific symptoms of what is (or is not) happening.

I have Windows 7, Internet Explorer 11, the latest version of Flash Player and I have DSL to connect to the interent. However, when I try to look at online ads in Walgreens and Walmart I cannot get past the first page. There is light gray over the ad and the only way I can access is to change to the dial-up mode. Other store ads no problem Flash Player working fine. Tried contacting stores for help their online staff said they would look into, but I received no help, this is been happening for a long time now.
Anyone with any idea how to fix this problem I would appreciate the help.

First and foremost, I have to remind you that the version of Firefox you are using at the moment has been discontinued and is no longer supported. On top of this, it has known unpatched bugs and security problems. I urge you to update to the latest version of Firefox, for maximum security, stability, performance and usability. You can get it for free, as always, at [http://www.getfirefox.com getfirefox.com].
In any case, and since you seem to be in the process of updating (you should have done so a while ago, since Firefox 2.0 has been discontinued years ago, I believe), your problems may exist because you may be having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not caused by one (or more than one) of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do that easily and cleanly, run Firefox in [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode safe mode] (don't forget to select ''Disable all add-ons'' when you start safe mode). If the problem disappears, you know it's from an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode, and enable them one at a time until you find the source of the problem. Hello pootieq, iCloud is an awesome feature for backing up your phone info. Have you checked your iCloud settings to ensure the Backup option for contacts is enabled http://vz.to/1E1kigx? You can also check the iCloud page via browser to review your backed up phone content at www.apple.com/icloud.

FIX:
1. You need Time Machine
2. Go to folder /Library/CoreMediaIO/Plug-Ins/DAL/
3. Copy AppleCamera.plugin to good place (usb memory stick is the best place).
4. Go to Time machine in date that skype work fine.
5. Change AppleCamera.plugin with file from Time Machine
6. Restart system, Now skype need to work with camera.

Nah... there simply is not iOS 6 Wi-Fi problem with the 4S. I have not experienced any issues and neither has anyone else I know with iPhones.
User's like yourself really should drop the attitude and try some basic troubleshooting.

What can I do? Get a new SIM and see if it works again?
Get a micro-SIM from the carrier in Mexico that you don't have to manually cut down. If that carrier doesn't provide one, switch to another carrier that is not so low-budget.
